They replaced the screen, and that issue was fixed. Over the next week, I started noticing problems that I had never experienced before the repair. During phone calls, if I held the phone to my ear and then pulled it away to switch to speaker so I could look something up or use my phone while talking, the screen would stay completely black and I couldn't access it. The only way to use my phone again was to wait until the other person hung up. I also stopped receiving wake-screen notifications--the phone would vibrate and make a sound, but the display wouldn't turn on. Before going back to the store, I waited a full week to make sure it wasn't a software issue and even reset my phone, but the problems continued. I went back on July 13, and the technician gave me two options: leave my phone for a couple of days for diagnostics or replace the screen again. Since I couldn't be without my phone because of doctor appointments, bills, and other responsibilities, I chose to have the screen replaced again. When I returned today ( July 18) to finally leave it for diagnostics, I was told that a diagnostic test had actually been done on July 13 &' everything came back normal. This was never mentioned to me at the time until today. The technician then said he never told me diagnostics would take a couple of days only a couple of hours, even though that's what I understood from our previous conversation. Instead of offering a solution, he suggested I just buy a new phone, even though I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max, which isn't an old device. I paid $208 for the original screen replacement, and every issue I'm experiencing started only AFTER the repair. I left feeling like my concerns were dismissed and that I wasn't being taken seriously. The technician came across as rude, and I was disappointed by the lack of communication, accountability, and customer service. I simply wanted my phone fixed properly and my concerns addressed.

In trying to ship my Amazon return, we discovered there was a glitch with one of the return codes. The first associate couldn't figure it out. The woman who seemed to be the floor lead that morning was incredibly rude and asked me to get out of the way because they needed the register for the people in line. Mind you they already had 2 registers going (I was on the third) and there were a whopping 4 people in line. It took over two hours to resolve this situation with Amazon and Dominic helped to figure out the issue. Dominic was completely unassuming. He was simply trying to do his job and resolve an issue for a customer. He had patience and did this all so naturally, but there was such a stark contrast between him and the young lady who seemed to call the shots. He was incredibly competent and just cared about helping others and doing his job. I work a ton with young adults, have built up a non-profit organization and run international events and programs. This kid needs a promotion with a raise, or a new job! If you need something resolved at UPS for now, ask for DOMINIC!

The store is in a small shopping center with its own parking lot. Between construction work on Lee Highway directly in front of the store and a lot of movement in the shopping center's parking lot, the area was very congested. Once inside, there were two employees helping two customers, while I waited in line. The line was slow-moving but once I reached an employee, she was friendly and helpful. My actual transaction took less than a minute while the wait was closer to five. The shop was clean and well-organized.

I self-diagnosed my e-bike battery failure by taking it a part and found a faulty part. After going to Bestbuy they sent me to BatteryMart. Who didn't have the part, but offered to fix what I had by splicing 5 of the cables and putting it back together so it was as good as new- important because its an internal lithium e-bike battery part. A $10 fix to get my $400 e-bike battery working as it was intended. The problem ended up being when the battery was manufactured the harness wires weren't tucked in properly and the battery enclosure was tightened over the top of them it crimping over half of the harness wires- over time 2 of them completely severed leaving the battery unable to accept a charge.

I tried to cancel the order due to this deceptive practice and they refused. Our car indicated it had a battery issue. Called them because I wasn't having any luck calling any place else. Spoke to Van. We got there and he checked our battery and alternator. Our alternator was bad. Car wouldn't hold a charge, so he said car wasn't safe to drive. We ordered the alternator and he suggested a shop to tow it too. He stayed with us after the store closed to make sure we were safe. He stayed with us as the car was hooked up to the tow truck. And he made sure the shop got the part. When we took the old part back for the $40 refund, they knew who we were just by me saying I bought a new one Friday night. A car breaking down is never fun, but Van went above and beyond helping us and we are very grateful. We were very lucky how things turned out. The shop he suggested was awesome too. A holiday weekend is the worst time to have car issues, but it all worked out.
