Came in today to take advantage of my Unlimited Screen protectoion thanks to the Protection 360 Program. Since the Tmobile store in Pasadena is closed due to Covid19 closures, i was told to visit this location. I was greeted and assisted by Phong who is the store manager. How would you like to be told "Get the f-word out B-word"? Continuously by a slim tall guy in TMobile clothing until you leave on public sidewalk? (No indoor sales because Covid?) I was near by when I heard a woman having issue with this store. Apparently she was given a "special deal" if she brings $200 cash, she went and got $200 and took this deal. She asked for a receipt and he said it will be emailed to her. She did not get the receipt, called TMobile to check what's going on and TMobile said they did not get the $200 so they can't give her receipt. She came to store and want to get money back, the guy in store said manager not in and the sales person she dealt with is not in. She requested him to call manager and/or sales person she dealt with, person in charge said he can't by saying how would you like to be disturbed on your day off (I guess they had enough complaints to know how manager/salesperson would respond). After numerous attempt to speak with manager/sales person and got denied, the tall thin young guy start to yell "Get the f-word out B-word!" Continuously until she left. You all are on a Public sidewalk, there is no out! This is absolutely not customer service, I think TMobile should know how this store is representing TMobile! After she left the guy in charge called the sales person and I overheard him say "why didn't you give her a receipt?" Which confirmed everything the woman said is true. Also apparently he can call the salesperson just not to resolve customer issues... Shady store with shady salesperson working in there, do you trust your personal information with them when you sign up? I wouldn't!!!! read more

I been coming here for about 6 years now. Number 1 reason why is because this place have great customer service, good deal and great location (right next to a bowling alley and dip's grill). I usually go to a guy bald name Colin. He is super helpful. I tell my boyfriend and friends to go to him to get phone. Colin is super down to earth to help. I wanted to change my phone to an IPHONE but since tmobile doesn't offer iphone I got no choice but to stick with tmobile. Don't come here on the weekend. It's super busy. I usually come on the weekdays around 6 ish so its not too busy and don't have to wait forever, because opening lines CAN take forever. read more

This place is really more like those Chinese cell phone dealers- if you ever come in person, you'll know exactly what I mean. I'm giving a 2 stars for deceptive advertising, which I could have overlooked, but I can't ignore the fact that their business is SO poorly set up. The store is small, messy, and has a half-finished look to it. They don't even have their voice-mail set up, which is horrible considering in today's society- that should be standard for all businesses. Also, no business cards available for these "dealers", and their calls are picked up with someone speaking Chinese, not English. It's fine that you want to call yourself T-Mobile, but at least operate with the same quality as T-Mobile does. I would have given 1 star but my in store experience was decent. Also, when my order finally came into the store- no one called to tell me it was ready for pick-up. I had to keep calling in myself. They don't really provide courtesies or go above and beyond here, at least from what i've experienced. read more

Since switching to T Mobile, this has been my go-to shop. I joined last year when my husband took advantage of an Apple Watch deal for Valentines Day. Of course he got the wrong color... The store let me bring it back that evening to switch for a different color. The rep even stayed a few minutes past closing so I could rush over after work. When my parents were due for an upgrade, Phong helped them transfer all of their old data onto their new phones. It took almost the whole morning, but Phong was patient the entire time. Needless to say, my traditional Asian parents were impressed with his work ethic and service. When my friends mention wanting new phones or accessories, I shoot Phong a text. He responds quickly with any promos that are running. He also checks to see if my accounts are eligible for additional/new discount programs. I've never felt the need to rave about a cell phone store, but the treatment I've received is stellar. I know other customers also get exceptional service, as they have "regulars" who pay bills in store. I have been with T-mobile for almost 10 years and have been using different stores to help with my family plans and phones. I lost my most recent T-Mobile guy and was in desperate need for a new one because I wanted to jump onto the iPhone 6 jump on demand leasing plan. I posted on my FB about needing a new T-Mobile guy and one of my friends recommend Phong Luu. From that moment on, Phong has been ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I messaged him on FB and within minutes he responded back. He answered all of my questions and was very thorough and clear. We were planning on meeting up last week but because of my crazy work schedule I wasn't able to meet with him until Monday this week. He saved me his LAST TWO iPhone 6 and met up with me after a long busy day of driving around from store to store. Upon arrival the store was nice and clean and organized. Very bad service here. Never coming back to this place. There was a sales, and he was offering me to pull out from other carrier and get gift card $200 per line. And add another line for free to get extra $200 if I exchange to busses account. Waited for 4 month, never received the gift card. And call this store, they send me to call T Mobile service, and T Mobile service send me back to this store. No one takes care of it. They don't care about customers, the only thing they want is let you open accounts with them. I would highly recommend not come to this store. read more

Sorry for the long review. So I was battling with T Mobile as they had denied my insurance claim. After multiple lengthy phone conversations with various reps, they told me to go to a retail store (only because they were sick and tired of dealing with me). I did my research before going to a store - I did not go to several stores that were only a mile away. I picked the store on Valley as they had the highest rating. The young man that helped me was GREAT. Although the store was bustling, he took the time to listen to my story and then reviewed my file on the T Mobile system. He assured me that according to the system, I was right, and the insurance claim should not have been denied. He then gave me instructions on what I should say when calling back in. Thanks to his help, the claim finally went through! I'm guessing I would still be battling T Mobile if I had gone to any other T Mobile store. I'm so glad I did my homework and chose this particular store. A big THANK YOU!!!! An off topic tip: when calling the T Mobile 1800 number, if you get an off-shore rep who is talking too fast in a heavy accent, just say you have a bad connection, hang up, and try again.
