My family & I were there last night, the waitress accidentally spilled my beer on me while attempting to get the something off the table. The beer was full and covered my entire lap & my purse was ruined. She apologized for what had happened; the manager came over and spoke to me. The waitress only offered to pay for any tickets and/or legal costs if I got pulled over (fortunately I did not). There was nothing else compensated, not even a free appetizer. Went here on a whim on Saturday Night October 5th. My husband and I typically try to avoid chain restaurants like Outback, applebees, olive garden, etc. We aren't fans of processed food. Providing that this is a chain, albeit, not a large one, we took a chance. We got there at 545pm and were seated by 6pm. We were told a 25 minute wait, and were okay with it. We were greeted by our server, Jared. He was very informative about the menu and the specials. He even offered suggestions, which is always nice to hear. We started off with the french onion soup and the chili, both were good, and didn't taste like they were out of a can, so yay. For our entree, we both ordered burgers which were cooked just the way we asked. I feel the portion sizes were just right. I didn't finish my burger, but I am also currently 9 months pregnant and don't really have much room to eat a full meal. I have to say we were pleasantly surprised that the food was not overly processed and didn't have a ton of salt like most chain restaurants do. Our food came out hot and was not greasy or slapped together. Our server was awesome, he was very attentive, but not annoying. I give Jared an A++. Always a good choice for dinner. We're regulars. The reason we're regulars is because it's the best place around for a steak or prime rib. Haven't had a bad meal. Tonight, ordered the 24oz prime rib. There was a hefty amount of fat, but I thought nothing of it. The manager came by and appologized stating that the fat content was out of their standard for quality, comp'd my meal and gave us a gift card as well. WOW! This is our favorite local eatery for casual dining. The place is very popular and there is often a wait for seating in the dining room. We often sit at the bar or the booths in the bar especially since NH restaurants became totally smoke-free. The menu here is quite varied and quite extensive. We have tried a wide variety of items on the menu and haven't found anything we didn't like. My wife especially likes the Ginger-Peanut Chicken Pasta and I like the Chicken Rigate Primavera. We are impressed also with the kitchen's willingness to try to accomodate all kinds of requests for alterations of the menu to suit preferences and dietary choices. The waitstaff is also a great asset with their uniform cheerfulness and helpfulness. We also like the paybacks program which gets us a $10 coupon for every $100 dollars we spend. read more

I've been here a number of times for dinner and always ask myself why I return. My first time dining here the waiter lost our order, so the manager comped the meal and gave us a coupon for our next visit. Our next visit was worse, my steak was literally raw when it came out (it was dark blue inside!) so we got comped and another coupon - our 3rd visit was uneventful(!). Diverse menu. Consistent food quality. Great specials. But best of all is the exceptional customer service. We took my cousin out for her birthday & her filet was just a bit undercooked. The server was more than agreeable & accommodating in taking it back to the kitchen & getting it back out quickly. He checked in on if it was cooked to her liking shortly after she tried it again. The pluses, nice bar area. Decent beer specials. Huge menu so everyone has to be able to find something they like. The no bars side. A bit over priced on some items (cup of soup and side salad is 9.99 and guess what, you can get a cup of soup or salad and a mini burger With fries for that same price. Seems odd). Appetizers lots of fried food. We couldn't tell the difference between some of the items. Need to kick up the spices a bit on things like chicken fingers and cut back on the coating on the moz slabs (yes slabs not sticks. And the moz is pretty good actually). House salad tastes like refrigerator. Not sure what thats about. If you closed your eyes you wouldn't know the difference between the lettuce and the tomato. Hey buy local guys. Main course, I had prime rib. Nice flavor but over cooked. Cutting back the menu and focusing on some items might be nice. Wait staff was good. Honestly didn't like it.. I got the turkey dinner my first time going and it was just not good at all, the potatoes were cold in the middle and the meat was over cooked and dry..like it was sitting in the window too long, which made it even more strange that my potatoes were cold...? The service was fine, but not gonna lie my alcoholic beverage was waaaay too strong especially when I asked for my vodka in it to be light. And whenever I asked for something like a water refill or a napkin, my bartender (male) never looked at my face..he just kinda looked above me/behind me or down the bar not even in my direction...and replied with a robotic, "yeah sure"...which was odd. BUT, the second time I went in there because they were the only place open in the area and I was starving, I didn't quite have the same experience. The bar tender this time WAS very chatty....with the employees that had clocked out and were ordering drinks...not with me and my boyfriend waiting every 15 minutes for him to stop talking and pay attention to the fact that we had been done eating and were waiting to pay and get the hell home. I have been going to T-Bones for years and fine it a nice place to grab a bit after work or pickup something to eat when working from home (they do have take-out). I usually sit at the bar since eat by my self and the dinning room is not really setup as a comfy place for a single eater. The bar tenders are good and fairly attentive, though sometimes they can get lost talking with the regulars but I see that everywhere. I consider the food good for the pricing. If your looking for good food at a decent price the bar is a nice place to grab it, even if you don't drink like me. Or if your out with some friends/family the atmosphere is nice enough for a meal. read more

