Back in December I was offered a promotion to upgrade my phone to an iPhone 15 and only pay $215.64 over a 36 month period. The employee Keith G said that I would save money by adding an additional line. I asked him if I could add my sibling later to the business account and he said, yes but my sibling would need to be present. I went to the store I normally patronize and wanted to remove the new line that was added. I was told they could not remove the line because the promotion was added to the new line and if I were to remove the line or even suspend the line the promotion would no longer stand and would have to pay the full price of the iPhone 15. I was instructed to go back to the point of sale to get this remedied and now the store is closed. I really feel taken advantage of and feel that this place was doing fraudulent activities. That is probably why it no longer exists. I had no knowledge the employee was going to put the promotion on the new line bc it was my number and my phone that was being replaced. Also, he had knowledge that I wanted to add my sibling later. Now I will have to escalate this matter to corporate to get this resolved.

Was given the wrong phone and right out of the box it started to have problems. It was literally costing me hundreds of dollars a day and there was no way to fix it. Took so long that I had to leave the store. But upon my return, I found out that Alexis had been working on my issues the entire time I was gone. Eric was very friendly and listened to what I wanted to get (upgrade to the 17 Pro Max) and made sure I was an authorized user (shocker, I was in there twice). He even let me check his phone out first to see if I would like the bigger screen and he said he loves his phone, so I went with the Pro Max. Eric was very helpful and we talked back and forth as my phone was being transferred. He made me feel at ease and I wasn't pressured into buying Apple Care or any accessories as I had them waiting at home for me. Lexi came by and just made sure everything was going smoothly. ***BEWARE OF BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS*** I had a horrible…read moreexperience with this store. The sales people have zero integrity and morals. My wife went in for a new phone. She should have gone in, traded in her old phone, and got a new phone and things would be fine. Unfortunately, that is not what happened. Instead, the representative decided to cash in on commission by adding a line to account, instead of switching the phones. Now I have a added line to my account and paying the installments on the new phone. I even asked during the process. "This doesn't make sense to me that you are adding a line and not taking our trade-in and that my bill will stay the same".. I said/asked this multiple times during the interaction as it just didn't make financial sense to me. I made it very clear that I didn't want an increase on my bill and that we were simply there to trade in for the promotion. He assured me the way he was doing it was fine and that our bill would not change. The representatives in the store tell you it could take up to 3 months for your bill to reflect correctly because of the changes. Thats what they have told me everytime I have gotten a new phone, etc. so I didn't think anything of it. The change happened in January. When did I call? 3 months later when my bill still was not what was promised to me in-Store. So, because I didn't contest this within 14 days (after being told to wait a few billing cycles), they are now denying resolution of this problem from AT&T Customer Service/Loyalty Department. I am appalled that AT&T would rather lose a loyal customer(s), after being baited and switched by a sales person, than to make this situation right. What are we talking about here? Approx $40/month for 7 months and fix my account moving forward. You'd rather lose 4 lines of wireless and a home internet customer over $280. Blows my mind, but this is many future years of lost revenue over a situation that could have easily been resolved with integrity. Sorry, but when I get things situated with T Mobile and Spectrum I will let you all know.
