Do yourself a favor and go to an actual T-Mobile store and not this authorized seller. I recently left ATT and joined T-Mobile. I went to this authorized dealer and was lied to when I was told I'd be getting iPhone 17 pros for free with a beyond plan. They took our old phones so I figured it would be for a trade in offer although I thought I was getting it for switching to T-Mobile. I got my first bill and was charged an installment fee for each phone. I visited the store after my first bill and they reassured me that I would get the full credit for all phones after the first billing cycle and a credit for what I had paid on the first installments. My second bill came and the charges were the same. I went back to the store and they stated there was no such offer when I signed up to get full credit on the phones only up to a certain amount. The manager was there but didn't meet with me. He told his employee that he was too busy and I'd have to come back 2 days later to see what can be done about it with the employee that opened the account. At that point I decided to stop dealing with this place after they wasted enough of my time. I contacted T-Mobile directly and they resolved the issue within a few hours. I was also told that I wasn't credited with a trade in so what happened to our old devices? They also stuck me with 6 gps trackers and said they were needed in order to receive the free phone deal. I've been to three other T-Mobile locations in the past week. They each told me that my id was unacceptable. This woman simply scanned the temp driver's license and moved on with the sale. The hillside location had just today told me that my id was illegal and refused to talk to me. This place gets my business. Jessica is an exemplary customer service person. We had planned to go back the next day to complete the purchase but have been delayed by car trouble. read more

This place is ghetto. Reason being is that when I went in for service my phone, they didn't want to get up or be bothered to help me. They were more into their movie than to add service aka giving me a new SIM card to my old phone. Wont ever come back to this joint. read more

On numerous separate occasions, when entering the store I was ignored. Not even looked at to acknowledge my presence and when speaking up to ask for help I was told "Yeah hold on sir, it's just us here, we will get with you in a second." Immediately hushed, and not being the first time, it felt to the point of disrespect. Would not recommend this location. read more

T Mobile at 115A La Grange Rd La Grange is the worst for service. When a problem arises for the customer the Manger Maria Sanchez hides in the backroom. They are quick to make a sale however when a problem arises the answer is always the same "Im sorry I wish I could help" but you need to call customer service. You call customer service an the "expert" can help, once again all you get "I'm sorry I which I could help". After 3 hours of frustration, taking to multiple "expert's the end result: no resolution!. Buyer beware!!! Keep away. They make AT & T look a superstar!!! read more

Very rude staff, lie about pricing. Internet says one price they tell you another, this store try's to rip you off. DO NOT GO TO STORE !!!

With an heavy heart I leave one star, because there is no effort in their part to be professional, even though they are in customer service business. It makes me sad that they don't seem to want to help their customers. It seems as though I was bothering them. When I updated my phone 2 years ago at the same location, the staff at that time was super helpful, friendly and informative. None of that is happening there now. I transferred service from Verizon to T-Mobile using this store. The staff who weren't sure how to transfer service and went ahead and tried anyway. They had to call a manager in from another store to come and help them through the process. A week later I was using my google maps and nothing was working. I stopped at the closest T-Mobile store for help and Turns out they didn't transfer service over correctly even with managers help. I was there for like 2 hours on top of it. !! And I'm still having issues with T-Mobile service 9 months after I switched. Very disappointed! For the last 3 weeks I was missing important VM and when I go to retrieve from VM box I need to set up a new VM account before I can hear messages !!! These are business messages I am missing ! I called customer service for help and after being on hold for 20 min and repeating my problem to 2 different people. They hung up on me when I told them I wanted to be compensated for such lousy service including frequent dropped calls . When I switched service it was on a promo with credit for my old phone and discount on iPhone 11 but only credited monthly for 24 months. So if I cancel now I need to pay 400.00 for canceling service early which I am probably going to do !! Super poor service in store and also calling main number online. I don't even want to give it 1star. !!! read more
