I'm about 4k miles away for changing out tires for run flats.went in and was told it would be about 45 minutes (I was like the 4th person waiting. They put the tire I bought on the back and moved my back tire in its place in the front. After I few days I noticed a different look and it was the inlets for the 2 tires were missing. Went upto the shop and he asked and looked around then said "someone must have stolen them from your house" . I then showed him a Pic of the flat before I changed it (showed my friend the flat so he would understand I would be running g late to pick him up). Even after seeing the Pic he got flabbergasted and said " the pics are old" they were time stamped 30 minutes before I arrived at his shop and right in their parking spot before I left his shop. Currently it may be easier to drop off the car if you have pressing work to complete while they work on your car.
