Absolutely great service…read more He had some difficulty getting my phone released from my prior carrier even though my husbands was released with no problem at all. He could have said "you know what, this is going to take 3-5 business days to get resolved" but he didn't. He contacted their support center and stayed on top of it. Not once did he seem irritated with the situation or with us. In fact, he apologized that it was taking so long and gave us regular updates as he was talking to his support center. I would definitely recommend visiting the Signal Butte location if you are looking to change mobile carries. Summer and Kevin are both amazing and provide wonderful customer service. Their rates are reasonable, the phones are similar prices as other carries, etc. In fact, my husband and I are paying under $65 a month including tax for unlimited data on 2 cell phones.

Cox Mobile referred me to this location under insurance. No one else in line, gave the details to the representative, referred to call Asursion- on site did so, THEY have no replacement or cannot fix on site- okay, no problem. THEY do not service Motorola products. Hmmmmmm. After doing the Kiosk stuff and speaking with an Asursion rep, I told the in person rep let's do a replacement then for $29.99, however I sorta need this for work. I noticed a few other customers arrive and politely told the rep to please assist them and I'll patiently wait. The rep continued to ignore me and assist the next 6-7 customers who seemed to all have the same or similar issues except being Apple related. The rep continued to WHISTLE (endlessly) assisting customers and making up fake gestures to them. I waited patiently and so on. After ONE HOUR of being ignored I finally quietly left back to Cox Mobile only to be referred to the Asurion website to FINISH the claim. In turn, " Sorry we're unable to continue your claim, an error occurred while processing your claim." BTW, it was a male, no name badge-never introduced himself-was more worried about making a commission, making stupid -lame comments to the others or WHISTLING the entire time. I see now the ones I let go after me, the rep was ALL about them and completely ignored me. The rep had endless opportunities to take my payment for a replacement and I would've been happy. Amazing how this happens and is accepted. This is by far ONE of the WORST customer services ever, especially NOW. 06/29/26 after 4PM, waited until way after 5PM.

Although they can diagnose issues, when they found a virus on my daughters they couldn't clean it off because they didn't have a program to do it. On my neighbors computer, she said she only used it for basic tasks but while they couldn't anything wrong with it beyond being slow because it was old, the guy there helping us said they could build her a custom one from scratch for about fifteen hundred bucks which would be great for gaming. She was there with me at the time and said she's in her seventies and doesn't game, so she doesn't need anything more than being able to pay bills online. He said but it's a deal because she can upgrade it as needed. I suggested she just get a basic laptop from Costco for a quarter the cost. Update: The local district manager reached out to me after I wrote my review this morning. He expressed concern over my review and we discussed the particulars of my visit so that he could discuss them with his team to ensure misunderstandings between store employees and customers are addressed appropriately in the future. It was nice that he reached out and didn't just ignore a complaint but actually treated me like a human being and listened to what I had to say, which isn't something you get a lot of anymore.

His quote was "I am not apologizing for working my hours" I did not need to be treated so rudely so that is it for me. Their are plenty of techs out there who maybe have some ppl skills.
