I was looking for some balloon arches all 4 times to give my guests some visual excitement and I ended up adding some balloon bouquets and garlands to fill in spots where the venue felt bland. My expectations were blasted out of the water! The balloon bouquets looked so much better than the digital renditions I was given and without fail everyone kept taking photos and loved the balloon arches! The Balloon Guy's phone assistant the third time around gave a wonderful idea about using balloon garlands around a blank wall/background to use as a photo-op. Incredible outcome!! I followed up a few weeks later and they sent a very limited selections for balloon color options only. When I followed up on the contract and to pay the deposit for the balloons, they said they would no longer offer free delivery. The person was very dismissive and could care less that my event was a month away. Luckily, I found a different balloon company, Plan My Party LA, for a fraction of the price.

I highly recommend them for helium services…read more It was my husband's birthday last Thursday, and I had balloons that matched the theme I planned for him that I needed filled with helium. The Party City inside Staples wanted to charge $2 per 11" standard plain balloon, and Michael's also wanted to charge $2 for the same balloons (you know the standard plain balloons most people buy for parties). Balloon Celebrations told me they charged $1.50 per balloon to fill. I also had purchased a $5 34" inch foil balloon from Dollar Tree that I wanted filled, and they charged me $10 to fill that one. So in total, it was about $28 with tax. They put a weight on the big foil balloon so it wouldn't fly away, and they put beautiful ribbon on the 11" inch balloons. They were cheap balloons from Amazon but they made them look so professional. After I paid, the male associate there offered to help load them into my car. I was parked across the street and he helped me walk across and put the balloons in my car for me. It was such a wonderful experience and they treated me so well even though I was having them fill third-party balloons that they did not sell me. In an age where good customer service is rare to find, you'll have no issue finding a fountain of friendly service and mountains of courtesy at this shop. I would absolutely use them again in the future.
