The customer service is excellent and staff greeted me right away and were friendly, knowledgeable, and patient my question. They helped me with getting a free blanket today. It's nice and soft. I love the T-Mobile Tuesdays perks with free items and discounts through the app which is a nice bonus! I stopped by after picking my son up from school. Walked in with hub and greeted by all the staff inside the store. Manager is very quick and added us to queue in line. Ask us what he can help us with. Hub wanted to trade in his old phone for the new Samsung A32. Paul the manager is very attentive and professional. Soft spoken but, maintain a very cool personality/down to earth. Which I really liked a lot. Made eye contact with both of us and made sure that we will be taken care of shortly. We were called up next less than 5 minutes. A young gentleman help hubs while I sat here to write this review. Person who helped assist us is Ryan. He's full of happy energy vibe and made us feel welcomed. Very respectful and humble. You can tell he loves what he do. Both the manager and the young man knows what they're doing. T-Mobile have a couple of promos going on . Even though it wasn't added to their updated list (maybe it was printed the night before) because the promo just started today. But, the problem was fix very quickly. Customer service needs improvement and encountered what appears to be an inexperienced staff. Went in to have a new phone activated and the staff Inactivated my current phone and was not able to activate the new phone. So my regular phone was out of commission. Told me to call TMobile Customer Care. She left to help another customer. I left the store on hold with TMobile for 2 hours. Got disconnected and then went back in the queue for another hour. Finally spoke to someone at 10:00 pm. So it took me 4 hours to get my phone activated. TMobile call center staff was excellent and resolved my problem. read more

We had a past experience here when there was miscommunication concerning a phone plan we were interested in that didn't jive with what we were told at another T-Mobile store. The plan was higher priced than what we were previously offered. But we took the plan anyway a bit disgruntled at the time. The service however, has been satisfactory at least. Since then, we have still visited this store on various occasions. Often making use of the "Quick Bill Pay" kiosk which is very handy, especially if you pay your bill at the last minute. Note: The kiosk doesn't give you change, so either pay the exact amount or get credit on your next bill. We are always greeted in a friendly manner whenever entering. Recently Kyle, the retail sales associate, helped with some phone glitches my boyfriend was having. His knowledgeable expertise got the phone back in order without hesitation. He even kept us apprised of the newest phone technology coming up, so we can start thinking about future upgrades. No pressure was ever placed on us. We were out and on our way again, happy that the old cell still had some life left in it! read more

My brother and sister-in-law had the worst mobile expert experience at the T-Mobile on calvine but the store on west Stockton( a non corporate store) . Made everything perfect. Belinda T and Ike were a pleasure to work with. I can't say enough how happy those 2 employees made my brother and sister in law feel after the transaction. Damn cellular company has its hooks in me. I am bleeding, bleeding I tell you, and they wont stop until they have bled me dry. They start with the old bait and switch then "wham" they got me hook, line and sinker. However, I am no longer tied to a contract. Let the negotiations begin. I think I have foggy recollections of them taking my second and third children as payment quite awhile back along with leaving me hobbled by taking an arm and a leg. I wanted to save money on my phone bill, I was paying through the roof with Sprint. The customer service provided by Francis and Miranda went above and beyond. They worked with me to get me a lower bill, I'm paying half of what I was with Sprint. They worked with me on the money I would half to put down. They did some number crunching for me. Miranda even stayed past her time to stay and help. I left the store with 3 new phones and I'm a very satisfied T-Mobile customer. read more

I was very disappointed on my last two visits here. I had a warranty exchange that had to be done. Came in the first time my name was not on the account since it was under my brother's, the manager name Adam was rude and unprofessional. He checked my id and handed me the phone. On the same day the warranty exchanged phone kept messing up and freezing on me so I had to go back and get it exchanged. I went back 3 days later and still bad customer service experience from most of the workers on top of that Adam the manager made me call my brother to come and pick up the phone while he gave me the phone last time. I asked him how he let me have a phone last time with checking my ID and not this time then he said it's our policy that the person on the account can only pick up the phone. So why wasn't this applied last time? Overall worst experience ever, never going back to this location. read more

I went in with the mentality that I wanted a certain phone. I called many locatIons for the phone I wanted and the color and everyone said they didn't have any or they just told me to call back later. After finding the phone I wanted I went over to this store. The energy here is so different compared to all the other stores. I received help from Mikey! That man was super cool, super helpful and he knew his stuff when it came to phones. He was charismatic and knowledgeable. I went in to buy the phone and within minutes they got me out with no problems. Unfortunately I had to go back because the phone I got just wasn't as great as I made it to be. Boy the lines get long! I sure do avoid coming if unecessary, so I do most of my billing online. The workers do try to be as efficient as possible, they are nice, but it is a small store so it takes a while to be attended to when busy. If I rememeber correctly there is about four or five cashier representatives to help at a time if fully staffed. It has had some remodeling done since it first opened, very nice and clean. read more

