    Every time I come to this store I am never disappointed. They have great customer service, are…read moreknowledgeable on process and stay up to date on market trends. Some places only want to talk to you if you are buying something and don't want to deal with customer requests. I always feel welcomed and taken care of no matter how complicated the request.

    I recently purchased a new iPhone 15 Pro Max. I believe her name was Madeline (she was in…read moretraining), was helping me. She was so kind and did an amazing job describing my options. While speaking a man with roller shoes "skated" over. Not very pleasant, more like cocky. He said he was a manager and his name was Tom. I made it clear I did not want to change my plan. I WAS grandfathered into the military one plan and Tom told me since I was grandfathered into the plan it wouldn't change. He also told me I'd get Apple TV for as long as I had a plan with T-Mobile, which I later found out was another lie. Tom told me it would take a while to transfer my items from my old phone to the new one if I wanted to walk around the mall. I left Tom with my phone, phone case and screen protector. When I came to pick up the phone, I asked where my screen protector was. Tom told me he threw it away because it wouldn't fit my phone and was broken. I've had that Zagg screen protector which cost me $60 for 2 years and while it had scratches it still protected my phone screen which was in perfect condition. I was saving it to put on another one of my phones. I saw Madeline go up to him, I'm assuming to talk to him about it, but I heard him say "NO". So I'm out a 60 screen protector which has a lifetime warranty because of a bad decision Tom made. So I get my bill and see my plan charge went from $55 a month to $75, and no this does not include my new phone which is on a separate line under equipment charges. So Tom changed my plan WITHOUT my permission and threw away my lifetime screen protector. I called T-Mobile after realizing this and to say the two representatives I spoke with were appalled that a manager would change my plan without permission is an understatement. The representatives were both so kind and fixed the situation for me. I HIGHLY suggest not going to this store unless you want to get scammed.

    The Oviedo T-Mobile near Lowe's had an employee Mario whom is truly a great person and employee. I…read morehad gone into the store the day before and employee scanned my id that was attached to an old account be fore I was married (1998) and should have been closed . This means the merging or cancelled account was not the account I went in store for - I reset password and should have been helped with them calling T-Mobile on the phone in person- instead they sent me away and said call them on your own . Only to have spent 8 hours 4 till 9m to get no where for there was two accounts in my name one should have been cancelled long ago ! The next morning T-Mobile activation dept was to call me to help and never did . So I spent three hours in person that day w Mario helping me to get my Sereno and fixed . Mario was kind - listened to me - he got what I was saying got on the phone after pulling up both my accounts /he canceled the old account - spoke w the activation dept - got my numbers corrected and I ended up buying a phone from Mario . He took the time to help me - he listens and even though I did not go in to up grade my phone - he made the sale just knowing this nice , kind and profession man - was helping me ! Was worth buy a new phone in return !!! Maybe his co worker could learn something from compassion and kindness . Thank you Mario !

    This happened on January 15th 2026 Thursday. my mother-in-law was in hospital... that was my last…read moreday before gong to India for work.. Holler honda HRV got a key as my remote stopped working and doors were not opening.. they ordered on Tuesday and they offered me to get on Wednesday, as we had this emergency, i could go only on Thursday.. i found this T-mobile was 0.6 miles from Holler honda, so i immediately went there before going to the hospital. Paul was really kind and effective way of approaching related to my internet and connection issues for the phone... he got me S17 latest and greatest I believe if i google it was released late 2025 /2026. Phone looks impressive. Excellent features. I really appreciate it whenever I call to follow-up. He never misses the call. I really appreciate his kind gestures...he has a magnificent work ethic. He never misses a single call if he is near the phone. Very attentive, knows the job well... We should give good kudos to this store as an excellent worker in the T-Mobile store.     Avoid at all costs. They only care about selling new lines despite being a "corporate store " My…read moresenior father wanted to open a 55+ plan here moving his account from my exes plan and the employees here were completely useless. Shoutout to Herrick for ditching us 5 minutes into the conversation after he realized he wasn't selling us a new line and the manager who had a hard time articulating what steps we needed to take. Save yourself a trip and call customer service
