Avoid at all costs, they run an insurance scam and then the manager strong arms you into paying by…read moresaying you cant have your phone back that day unless you pay out of pocket, then asurion refuses to cover their software error and the mistake of the tech at u break I fix. came in with a claim, they said the claim expired so I had to scan and make a new one, apparently Asurion put my imei on number into the system incorrectly (basically a phone VIN number), and the tech didnt notice before starting the work, so when I come back 3 hours later (they never called to tell me my phone was done) they said they would have to replace the broken screen back onto the phone before I could leave (so another 2 hours of my time to cover 2 mistakes, neither of which I made). The "district manager" Sebastian G then just lies to me and tells me my only 2 options are to come back the next day for the phone or pay out of pocket (upon calling asurion later he was supposed to tell me to call them to have the IMEI number fixed on their end, but it was close to their closing time and he did not want to stay late). So with no other option as I cannot leave my phone (literally dont know how to get home without it as I drove over 40 minutes to get here) I am strong armed into paying out of pocket. Now after weeks of run around with their parent insurance company assurion they found a solution where another claim could ve submitted which they would be reimbursed for and then I could be refunded as they would have essentially be paid. To this the "district manager" Sebastion said no because it would make a lot of paper work for him and apparently he was just too lazy to do extra work for a mistake his employee made (according to asurion they are not to do any work on a phone if the imei number doesnt match the one that is on the claim). So at the end of the day, 2 mistakes made by the company and no responsibility shown by the "district manager" Sebastian. At this point both them and Asurion are completely washing their hands of it and leaving me out the full amount of $491, which is ridiculous price to charge for a screen repair of a 5 year old phone but that is besides the point. The 2 receipts pictured will show that my correct IMEI number is on the receipt *after* I pay out of pocket (interesting how their system reads it right once I pay but not during the claim processs). Avoid at all costs and cancel your insurance with asurion, paid into it for over 5 years with no claims and when it finally comes time to pay out they find a way not to. Sebastian also lied when the work order was created to try and deny the time I dropped off (he claimed it was 4) but as you see on the receipt the work order was created at 11:46 am so it took them over 4 hours to *not* fix my phone. To further everything after finally having the insurance company get directly in contact with the store Sebastian lied about the events that transpired. By the time the website was working again, they disconnected my service. I called Cricket when they opened for business hours and I told them I was trying to make a payment but your platform was and is under maintenance and there wasn't a way I could pay. They said I was lying and I could have made a payment. I asked them for a refund so I could move to a different provider they refused. Dear Cricket, there is always someone looking to take your business. Fuck your policies that you wrote on your couch to put on a website. Make the customer happy. My updated review is solely on this location's customer service…read more So my urgent letter/package sent on 11/7/2019 was finally delivered on 11/19/2019. This was after I paid for the most expedited service. The problem actually occurred at the courier level as they repeatedly sorted my letter to go to a wrong state. It traveled along the west-coast including Alaska when it should've just gone straight to South Korea. I spoke with several UPS customer service people and their answers were, it is what it is. Never returned my call on several occasions and when I did get someone on the phone they were very irritated by the fact that I was concerned of the well-being of my letter floating freely in Alaska for over a week. Now that we're all caught up, let me tell you the positive experience from this, sort of... Mark the manager was very happy to provide me with the full refund. I didn't realize that he'd shared my pain with UPS couriers being a complete failure as he was keeping a tab on why my letter was not delivered within 3 days as promised. He apologized many times over when it's really not his fault but the couriers on other states. Overall, I don't think I'll use UPS ever again. I'll probably continue to receive shipments from UPS but it's a hard pass as a sender. Mark however, was very nice. If you're to use UPS, or I JUST HAD to use UPS, I'd go with Mark's store for his accountability and outstanding customer service.

I was gonna be in this area anyway, so I checked out a new-to-me UPS store. This is older construction, especially judging by the parking lot size. All the entrances, exits, lanes, and spots are narrow by the standards of today's suburban (e.g., SUV-saturated) living. No big deal until you get down by the corner where the UPS store is. I pulled up, no spots, somebody left their car--empty, hazards going--in the lane. Circle the row once, somebody ELSE did the same thing, so now like 10 cars are blocked in, and traffic is piling up trying to get around. Circle the row again, finally, both of the 10-minute-parking spots have opened up. And it's like Tetris watching all the Edmondsians trying to back up, get around, let others through, and stay off their horns. Everybody added at least 30 seconds to the problem. And I figured it would be slower since it was mid-afternoon! lol Anyway, inside, there's one person filling out an address form and 4 employees in varying degrees of bustle to and fro. Dude weighs and measures my laptop, scans my QR code off my phone, and another employee almost jumps around him: "he brought his QR code? We NEVER get the QR code!" This probably explains why 4 different people at my goofy agency reminded me to get my QR code when my contract was expiring. Anyway, UPS is nice 'cause they pack and ship everything for you, and I *really* appreciated that since I didn't have to do anything other than hold up my phone--free to me. In long Kind of a tricky parking lot, but not the worst around. Tight spaces, lots of traffic turning in and out. Tons of popular food in this little strip-mall parking lot. I scored a spot easily, though the lunch rush was over. Turns out I was "behind" the store, and the door was barely marked. Walk down a hall to what turns out to be the front room. Lively conversation going on between the 3 dudes working since they had no customers right before I walked in. It's awesome to see people enjoying working together. I hope every day is like that. What's not to like about no line in front of you at a shipping place? I was weighed, labeled, charged, and out the door for a reasonable price in maybe 5 minutes. Tiny, lightweight box now costs about $12 for the slowest service, but that's alright.

Return was over an hour late (the first time). They Initially tried to pass it off with large gaps with the "new" screen separating from the case. Said "wrap a rubber band around it". Not being satisfied I asked it to be corrected. This happened three more times before it was even close. Had to keep sending it back. They don't appear to know what they are doing. Very poor workmanship. Poor quality repair and even worse customer service. Manager also too and threatened to break the phone after repair was already paid for after I asked for a small (50$) compensation for lost time and poor work. Total jerks. Stay far away!!!