The offer that was available was that they would pay for your phone to a certain limit and I would be responsible with the rest which was fine but , That offer was not honored nor applied to my T-Mobile account in any way shape or form . I was not reimbursed for anything from changing over from sprint I wasn't given any card with money on it to apply it to my T-Mobile account . My son and I told him what were looking for and he told us about some great promotions going on and really weighed out the best options for me. Its October 28th and I still have not got my replacement phone for the note 7 fire hazzard. This place will waste your time call other stores and have you calling them too all the while knowing that all the other stores are out of the s7 edge. Unfortunately my experience today wasn't the greatest off the bat due to Covid-19. I was greeted at the door by Ashton who inquired as to why I was coming in. I told him to cancel my service and was told theres a number for that and he began closing the door. I had to explain that their customer service directed me here after trying unsuccessfully with them. I found out my service was active and I was overdue even though I moved carriers 2 months prior & presumed I shut it down then. Ashton tried to connect me again to customer service, not personally taking the time to help me. After that didnt work he proceeded to tell me I could just let the account run into collections since I was already overdue.. that is an awful thing to say even if I'm leaving. Fortunately his manager Francis was much more patient and able to help me clear up why this was happening. If your staff reads this let me be clear. My complaint is poor communication with Ashton. He was dismissive throughout our mulitple exchanges. read more

This location is an organized and friendly t mobile store. Tammy, Oliver, and Raymond are very attentive and were very helpful. I purchased a new phone and updated my plan with the careful assistance and explanation from Oliver. They never showed any sign of impatience and I could not have left the store any happier. Unfortunately, when I called in another day to ask for assistance I wasn't given the same great customer service. A worker named Ashley said she would assist me in my problem but never called me back! I understand that it may get busy but they had 4 hours to call me back and never did so. Usually do not write reviews but experience here was pretty bad. Fan of Tmobile, just not from the service I received at this location. I always call customer service or use the Tmobile website which provides awesome service. Deals are also better online and over the phone. Experience at this location was not too great. Upgraded to 3 new devices and the sales person changed my plans from what they were before. They were all on the free data and were all upgraded to +$10 each per month. He also enrolled me onto the JUMP program without letting me know, adding another $10 to each line per month. This was basically a $60 increase to my monthly bill. Not a stickler and I am not going to read through all the papers. Trusted that this guy would at least let me know about these things like most stores and reps would. Good thing I monitor my bill and saw these changes. Was able to correct them on the phone with customer service. One of the lines was also porting in a number and I had requested the rep do that in store so I won't have to deal with it at home. Understand that it was sort of busy but the rep told me he would, even wrote down my info and told me it was complete. Went home and realized he did not do anything and called in to port the number myself. Besides screwing up on my bill and requests, service was ok. Even though the rep screwed up quite a bit he was patient and helpful with my questions or I would have given a 1 star. Wait time was not too long considering the line that they had. read more

I went in to get help on a promotion that was offer to me at the time I brought my galaxy s10 and never was told that the credit will only be apply to my account no matter if I pay off my phone first. No one told me that when I trade in my phone and now just recently my phone crack and was told to call assurance since they are closing and can't help me anymore. He asked me how he could help me I told him I may be looking to upgrade but I want to weigh my options. He asked why an upgrade I told him my IPhone 7 has been acting up and I don't want to deal with it. We looked at some phones and he gave me his 2 cents about some other phones and I told him I'm more interested in the IPhone XR Max and he gave me some great advice. To sum it all up I bought a Bluetooth speaker that was on sale and ended up just doing a warranty exchange on my iPhone. He even made sure I was taken care of with my plans on upgrading later on. Their service is slow. Took me almost 2 hours to get served. I was told to call the 800 customer service # and the wait was another 30 mins and on top of that, the person I talked to did not have any knowledge about the service.... Not sure how she got hired for that job. I was told to call 800 #at the store but after calling the number, the stupid lady told me that she can't help me and that the people in the store will help me with my questions and concerns so I hung up and told the stupid staffs in the store but guess what??? My parents had bought an iWatch for me but since it wasn't that convenient for me I decided to return. Once at the store I came to know my parents paid the watch off after putting it on installment plan, this created some problem with returning. Poor customer service and unprofessional every single time I deal with this store. The service staffs who helped me were always not transparent about the changes they make to my account. I will find out about the changes a bill cycle later and ended up calling T-Mobile Help line to correct the mistakes which ended up being too late the last two times I went into the store. Recently, I was on the phone with a store staff on how to add an authorized user to my profile and he hang up on me in the middle of my sentence. Very unprofessional.
