I had such an amazing experience with Kaela at the AT&T store on Sunrise! From the moment we walked in, she was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. I came in feeling stressed and overwhelmed, and she immediately brought my anxiety level down with how calm, thorough, and knowledgeable she was. On top of helping me, she was also so sweet and patient with my busy 9-year-old, which honestly meant a lot as a mom. She never made us feel rushed and took the time to explain everything clearly while making sure all of our questions were answered. Customer service like hers is rare these days. Kaela truly went above and beyond, and it's obvious she cares about people, not just sales. I was at the store today and in beyond disbelief that the keep employed staff that are beyond rude and disrespectful as a personality trait. Luisa, not sure how to spell her actual name, but overheard and witnessed her entire interaction with a customer that she ignored and skipped over who had been patiently waiting for their appointment. She rolled her eyes, gave attitude everytime she opened her mouth and could care less what the customer was saying because it was clear she was born in the wrong side of the bed. It was clear after a few minutes of being harassed by Luisa that they asked for a different associate because she didn't want to work or deal with anyone because she didn't leave any space for anything but her big horrible attitude. As a company I was beyond irritated that this employee continued on like this wasn't her normal routine. I will drive way farther to never deal with this store again, because I'm changing carriers, this store gave me a horrible iPhone and Luisa also had attitude that it's not her fault the phone was bad. I'm moving to T-Mobile and Android after this staff being the final straw. Please check your cameras, and fire this staff immediately. read more

We came in first thing when they opened. We were welcomed when we came in and there was no wait. Staff was friendly and happily answered my questions. Each of the phones we were interested in were all in stock. We were able to trade in our phones and get money off our new phones for not too much per month. Which made for a good deal. No upselling or pressure to get most expensive phone, plan, insurance or accessories which was nice. My only issue was even with the rep right there you can't hold the phone to get the feel of the phone before purchasing. But understand why they do so. The rep who worked with us walked me through the transfer process so I didn't have to reload all my apps, setting and stuff on my old phone. Which didn't happen the last time I bought a new phone. I'm writing this review solely to highlight a very valuable team member at the ATT Corporate Store on Sunrise Blvd near Smashburger. Jazz is a very professional, helpful and patient employee who helped us navigate a complex situation from start to finish. We came in as Verizon customers and left having switched 5 cell phone lines over to ATT with Jazz's assistance. He helped us save a significant amount of money each month and answered all our questions patiently. He even provided us with his contact info and continued to respond and assist after the transaction was completed, when we had some issues with one of the promotions. I would note that two of his managerial colleagues were nowhere to be found once we had signed up. I'm aware that there is a pretty high turnover in this field, so we have come to expect a low level of service and lack of continuity. Happily, Jazz demonstrated the opposite and continued to actively assist us through to the end of the issue. He deserves the highest praise for his customer skills and knowledge. I have no hesitation in strongly recommending anybody patronizing this store to work with Jazz! read more

I had an excellent experience with Chris at AT&T! I called about my order being cancelled due to some "glitch", and he immediately told me to come in so he could assist me right away. When I arrived, I was helped within 15 minutes. Chris greeted us warmly, and he also greeted everyone that came in the store asking their issues and apologizing for the wait (only two people including him working). Then he coordinated with Ana so she could assist us as soon as she finished with her customer. Definitely made what could have been a frustrating situation completely stress-free. I went to this particular AT & T store and they basically tried to do a bait & switch on me. On their website it stated I could get the new iPhone 17 plus for $0.00. What they failed to mention was the upgrade was for certain older iPhones and I didn't have one of the eligible phone (iPhone 8) and they had no problem try to upsell me a newer, more expensive phone. If they did mention it, it would have been in the fine print where you needed a magnifying glass to read it. I'm taking my business elsewhere read more