Haven't been to a t-bones in ages and was looking for a place to go with friends. Called to see the wait time and they told us that they would reserve a table and if we got there within 25 minutes the table would be ours. We get there within 10 and no table. Wait 25 minutes and then ask and they said that the people are just now paying so our table was obviously given away. 30 more minutes and we ask again. A more higher up worker comes out and has a condescending tone patting one friend on the shoulder telling us it's just being cleaned off. We then got up and walked out. Went here May 2016, Saturday evening about 6:00 and everything was great. A little long to wait, but waitstaff was timely, as was the food arrival. Husband ordered steak, I got chicken parm, and kid got chicken/bacon/cheese sandwich. We were all happy with our food. Kid (who usually just gets mac 'n cheese) raved about her sandwich! Menu is varied and offers many healthy choices too. Very clean place, saw people cleaning floor several times in the time we were sitting there. Tab, imo, was a tad high for informal eatery, $81.00, for 2 adults and a kid, hubby got a couple beers too but no deserts for us. With a breeze at sunrise we drifted up- up-and-away!! The adventure began. What is so unique about a balloon ride on a beautiful summer's morning? For that you'll need a little background. A little over a year ago our eldest grandson, Nik, was in a motorcycle accident that has left him pretty much a quadriplegic. He has some use of his arms and hands but that is about it, no, that's not quite true. Nik has a remarkable spirit and in his motorized wheelchair he is up for about anything. With summer coming to an end and his friends heading off to school, my wife want Nik to have something to look forward to and she thought a balloon ride would be ideal. Nik's Dad, Mark, agree...if someone would be able to take Nik. I didn't think there would be many balloon pilots that would accept the challenge and responsibility for carrying a severely handicapped young man. Onto the scene came Tony Sica and his ground crew. The big concern we had was that Nik's motorized wheelchair would not fit in the Gondola. No problem for Tony and his crew. We placed a chair in the gondola and the crew secured Nik with no real problems. We mounted up, the burners roared and we were off!! Nik loves machines and anything electrical or mechanical, and during the whole trip Tony kept Nik, and us informed of all the details of the flight; How much fuel we were burning, how on a quiet day with light breezes the wind will come and go in many directions...hopefully aiding us in getting to a landing site. The morning was wonderful. Balloon rides are inherently quite as you move as one with the wind, but the landing can be "interesting". As our ride was ending Tony suggested we might be able to land on the edge of a golf course he has permission to use. Nik and I looked and both of us thought "no way!" But Tony drifted through the various altitudes until he found the perfect breeze and put us down on the edge of a fairway. With a slight bump and a tip we settled on the ground with huge grins and hearts as light as the balloon. On the way home the gourmet breakfast, well it seemed that way, was great and Tony discussed the history of Ballooning and regaled us with stories of his adventures. We cannot describe how wonderful the experience was for Nik and us. The ground crew and pilot were professional an beyond that wonderful people. If ever you wish to see the traffic on I-93 south in the morning or the incredible expanse or forests and mountains of Southern New Hampshire, we recommend with no reservations" High 5 Ballooning", with Tony Sica and his amazing ground crew. I have never had a bad meal from here, whether we dine in or take-out, but the true reason I am giving 5 stars is for the service! My husband and I order take-out from here often, it's just so convenient to get a great meal when you just don't want to cook. A couple of months ago I went to pick up our meals, only to find out they had been given to someone else that called in an order in error. Not a big deal, we are all human, it happens. They told me they would put the order right in. I told the girl behind the counter that I just wanted to run out to my car where I left my phone and call my husband to let him know why I would be a bit longer. It was pretty cold and rainy, so I was thrilled when she said she would just run it out to my car, no need to come back in. Not 10 minutes later she came running out with my food and a gift certificate for our trouble. I was blown away! It's such a small thing but it totally made my day! I didn't complain and really wasn't even that bothered, but it was the extra mile. Often when trying to decide where we should go or what we should order, we talk about that night and go right back to T-Bones. The greatest food in the world means nothing if the service isn't good too. At T-Bones we know we will get great service and a great meal. read more
