First the guy was nice and helpful, they didn't have the model of pants I was looking for and he gave me two similar models. I tried them on but didn't like the look of them on me and returned them to him. He said ' where are the third pair of pants? ' I responded that he gave me two pairs, and that I tried tried them on and didn't like them and then gave them back. There was another pair I only looked at and not tried on, but I folded and put them back on the stacks while he was standing by me. And I reminded him that I didn't even try them on and he saw me put them back. He repeated, "Give me the third pair back." I calmly repeated that I tried only two pairs on and I just handed them over to him and as for the other pair,I didn't even bother to try on. He said," give me the third pair back or I'll call the police" . I thought maybe he is a special need person and can't get things easily and I showed him my bag that there were no pants in it and I even took off my coat to show that there was no third pair whatsoever. He still insists , give me the third pair or I'll call the police. At that point, I said, "Now I do want you to call the police, what you're doing is unacceptable and you can't treat me , your customers like this." And he started to back off. I looked in my bag for my cell phone and it wasn't there, probably left in my car. I asked the other two customers in the store to please call the police for me but they didn't want to get involved. The younger shop attendant preferred to stay out of it, too. And I said to that pain guy ," I can't find my cellphone, it was in my bag, did you take it? Give my cell phone back". He said, he didn't have my cell phone. I said, give it back or I'll call the police, just like the way he talked to me. He backed off and disappeared in the store while I was asking the others to please call the police. And I left the store in total frustration. So, NEVER AGAIN. if you, no matter what want to buy cheap jeans and go to Irving's, BEWARE OF THAT STORE MANAGER.

Cute, whimsical and quaint. There were so many one of a kind merchandise made and sold by their local artisans. Some items were priced a little higher, and some items were reasonably priced. The girl at the front desk when you enter was very personable and greeted us with a smile. She was very informative about the different merchandise being sold. And we even talked about some nearby restaurants that she would or would not recommend.. Overall, I think it would be worth to visit if you're in the local area. I would definitely stop by again if I was in the area. They also host a variety of crafts and games. They also have small café, bar restaurant attached. I had a spiked coffee and it was delicious.

(The Clash) The Bristol Bazaar is one of the most colorful and visually appealing marketplaces I've ever seen. It was a kaleidoscope of colors, shapes, and patterns. What a cool concept - a rotating ever-changing roster of over 65 local makers and artisans in a beautiful space with a built-in coffee bar and cocktail lounge (Yellow King Bristol). And if that isn't enough, they also offer crafting workshops, special events, and a classroom. Their website summarizes their mission - "We are looking for entrepreneurs who make their products by hand and are looking to make their side hustle, a full-time gig". Well said! We had a blast strolling through the Bazaar and marveling at the creativity and talent of the local makers. Everything here is made by hand by the sellers- no reselling is allowed. We walked out with a jar of caramel sauce from La Famiglia Tedesco for a certain caramel loving grand-daughter and a jar of Bloody Mary mix from Bloody Good Mud for a certain Bloody Mary loving Yelper. Because the roster of makers can change every month, you'll never really run out of new stuff to look at.

It's kind of off the beaten path so I hope they get more traffic. It's a cute store and they have a nice selection of shoes for kids. I didn't look around too much but would recommend checking them out if on the turnpike. Service was friendly and prices for the items I looked at were reasonable.

My one son has orthotics in his sneakers and they know how to find shoes to properly fit it. We love Mr. Joe and how he talks with the kids. We will come back as long as it is here. The shoes are a lil higher in price than at generic stores, but better quality. I learned working in schools (former teacher turned homeschool mama) from the PT and OT therapists that shoes are vital for proper development and posture. I saw the difference in their sessions with different shoes... I will always save so they have good footwear. They are on their feet all day just as we are and us adults notice cruddy shoes... why subject our kiddos to that.

The last time I brought my stuff in, (keep in mind only my second time ever doing it), I brought shoes in a bag and ask the woman at the counter if that was all right. She told me it's more than OK to keep the shoes separate from the nice clothes. I bring my stuff and folded and organized and easy to go through. This time when I was met at the register the woman walked up and immediately told me if there was a note in my account that stated I was told not to use bags that she wouldn't be looking at any of my items. She didn't say hello or give me the benefit of the doubt or ask how many times I've done business with them before. When I explained that the last time I brought the shoes in in a bag, she said there's no way that anyone who works there would say that's acceptable. There was no note in my file saying that I was warned about bringing things in bags. She then proceeded to hold her hand out without saying anything expecting me to handover my ID and didn't speak to me again until she handed me the receipt and told me to come back when it was ready. I was with my daughter and honestly too stunned to address how rude she was. I went back and picked all my stuff back up and will never be returning to that location again. It's really such a shame. I've never had such a rude experience in a store, let alone when I'm trying to bring in my gently use namebrand stuff for other kids to enjoy. Extremely disappointed. Other staff could noticeably see that I was uncomfortable and also said nothing.
