I wish I didn't get the design because it just isn't quite right, but it's mainly because I wanted thin lines and I just don't think they could do that. The husband and wife are friendly and considerate tho and I really appreciated that. If I'm in the area again, I'd come back and just not get a design. They work 6 days a week and are always consistent. They take the time to get to know their customers and they have a huge number of regulars. I don't even have to tell Tommy how I want my nails done. He already knows, and when I went through a phase where I wanted something different every time, Yen put her best creative foot forward and never let me down. The ladies that do the pedicures are all great and friendly. We have conversations about their families and ours. We discuss our vacations and plans. It's an open area with a spa-like atmosphere. There is a separate room for waxing and they have contemporary music playing, while the TVs show whatever talk show/news is currently on with subtitles so you know what's going on. I have zero intentions of going somewhere else for my manicures and pedicures. When you have a good place, you don't leave.

I didn't have time to get my nails done again, so I popped in for a removal. The tech burned my nail and I reacted, she did not apologize or seem to care. When I sat down, she insulted me saying my nails grew out so long. She improperly removed the acrylic set and even tried ripping them off with an extra acrylic nail. She left artificial nail on all of my nails, I realized this when my nails have been in pain. As seen in the photo, my real nail beneath the artificial residue. I have chipped a piece off of the artificial left on top of my real nail, seen in photo 4 in my palm. This is an outrageous way to treat a paying customer, let alone anyone. I am not going to the salon to rectify this so they can cause more damage. I have previously voiced my concern at a separate visit, about the lack of professionalism and aggressive practice done by some of the techs here. It does not seem to me like this salon truly cares about all of their customers and that is disappointing because I had referred family to this salon but will be warning them to save their money and health of their nails. Also worth noting they would only offer certain customers a water, never once did they offer me a water.

I went back when 5/10 fingers had chipped three days later. When I went back to get them fixed, the nails were cut unevenly, gel applied unevenly, and my middle finger was pulsing on both corners later that day. Next morning my middle finger was extremely sensitive and began to swell. By the evening, my middle finger was beginning to pus. The tools used were not new and sterilized and the nail jobs were rushed and careless. Do not recommend. Other customers were complaining too while I was sitting getting my nails redone.

Went in at 7:45 PM for a removal only of my acrylics. The front desk lady was nice. She tried to…read moreaccommodate me, but she told me that they stopped taking clients at 7:30 even though that the hours of the business is until 8 PM. I leave and come back to ask questions about how can I remove the gel polish myself and I am approached by a guy this time. He is extremely rude. I told him I know that you guys are closing and you don't have any time, but can you tell me how I could go about removing the gel polish off my nails so that I can then get the acrylic off myself. He tells me I don't know Google it and I proceed to say well can I talk to a nail tech and maybe they can help me because I just really need information. He says man all you have to do is just buffet and put some acetone on it I say well I thought that you weren't a nail tech can I actually just talk to a nail tech really quick and he gets utterly pissed off and has the most rudest attitude about it and then I finally say that's OK and leave. To say that I only went in for a removal and I got that kind of service is ridiculous. I would never settle in that place again. I understand that it's the end of the day and you're tired and ready to go home but the way that you talk to your customers and how you treat them really shows what kind of business you are..
