We had an excellent experience with T-Builders. We just bought a home in San Pedro and were looking to do an overhaul of an undeveloped back yard. The landscape was pretty difficult due to a large slope. T-builders had the right team for the job, particularly Tal the project coordinator. Tal knew the correct approach for our yard and offered a vision that was both attractive and cost effective. Throughout the entire project, Tal was extremely communicative via any means. Questions were answered expeditiously and they always strived to make things right. The actual work consisted of a retaining wall, concrete stairs, and landscaping. All aspects were done wonderfully. The on-site lead, Alfredo, was excellent throughout the process. He was able to share his deep experience and help guide the process, particularly with choice of landscaping. After all the disrespect from this company & unfulfilled promises, I made a complaint to the California State Contractual Board, and months later they finally found out. The girl Danielle called me sayin why I made a complaint and why I didn't try to come to a solution, I asked which complaint are you referring to the BBB or the CSCB? Then she had an attitude, and then they said they would send someone out to review the work, and come to a solution. Avi came out, saw the work and asked what we want so we could end the case and everyone be happy...but considering the work wasn't done right in the first place and he didn't want to start over there was no need to continue talking. A week later they called me at 9 am sayin they were comin by with contractors to start working, in which we had not made any plans nor scheduled a day....so we told them don't come because this is the same game they been playing...they work when they want to work and don't let their clients know when their working or they'll tell you they are coming and never do. So I told the agent over our case at the contracting board to tell them we'd like money back instead of them working on the house making it worse than it is. They sent a bad check the first time, their office number and email did not work, soooo it seems they are either in hard times or scammers...to me it seems like both. I told the agent over our case what happened and this time they sent a cashiers check! I suggest stayin far away from this company...Rob U will Rob You for sure! read more

I wish I could leave a good review, but after 9 months my house still is not complete. It was suppose to be done December 14th, 2020. The professionalism is nonexistent, the work was never done correct from the beginning, and no one is supervising a thing. After my son made a Yelp review showing Sharon being aggressive with me and my family, yelling with his mask off inside my home, during a pandemic, they contacted us about taking down the review for $100 gift card, and touch up paint which is far from what needs to make this job complete. After my son updated the Yelp review they contacted us again, saying they would fix everything which was wrong, but it's going on 4 months now and no word from them saying when it will be fixed. I've been extremely patient, a little too patient, so now I've contacted thee "California State Licensing Board"! There has been a huge delay in writing this review but now that I found the time I want to share my experience with this company and tell you that it was absolute pleasure to work with them. Our previous backyard didn't utilize space very well and we were looking for a landscape company that could not only design our yard, but also price out the build. Called 4 different landscape companies, but it was T Builders that really made an effort to meet with us for a landscape design quote. Together we came up with a concept and design and cannot express how thankful we are for the outcome. Though two showed up only one had a facemask on; she did not keep it on. Also, they reached in to hug us; very inappropriate, and neither kept proper distance. We were told that they contacted us prior to coming, not true. We have NO TRESPASSING advisory which was ignored and caused a bit of an upset to certain family members when they showed up unannounced at their door. The person on the phone spoke an untruth by claiming that we had an appointment with them. We did not. They were rude to my family member and spoke in a condescending tone and continued to insist they had an appointment. What they offer seems to be an excellent product and we don't doubt they do a good job. They simply need to learn to be more respectful. read more

We are thrilled with our recent kitchen remodel in socal. Ben and his team transformed our kitchen from closed-off and dated, to the open, modern center of our home. T builders are the best contractors in town. They resurfaced my driveway and it was in really bad shape. They gave me a very fair and honest price for the work they were doing, and they are very responsive and were always on time. After putting this off for so long, i'm very glad to have found an honest contracting company. They seem to be few and far between these days. Now my concrete driveway looks better than ever and my kids can play basketball without my wife thinking they are going to break their ankles lol!!