I had an AT&T sales rep come to my door and offer a promo. $250 visa per phone, 2 phones, and they will even pay off my bill. Sounds great? Right? WRONG! I got only one $250 card and that's it. Now they have my old trade in phones and I owe money to my previous provider. I have just spent over an hour on the phone talking to managers and they keep giving me the run around. Let me start with the positive, my phone locked up and the touch screen stopped working. When I walked in an employee asked how she could help me. I explained what happened and she did a hard reset and fixed it, great. Since I was there I told her I wanted to upgrade. She said one person ahead of you shouldn't be long. When I asked for help, they refused to assist and acted like I was bothering them just by being there. Another case of....I should have read the reviews first. But this store is close to home and shopping and we needed something... Bad service, no products. Seems like a bait and switch situation. This store is on Sunrise - easy parking. Nice large store. Covid precautions in place. First time here. I will say that I have been an ATT customer for 15 years or more. I'm very loyal to this brand. We came in to buy a new iPhone for my husband. He is not a 'phone guy' and just needs the basics (which is $500).... We came on a weekday in the middle of the afternoon. Put our name on the list and waited...and waited...and waited. All the while we were watching groups of employees chit chat in front of us. There were tons of employees. But only like three were helping people. We ended up waiting for about 45 minutes. Yikes. We sat down with our representative who informed us they don't stock the phone we wanted!!!! Um, then why is it on display in your store??? Right in the front no less. I guess you can only buy the NEW $1000 iPhone there. Seems shady. Why can't you stock some of the lower models??? Purchased a phone at this store on October 30. There was a promotion on accessories buy one or two and get one free. Purchased a couple of accessories and paid. Decided to purchase other accessories, but the rep closed my account and the promotions was only while I was purchasing my phone. I asked to speak with the store manager. The store manager said to pay the full price and he would make sure the credit would reflect on my monthly invoice. The credit did not show up on my monthly invoice. When called to inquire about the credit at AT&T Cust Serv all they could do was breakdown the payments for what I had paid for and nothing else. I don't have the receipts, my fault. I had a new iPhone to activate and took into Zach on Sunrise. He was very helpful and had it activated in no time and I was out the door with the happy news that he had bothered to check to see if my old phone qualified for a refund--which it did! But a day later I realized I was locked out of my banking and several other apps which would not open, including the app store. So back I went to Zach and he was able to pinpoint my VPN was causing blockage to my home wifi even though husband was able to utilize it on his phone and computer. Zach was able to close my VPN down, although it didnt give up easily, and I left a happy camper. Thank you, Zach! No problems since. read more

One of the worst customer experiences of my life! Obviously if I'm still talking about it four years later! Anyway, I digress, let's focus on the present! Here you go... Zach is awesome! I was very hesitant to visit the store, especially since I had a horrible experience back in 2019. I told myself I would never go back into that store. Unfortunately, I had to go in to obtain the assistance I needed. I am planning a big trip out of the country and I did not want to take my new phone so I went in to add a line on my old phone. He took the time to walk me through ALL the steps. He also explained the "fine print" on international calling which I truly appreciated. As he reviewed my account,he questioned "Do you know we offer better plans than what you currently have?" Keep in mind, I have been with AT&T and have not changed my plan in over 20 plus years. What I enjoyed the most was the overall customer experience. We had a great conversation about his travels, using SIM cards abroad, and he made sure I understood the ins and outs of using SIM cards abroad... and to make sure my phone was "unlocked" before I attempted to put in a new card. He even told me that the little "sim key" remover is in the box that my phone came in! Mind blown, I never had anyone tell me about that! He also made sure that I wasn't paying for something I didn't truly need. It was very clear that he has the knowledge, experience, and what was best for my situation . But most of all, he strives to listen to the customers wants and needs, and explains the appropriate route to take. I didn't feel rushed, and he never displayed frustration as I asked him to walk me through the details to ensure I understood exactly what he was saying. I realize this store has poor reviews, so if you have any concerns, I suggest scheduling an appointment when he is available. I felt like I won the lottery with his assistance. I want att to know that their stores are suffering the unfair corporate practices of throttling their internet services. One hand shakes another..... They say they don't throttle, but they do. So this store gets a down vote because this is the only place I can vent and people will actually respond and not do business with them due to it. Scammers. Do not I repeat DO NOT buy from this store. The Store Manager Michelle was acting like I was was just an absolute inconvenience too her life. She seemed like she didn't want to help me when someone went to go get her. Horrible management and even worse reps. Extra lines and fees were added to my account without my knowledge. I was told I was gonna be paying about $150 plus tax with my 3 lines and a tablet but when I got my bill it was $330!! There were additional lines and insurance that was $17 and $45 and some home insurance or something for $25. I am in absolute disbelief! Who would do that to anyone?
