First: It's the person not the place when it comes to T-Mobile it seems. If you have the chance to visit T-Mobile off Arneill, I highly recommend you wait a bit longer (if necessary) to engage with Cam. Cam was patient, knowledgeable, and attentive. He gave it straight. He wrote down costs on paper when I was confused. He was always sincere and explained everything clearly. There was one instance where I request he explain the breakdown on paper and he was right on it. Cam cleared my concerns with his clarity, focus, and directness. And! at the same time we were being well served, he helped other customers while there was nothing he could do to further our issues. This guy maximized his effectiveness. I was impressed. My one star has no bearing on the customer service. Why does this T-Mobile even exist. I go in with a broken phone that is insured. They can't help me because they don't do refunds or repairs. They send me to Oxnard-I'm not even going to talk about Oxnard. I go in a second time to get help erasing my broken phone using my newly purchased phone's (find my phone feature). I had an email saying what I had to do next but I was confused. They can't help me with what turned out to be an easy task. I spent hours on the phone until I found someone to walk me through the procedure, and it turned out to be simple. read more

Worse customer services I've ever came to experience. Starting with Ms. Elizabeth and her manager. One of them had no idea what she was doing! I was charged for a new line without her even looking for the watch that I was there to purchase. Once she figured out that they didn't even have the item I was there for I had already paid for new line. They gave me credit and said they would cancel the line immediately, which they didn't do. I called them back the next day to have them cancel the line because it wasn't done and she totally said "you have call customer service and do it yourself". I asked to speak to the manager and she denied that and also denied to give out her name so I can ask for her when going to the store so that they can fix my issue. Do better t-mobile. I bought a Google Pixel 6 from this store on December 28th. Yesterday, my phone went into Fastboot Mode and doesn't respond to attempted fixing. I went back to this store, where I had bought the phone, and they claimed that they sell service. The phone is broken and "No you can not exchange it for a different phone." They advised me to go to You Break, I Fix. Excuse me? But doesn't a retailer understand that if you sold this phone to me, at least offer to exchange it for another phone, when it goes into a mode that is unresponsive? At least be kind about it and understand my frustration? NO STARS for this store. The manager who sold me the phone and transferred my data over a 5 hour period, was no where to be found! read more

CAUTION CAUTION Went in Saturday the 25th of June at around 2 pm. A women with died hair helped me (red i believe). I specifically went in and asked for the $45 a month plan. Even mentioned the one that has 20 GB a regular speed. However, when I got home the plan was $75. I am not sure if she was just trying to make her commission, but this is why sales reps. Get a bad reputation. I know i asked for the correct plan because we were talking about Netflix and she said that was on the magenta plan.. i said no just give me the $45. The only recipt I got was for my SIM card. Stay away! The people over the phone where more helpful. read more

A total moron works here. I lost my SIM card overseas and he botched the esim activation and screwed up my wife's phone. Then he managed to add a third line . I realized it next billing cycle, came back in, same guy, asked him to credit my bill and remove the line. Next month bill.... NO REFUND, STILL HAVE THE THIRD LINE. 1 Star should mean terrible and any other synonym that follows..... Run, don't walk to the other T-mobile shop by Home Depot. These guys are a 3rd party company and the other is a "corporate" office, and the difference is night and day. 3rd party - Low inventory, I spent a total of 4 visits / 2 weeks doing a back and forth on trying to switch from Verizon. And buying all new iPhone 12's for the family. Manager said at first he could do the deal for no money down and 175 a month. 4 days later and a bunch of BS. 1600 dollar deposit and couldn't or wouldn't tell me an all in price for my deal/plan. I began to press him for info (remember 4 visits / 2 weeks later dealing with this circus) he actually ran into his office and closed his door and wouldn't come out. Total NONPRO Corporate Office: Had the phones I wanted in inventory, was able to give me pricing on the spot... ON THE SPOT. Worked their magic to get me and my family screaming deals.. Steve who works there is a godsend and total pro. So again don't walk away from the Arneil location RUN to the one next to Home Depot. Update: And they tried to charge me 220 dollars for doing nothing. So that makes them thieves. read more

This T-Mobile store is really, really bad! Poor customer service, the associates (curly hair guy, the big guy --- not that I have anything against his size, since I am a big guy too), and even the unwilling to help you Store Manager. Such a bad reflection of T-Mobile. You are better off calling Customer Service. They have great people to help you out. And they mostly are from the Philippines. Shout out to my Filipino friends -- Kamustang lahat! Don't go to this Camarillo T-Mobile store. Go to the one near the Home Depot instead. They don't even deserve a 1 star! read more

I went to this location to upgrade my son's phone and to see about getting the home internet. I was told the internet was faster and better than spectrum. I also asked them about data transfer from one phone to another and they daid it was not possible. We tried the internet and it's the worst internet service. Super slow, drops randomly. I went the other day to the other T-Mobile store here in town and was told the towers for the internet here in town are not completed yet and they should not be recommending the home internet for this area. They where also able to transfer the data no problem. read more
