Verizon is not on auto pay yet takes payment from my bank without permission and they are taking up to double what I owe. It has interfered with my rent payment twice now. So it is now over 4 months since verizon screwed up my whole account and the phone that was supposed to be removed is once again on my account and verizon is trying to charge me for it. Verizon has literally given me PTSD. I have actually been brought to tears over the frustration and sheer anxiety verizon has put me through.They over charged me by $192 and I was able to speak with a manager. He said he would refund it and put me on hold. When he came back he said he applied the $192 to my account as a credit. I was furious and told him I needed it put back in my bank account. He said he couldn't!!! I was very short on my rent because of this and I had to pay a $75 late fee. They are truly the most deplorable company i have ever come up against.

I am so happy I did. Tarik and his brother........true gentlemen. Kind, funny and SMART. What I tried to do at home (epic fail) took 2 hours and they were able to get me back online and running in 15 minutes. For all my iphone needs, I will only go to the Verizon store in Summit.
