A while back I was in the market for a new phone plan for my business lines and decided to call Verizon for assistance. I was connected to an incredibly helpful and knowledgeable sales representative (Dev Patel) who was able to provide me with all the information I needed to make the best decision for my needs. He was patient and very understanding of my situation. He asked me a few questions to understand my needs, like how many people were using the phone plan and what type of phones we were using. He then explained the various options available to me and went over features of each plan. He then matched me up with one of their newest plans that provided the most value for my family's needs. The rep was also very helpful in helping me set up the plan and port my phone numbers from our old provider. He took the time to walk me through all the steps of the process and answer any questions I had along the way. His friendly and professional demeanor made the experience seamless. In the end, I was able to seamlessly transition from our old provider to Verizon with no hassle. It's been a year since I switched over from T-Mobile to Verizon and to date Mr. Patel has continued to make my experience with Verizon remarkable whenever I need to modify anything with my plan or devices. I would like to thank the representative for his assistance and highly recommend Dev to anyone looking for a new phone plan. I also mentioned I'd return for another computer for remote work. When I came back on April 9, Landon helped me pick a second computer that met all my needs. On top of that, he also assisted me with setting up my profile, making sure everything was personalized and ready to go. Let me start by saying the staff is friendly and the phones not bad. But…read more... I did the switch over back in mid January and was told I would get a visa gift card within about 4 weeks and could be as much as 8 at the most. And I let the representative know before I signed up my concern about being in a contract with tmobile and it effecting my credit and I was told that the gift card should be in effect before that happens (so it would be paid). About 6 weeks after switching i was concerned about not seeing a gift card on the app or an email and I was told to wait another 2 weeks if I don't get it come back. My credit was starting to decrease shortly after and today March 19th I went back and after messing around with the app some, checking emails and then calling customer service from the store we got an answer!!!! It was somewhere in the app, that the representative over the phone told us to do (me and store member). So this was all preventable! If the staff member 2-3 weeks ago would have done that same thing my gift card would have been here, or at the very least almost here. Now I have wait another 4-8 weeks for the card that pays off tmobile, that i should have gotten weeks ago and it wouldn't have effected my credit. They need to do better as a team. I am beyond annoyed and it's effecting my credit now so that's a HUGE issue for me when I explained this from day one that that's all that mattered to me. This is not okay and I hope someone will reach out and make this right!

And every single time Ive been in this store its busy…read moreas heck no matter when Ive stopped by.They have a sign in sheet that no one ever seems to see or know about.. Theres always only 2 sometimes 3 guys working and they take forever to get to you.. However... Once they Do...They get the job done. I normally wait to see the same guy , cant remember his name.. But he is very knowledgeable about the service and products. I think of him as my go-to guy. If I had to point out one thing they need to do better it would be to put some darn chairs inside so people that are waiting can sit down.
