Tmobile stores are fairly similar, the exceptions being staff and Location. Location is good, near everything else in the area. It's a shipping strip which is convenient and it was easy to pull in and out. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. They seemed to be able to help answer any questions and were familiar with the products they sold. I did have to wait longer than I expected but I think it was simply busier than normal and both employees were kept busy with slower customers. read more

My experience with this store was a nightmare. I went in on 6/29/26 because my phone was frozen and was immediately told it was no good by David and manager, Yohan. I wanted to buy a new phone outright and was told I would get a better deal (half price for the phone and an apple watch) if I added a line (I had 4 and had no need for another), got the Tmobile credit card (didn't need it) and it would just cost $13 more per month. (My current plan was $185 per month). It seemed like a no brainer because of the watch. Salesman David took 3 hours to transfer my contacts and photos to the new phone, repeatedly ignored my questions about how much my monthly bill would actually increase (I suspected hidden fees or taxes).  I paid $139 for the phone, screen protector and watch. I had nothing in writing but was assured by David if there was anything wrong with the bill they would fix it?!?  Four days later I received a text with my next bill - $373!!   I went into the store and spoke to manager, Eric. He said he would look into it and get back to me. He did not. Several days later I went back and Eric told me David put me on the wrong plan and he would correct it, but he would have to speak to his manager about the current bill of $373 because that could not be changed (due for autopay in 5 days). He would get back to me. He did not. I went in a third time, spoke to Eric, returned the watch, told him to put me on my original plan.  He said they would give me $100 credit. I agreed and asked if there were penalties to leave Tmobile in the future. He said the $100 credit was contingent on my staying with Tmobile!! I was very angry because not only was I misled on the first visit but now I was paying for David's mistake?!?! Eric said he would have his manager (Yohan) call me. I went home and called the general Tmobile Customer Service line. Kai advised if I didn't hear from them or was refused the credit, to go back to the store and call Customer Service when I got there. Since I did not hear from the manager, I went in a 4th time, told Eric to put me on my orignal plan which he agreed to do, gave me the $100 credit on my next bill and charged me $616 for the phone.  On 7/23/26, I called the Customer Service line again to be sure everything was good. I was told I still had 6 lines - the 2 that were supposed to be canceled weren't!!  Victor was very helpful and canceled the extra lines. When I expressed that I was still paying for David's original mistake because my July payment was $260, Victor checked on it and said I would receive an additional credit of $80 off my next bill because I had been "overcharged". When I received my new bill, it was $179 which was close to my original plan price, but there was NO additional credit. I called Customer Service on 8/4/26 and was told by Maria there was no additional credit, but she could offer me a "One Time Courtesy Credit of $40" which I refused and had to VERY angrily demand to speak to a supervisor.  Supervisor Derek was helpful and immediately applied a credit of $80.  At the end of it all, I paid $755 for the phone (not the newest model) with screen protector and I am back on my original plan. read more

Stay clear from this store at all costs! I went to this location on 6/2 as I was having difficulty staying connected to Android Auto on a vehicle I recently purchased. Associate Bridgette told me the reason was because my phone was "junk" and whoever sold it to me was terrible. I have had no other issues. I was then told by her and associate David that my only way to correct the issue was to purchase a new phone. David proceeded to run my credit and told me that the ONLY way I could purchase a new phone was to change my plan (55+) to another plan that was more than twice what I was paying. He also implied my plan was "junk". He further advised I could not even purchase a new phone outright. Dissatisfied with this answer I went to the Warwick Mall location and was advised that although affordable, my phone was a decent model. The associate there simply reset my phone and VOILA! no further issues with Android Auto. She further advised that I would NOT need to change plans to purchase a new phone and even showed my one that would cost about $7 per month, if I chose to purchase it. Although Idid not purchase a phone, these people were so polite answering all my questions about a phone I was interested in. I can't say enough nice things about the attention paid to me. Total nightmare. Switched from Metro to Tmobile, spent 5 1/2 hrs in store, they forget to activate my husbands phone, Back to store for another 2 hours the next day. Then the kicker, they had us down for two phones, a tablet and two watches in which we Never ordered. Called today and the girl hung up on me... Do Not deal with this company. Thankfully Tmoble themselves removed the tablet and two watches, Nightmare!!!! Lucky you even got a 1 star. read more

