After expressing our concerns and questions, he suggested that we call the Verizon customer service because they may be able to help us more. After waiting 30 minutes to speak with a rep over the phone, it was clear as day how the phone rep and the store rep approach the way they work and how they treat their customers. The phone rep was WAY more helpful and took her time to listen to us and helped us address every concern we had. On top of that, she even helped us lower our monthly bill by almost HALF! All in all, the vibe at this entire store was very "I don't want to spend extra effort in helping you" and it's not what we want to experience as loyal customers to the company.
