I think I'm off to a great start with T-Mobile especially after speaking to the intelligent customer representative Dominique, he sounds like a vet at his job , One thing I like about him the most was that he answered every single question with details, no hesitation and no assist from manger he knows his job, also Very well spoken, professional and very informative. He was able to convince my wife to change services both cellular and Wi-Fi and she's very adamant with her decisions ! totally a wow moment for us both . So we did a Wi-Fi trail and while returning the product My only poor encounter was today 20 min before closing i called to notify store that I'm on my way , however a new young lady answered the phone , I asked for Dominque or the manager because they exchanged the notes in regards of my services needed ; she said that Dom's shift is over then she muted the phone for a sec and then ask "what do I need to speak to the manger about?" Now.. that might be a small thing for some people but that's a big deal for me when I'm trying to take care of business and prefer to speak with manger I didn't ask for a translator , so I replied "you must be the new girl ".. I told her that I've spoke to the Manger already also Dominique once before and that I'll be arriving shortly .. she replied "oookay " so I proceeded to drive there and the store was 100% closed before 8pm . The T-Mobile on Albemarle Road is great. The staff is very helpful. Jayden was able to help me quickly and efficiently on issue I had with my phone. The space isClean and organized. And I was in and out within about 20 minutes. read more

Marcus and Antonio were SO helpful in assisting me with purchasing my new Apple Watch. I'd give it no stars to be honest. I don't remember her name but because of her I am in such a headache with T-Mobile. I wish I had never switched to t mobile in the first place. True it is cheaper than at&t but their service and everything is absolute trash. She promised my family so many different things and once we got further into the plan. It was revealed that none of that information was true. Whenever my husband would ask questions or say anything she would dismiss it or just talk to him like he is child. If could leave a zero start I WOULD, first the rep Josephine knowingly ordered the wrong color Apple Watch on PURPOSE just for the sale of commission. After receiving it I called for a refund and was told the manager wasn't in store. After pulling up the manager was indeed there, their in person energy was real different when they realized I'm not one of them. After they realized I wasn't having it I got that restock fee waived and got the color I want. ON WOO don't come to this specific store terrible customer service. read more

I've entered this store a couple of times and it's been an amazing experience. With the help of a good employer named Braynel. He showed me and told me all about the best deals and told me all about my best options. And there's also Joseph before had transferred to another store he made things easy to understand and answered every question I had with precision and honesty. I'll start from the moment when i first opened my business phone plan account sales associate was very helpful and not informative at all. I'll cut to the chase I went for the second time to change my unlimited data plan THE MANAGER said, couldn't change my data plan because it was a grandfather plan. Left the location and decided to call customer service, which I should of call from the start but anyway the CSR line was very helpful and able to change my data plan without giving me a reason not to. Please find a manager who can take care of their loyal customers! read more

The people here are amazing, couldn't have gotten better. They answer your questions and make you feel like you are at home. After you set they give you a card to call them to see if you need help, as long as I'm in this area this is my home T-Mobile store. read more

i will never go to this location.. very rude.. unprofessional and did not handle my issue appropriately. i had to call t-mobile myself from my own cell phone to get my issue solved.. t-mobile is great but not the people who work at this location. i will continue business with t-mobile but this location will never never never make any money from me or any of my co-workers, friends, family, or patients.. the workers at this location was talking about dinner, friends, what they did over the weekend, and the woman who so called tried helping me was on her own cell (very unprofessional) i just dont see any reason for this location to still be open unless they get new employees.. read more

This is by far the worst T-Mobile store that I've ever encountered. Let me start by saying that the new sales associate, Marcus, was kind, polite, and professional. He needed some help and asked his colleague Faith. Faith was rude, loud, and very unprofessional. Before understanding the dynamics of my account, she began yelling across the store that I can't JUMP, and I politely let her know that I had no idea what she was referencing. I realized that Faith was trying to process an upgrade on my husbands phone and not my own so I let her know. Then she mentioned that I had a different phone on the system which I no longer own and actually traded in when I joined T-Mobile. They both asked Anton who I'm assuming is their superior to come help and he came over with the most ignorant, unhelpful, sarcastic and disrespectful remarks that I've ever dealt with in all my years. Anton then continued to try to talk down on me and the associates because he realized that their concerns were genuine. After I had had enough my husband and I both agreed to go to another store. When I mentioned we'd take our business elsewhere, Faith decided to quickly respond that we'd have the same problem there. I had to let her know that I could care less about technical issues, but their lack of professionalism hopefully ends at that store. Oh, and the store is partially boarded up due to their windows being shot in a few days prior. I wouldn't revisit this store if my life depended on it and I mean it. They should be shut down or given a host of new sales associates with better understanding for customer consideration. read more
