I came here for my annual inspection as well and, even though there were 6 cars ahead of me, they got to me in less than 20 minutes. Hmm...no check engine light on before I come in, you open my hood and spend 45 minutes on the vehicle...now check engine light is on. Now I'm waiting in line....Again. Terrible customer service. I just figured it was beefier than other models. I noticed that the steering wheel seemed to have a lot of play in it and I wanted to make sure there were no issues. I took in the Jeep to another local automotive shop and they quoted me thousands to replace a steering damper, fix the alignment and undergo flushes and fluid changes and even a steering gear replacement. $800 later I get my vehicle back and the issue is still 100% the SAME. From there they quoted me on more fixes .. stating they go through a Chrysler recommended checklist. I felt ripped off and was not about to throw away more money going through some crumby checklist until we got it right ... I was already out of pocket and that's when I called Christian Brothers. I received excellent customer service... the shop had a lead mechanic who loved Jeeps which already put me at ease. They worked with my inspection costs knowing that I had already had a horrible experience elsewhere.. the mechanics gave a thorough inspection and outlined charts showing how my vehicle held up. It turns out she came back with absolutely nothing wrong .. it was just that a vehicle with a suspension and the size tires that I have .. will have more play in the steering. The shop gave me excellent recommendations and I plan on getting new tires and taking her into Christian Brothers to get realigned afterwards. Honesty is rare .. especially these days. And customer service is also a rarity. This shop has integrity, and I am grateful. I had already thrown money away to fix problems that didn't exist and I would have continued to do so if I stayed at the previous shop. We will be returning customers. Thank you Christian Brothers.

While I cannot personally speak to whether the repair itself was completed correctly, the customer service experience that followed was unfortunately unacceptable. What was most disappointing was the level of disrespect displayed by the on-duty supervisor, Christina. I was simply seeking clarity and understanding regarding my situation, yet the interaction quickly became defensive and unnecessarily aggressive. Rather than helping resolve the concern professionally, I felt accused of requesting something I was never asking for. At one point, Christina even told me to "write a Google review because the owners read every one." Initially, I had no intention of doing so, but after reflecting on the interaction, I felt it was important to share both the negative and positive aspects of my experience. I do want to recognize Butterworth, who stepped in and completely shifted the tone of the conversation. So, I was very skeptical of taking my car to Walmart to get serviced but I am fairly new to town…read moreand do not trust easily when if comes to anything automotive, not to mention, I needed it done quickly, as I was way overdue and headed out of town that day. My requests were: Oil change using Penzoil, Tires Rotated, Air Filter Changed, Do Not top off my wiper fluid as I use Rain-X and do it myself, and to call when they are done as I will not be waiting in the store. As far as I can tell, they rotated my tires, checked the tire pressure, checked the tread on my tires (I'll get back to this), did the oil change, changed the air filter. Things that did not happen correctly: Wiper fluid had been topped off, and I got no call when the car was done! Also, back to the tread on my tires, the cashier told me that the tread on my tire was given a certain score and was not sure what it meant though, except that the tires would likely need to be replaced soon but no esitmate on how many more miles they had on them (which is frustrating). All of this cost me only $56.31. So, I am giving them 4 stars because I usually have awful experiences with car places and overall they did pretty well, but took off because the cashier did not know what the tread score was, no call, and the wiper fluid.