I went there 2 times to pay my bil yesterday, and were to busy, they need more staff

Bottom line: Unless you are there to purchase a new plan, expect to be treated like a waste of time. - Visited the store on 1/10 at 12 PM in order to trade in an old device for my son's new line/phone purchase. - I was instantly met with disdain and rudeness. - I wasn't an authorized user on my son's account, so they would not take a trade-in phone submission. What?! - It's okay that T-mobile has this protocol, but store reps don't have to be total d-bags about it. - My son was at Boston Children's hospital for the month while his 2yo has sugar and recovery. He couldn't submit it himself. I told them that, they didn't care. Heartless jerks. - I called my son and he got on the phone, and the store rep was a complete jerk to my son as well. This is from T-Mobile's website: "Trade-in at a T-Mobile store: For the easiest trade-in experience, we encourage you to go to one of our stores to trade in your old device for a new one. Store locator" ***NOPE! It's not easy, nor do they tell you that in order to give THEM a $500 trade-in, and the only ask in return was a receipt for that trade-in, you have to be an authorized user of the account. This is why companies lose customers for life. I walked over to Verizon, got a new phone, they paid off the old phone, got a gift card, and a new account and I pay $30 less on Verizon. I just spent an hour here and it was a complete waste of my time. Both employees were with customers when I got there. For 45 minutes I waited in extremely uncomfortable heat while they basically ignored me. I wanted to drop off 2 tablets and a phone to recycle. Hey, trying to save the earth, right? And oh look, a sale on pop sockets! I need a new one. I'll grab 2. The sign said 2 or more were 50% off! Finally a girl comes out from the back. She tells me I can't recycle my items there if they don't pull up in the system. Funny, your website says you take anything. Your coworker seemed to think so as well. But whatever, just ring up my popsockets. They don't ring up on sale. She says, and I quote "Does 2 or more mean 3?". No, it means TWO. OR MORE. Five minutes later, she finds out they don't ring up because I don't have t mobile. I didn't realize you can't just buy things? Nothing says that. I walked out of there with my two tablets and phone, nothing accomplished, and a wasted hour. You guys SUCK. Also, turn down your heat. read more

Beware! We went in to switch 4 lines from sprint. The sales associate quoted prices and promotions for us. He checked in numerous times she told him different information. The biggest promise was that they would pay off the remaining amount owed on our sprint phones via a prepaid card. We switched over that day. Come to find out that wasn't true and now we are stuck owing sprint $500 out of pocket. The sales associate admitted that he gave us the wrong information. The store manager wouldn't help saying we got the promotions that they had and that we got credits on our account (all of which were also promised to us). The store manager wanted to pretend she wasn't there too. The district manager was rude and demeaning. Lesson learned get everything in writing! First let me start with this is NOT a corporate store anymore. With that being said don't waste hours of your time with these unknowledgeable people. After HOURS of time upgrading my phone with the jump program, them shutting off my fiancées phone instead of my old one, so he had no phone until I got home. To then getting home when the store is closed and the phone i turned in was never swept clean. So everything I did till who knows when went to both phones. Later, my Fiancée decided he wanted to switch phones as well. Told him let's just switch carriers... Going back into the store 3 weeks later I was told he could not upgrade with jump. I asked him more than once how can I not do something I just did? He assures me it must have been a mistake. After more disagreement he then asked me "how did you upgrade" I then had to explain the process to the person getting PAID to do this but he didn't under stand so he FACE-TIMES his boss. Working in the business industry if I told one of my customers who's unhappy... clearly very unhappy with their food, or product "hold on a second, whip my phone out and FACETIME." I was speechless. After much aggravation and over an hour (this trip) we left. A week later (yesterday) we head to the bald hill road store... 20 min in and out with the phone he wanted set up and no issues! After my new fancy-pants MotorolaCliq stopped working during a New England road trip, we stormed into this T-Mobile full of Black Friday frustration & a very NYC sense of entitlement. Who said customer service was dead? We were met with the calm, considerate ministrations of Scott & co. After half an hour or so, I left with a loaner phone tucked under my arm and a plan of action for returning the malfunctioning Motorola Cliq, issuing many apologies for our initial tirade. read more
