The other iPhone 17 pro we would only be responsible for the tax on the upgraded phone. Come to find out we are being billed for the full retail price of both phones. Angela had us on the line for an hour before telling us a manager will be calling us shortly. We are still waiting for that phone call. Verizon is not what it used to be. It is an absolute shame what this company has become, and we will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

The color I wanted was not available, but the "manager" told me to accept the black phone and I would be put on a list to get the one I wanted "as soon as one comes in". Despite spending 2 1/2 hours in the store while the information from our old phones was (supposedly) transferred to the new phones, I got home to find that my address book, calendar info, and apps were not on the new phone. We returned to the store just before Christmas and were told that my replacement phone had not come in yet, but "your name is on the list to get one as soon as it gets here". The holidays came and went, and the phone wasn't uppermost on my mind. February 9th I went back to the store and a different "manager" told me that it was too late to do anything about it, and it was my fault for not returning the phone within 2 weeks of purchase. At no time did anyone ever mention a 2 week time frame before this. It seems like no-one in that store knows what they are doing - stay away!!!!

The minute we entered the store, Steph cheerfully greeted us, sat my mom and I down and within minutes had my mom's new phone ready to be set up. Steph patiently walked my mom through every step, explaining everything that she was doing, and made sure to check on us while the data was transferring to the new phone. Steph was so patient, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. We returned shortly after to purchase a phone case. Steph saw me entering and immediately made her way over to me to make sure everything was ok and then went the extra mile to search their entire inventory for a case.
