My favorite section is Dyson. I love looking at all the new gadgets. I already have my eyes on an in-room purifier for Christmas. I saw my husband's eyes light up and I was like oh no, I knew this visit was about to get longer. He took me over to their e-bike section. Which I didn't even know they sold those here. Our associate was Roosevelt and oh boy were we lucky to have met him. He was so helpful with getting the bikes out, letting us test them, was extremely knowledgeable and had a fun sense of humor. Anthony got his wish and we left with his Father's Day gift. Thank you all, Best Buy was a lot of fun!

Our experience tonight was worth writing about. We had prompt service, while we were looking for a home security camera. They even helped us find a package that made the cameras much more reasonable. They were so good in fact, we broke down and bought two e-bikes from. Overall (5/5): they had a good selection of items in stock and were prompt to help us. Customer Service (5/5): Roosevelt was amazing, we appreciated him helping us with the e-bikes and selecting the right ones for us. They did such a great job helping us load them into the car. Store Layout (5/5): the store is verge well kept and organized. Store membership (3/5): This is the only drawback, you know have to pay-to-play to get the maximum benefits. Even if you spend a lot in store they no longer have the generous Best Buy elites that helped with extended returns and bonus dollars seem harder to earn. Whether you're looking for a new appliance or a new TV, Best Buy is definitely a go to for us.

It had a deli, a bakery, a snack area, a Starbucks, a ton of aisles, and everything. It's one of the best and biggest Target's I have been to in my life. There were no complaints when it comes to service as the employees were not shouting at us when we went to self checkout or thinking we were causing problems. And the values of the items here are what you'd expect. Of course Target tends to cost more than Walmart, but at least Target has overall always had a better atmosphere than Walmart. The service tends to be better, the inside of the store is very clean, and that is what i'd expect at Target. Whenever I am in Queen Creek again, I will be sure to visit this Target again because I loved the huge size and that this location has just about everything you could ask or wish for.

I bought 18 new water fittings and someone at the shop ruined so many fittings that they had to use all 18 new fittings. I could tell some one use pliers to take the fittings off the old build. This marred the fittings when instead they should have used the supplied wrench with the monsoon fittings. Alex had a very care less attitude about all the fittings getting damaged. Next when I got the system home the computer would not boot. Kept on getting a CPU fan failure message. I called up Steve and Steve did come over *since I did not want Alex showing up*. Steve could not resolve the issue. So my nephew an I had to resolve the issue on our own. It was an absolutely horrible experience with this company. Spent about 8 hours trying to find a repair- nothing from AT&T, nothing from Costco and nothing from Apple (other than I could wait two hours to speak to someone at the "Genius Bar.") The young man at the AT&T store in Costco suggested I go to Batteries Plus. He felt it was a problem with the screen. Mikayla at Batteries Plus was simple incredible! She was the only person who showed motivation to help me. She was also totally transparent and acknowledged that while it was most likely a screen issue (she could tell the phone was operating- we just couldn't see anything on the screen) she may have a problem removing the screen. This particular phone apparently has a paper thin screen, making it difficult to remove without causing peripheral damage. I may not be describing the problem precisely. What I do knowis that Mikayla was competent and motivated to help. By the time we were finished, I knew she was amazing! Things happen, and I wasn't so much upset with the phone breaking as I was the total indifference from every person I contacted to try and understand fix the problem. I went to the local AT&T store and they couldn't or wouldn't help me. The agent couldn't see the serial number and I didn't have the original paperwork. For reasons I don't understand, he said he couldn't look at my purchase history. Lesson learned and I will keep every piece of paper connected to any future phone purchase.
