Had the best service by Javier Alonzo today at Verizon Baldwin Park store to activate my business…read morephone. I had been trying to activate this phone for months over the phone with customer service unsuccessfully. Kept getting transferred to the wrong dept and wasted about 6 different hours and 3 different people's time. Very inefficient. I finally called the Baldwin Park store and got Javier. He patiently listened to my problem and complaints, understood the issue, looked up some info for me and confirmed that he would be able to help me activate the business phone if I went in person. I went to the store right away. Luckily no wait at the time. Javier assisted me right away and successfully activated the business phone in 15 min when I've been struggling with this for almost 3 months!! Javier was professional, knowledgeable, detail-oriented , and took care of the activation swiftly and accurately with low stress. I confirmed the activation by placing a call successfully. Javier was a total lifesaver today cuz I was dreading having to waste another hour or two waiting on the phone for customer service. Fast forward to Sunday night, I download the new update 13.2 on the phone, it works for about 30 minutes I go and feed puppies and I come back to my phone having completely crashed, The start up screen was on a never ending loop. I called the store to Juan answering and not only telling me I can come in and we'll figure it out together but Immediately knowing who I was. When our combined efforts to fix the problem failed I reach out to Apple to set an appointment to get my phone fixed, they simply send me a link to make an appointment with bestbuy with very little explanation so I set one for tomorrow at 3 and go on my happy way. A couple hours later bestbuy calls and tells me I made the wrong designation for my appointment and need Apple to make the appointment for me and the soonest available one is the 16th, which was not going to work, so I call once again to Juan who immediately orders me a new one possibly sacrificing a sale I heard him making over the phone while I was in there. If you're looking for an honest, kind, sincere sales person who only wants to do what's best for the customer look no further than this store and ask for Juan!!!

During the process of transferring data to my new phone and putting on the new screen protector for me, the wife and I learned that Larissa had only been working at this store for a couple of weeks, after moving on from another cellular phone company. What a tremendous loss for that other store, and what a significant addition to the team working at this T-Mobile location. All other employees working at this time were making sure that they greeted every single person walking in that door and were quick to assist them with checking in, and taking care of their needs.

I made this clear about five times before they completed the fax, yet the instructions were not followed. Because of that mistake, the fax was not received. When I came back to address the issue and request a refund, I had the cover sheet and transaction details, and the employees remembered the transaction, but they refused to help because I did not have the physical receipt. I explained that this was related to my disabled child and that I was trying to resolve an issue caused by their mistake, but my concerns were dismissed. I was repeatedly interrupted while trying to explain the situation, and the attitude I received from the staff was very unprofessional. What was even more concerning was being told that they were going to upload a video of me. I was not being disruptive or doing anything wrong I was simply trying to get help and resolve a service that was not completed correctly. After leaving, I looked through previous reviews and noticed other customers describing similar concerns involving the same employee. Unfortunately, after my own experience, I am not surprised to see that others have felt the same way. I understand policies exist, but there should also be accountability when a customer clearly explains instructions, pays for a service, and the service fails because those instructions were not followed. I hope management reviews this situation and provides better customer service and training moving forward.

I've had a paid mailbox here since 2020 (it's now almost mid-2026), which means I've had a lot of…read moreinteractions with the folks working here over the last 6 or so years. When I first got my mailbox in 2020, the hours were very good with them being open the majority of the day during the week, even during COVID, and they were open both on Saturdays and Sundays. I really don't like writing negative reviews about places, because some people/places have off days (just like everyone does), but this is not just one day with them.... it's EVERY SINGLE DAY. Here is a list of items I have put together for your reading pleasure, and for the record, I will NOT be renewing. 1. Hours are basically whenever they feel like being open (especially on weekends). Sometimes there's a sign on the door during regular business hours that they're on break and the door is locked. (See the attached photo.) Their hours are now 9am-6pm during the week and Saturdays 9am-4pm when they used to be open earlier in the morning, later in the evening, and on Sundays. Oh and if they go on "vacation", they close for an ENTIRE WEEK and write an email to everyone two days before that our mail and packages will be held until they return. There is NO way to access the mailbox or receive packages during the time they're closed. Remember, I pay a monthly fee to have mail received here... 2. They are no longer open on Sundays like they used to be a couple of years back which means I have only Saturdays to check my mail. Since I work 9am-6pm during the week, I usually can only get to my mailbox on Saturdays. Sometimes they take the weekend off and close without saying anything. And guess what happens when they close on the weekend unexpectedly... I CAN'T GET MY MAIL FOR THAT WEEK. 3. They charge for literally EVERYTHING. Debit card fees and transaction fees. They used to accept packages up to 50 pounds. Then it was lowered to 30 pound. However, is your box heavier than 30 pounds? There's a "handling" fee. Need a piece of tape? Fee. Need one copy of something? Fee. I'm surprised I'm not charged for breathing the air in the building. 4. I pay for a mailbox for a reason. I want to be able to receive packages that are secured and held for a few days until I have some time to pick them up (which is usually on Saturdays). Well, if you leave your package for 3 days or more, there's a fee for that. Do you only have your debit card with you to pay the fee? Sorry, there's a fee for that. See Item 3 above. They were closed on the preceding Saturday? Sorry, there's still a storage fee. I was literally going to be charged a fee for ONE flat 9x11 envelope when I came 5 days later to pick it up after it was received. A FEE FOR AN ENVELOPE!!! 5. The ONLY good thing... and I mean *ONLY* good thing is that I get a text message and email whenever I receive mail into my box. That way I don't have to guess when mail is there. But again, if I leave a package there more than three days (even if I'm out of town for longer than that), there's a fee. And if they're closed for the weekend, I have no way to access said mail. The TL;DR version is that you should avoid renting a mailbox here. You pay a fee to not have access to your mailbox outside business hours and when they close randomly. Also be prepare to pay a fee for basically everything.
