Really recommend working with him, the only thing this store needs work on is the other lady's professionalism. She was eating Twinkie's in the corner and afterwards went to the bathroom and just started blowing that thing up. And the other tall handsome guy was also very kind just he started doing a weird movement after they rung me out. The gesture was him squatting and saying "Thank you, thank you, thank, thank, thank you, thank you". And there was more..., other than that love the service, just watch out in the parking lot. A girl in a blue Nissan suv almost ran me over and hit the curb playing bad bunny on full volume. LOVE MY FREE IPAD THOUGH!!!

I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with Victra Verizon…read more From the beginning, I was repeatedly given inaccurate and misleading information about pricing and billing. Despite clear verbal assurances, my bills were consistently higher than what I was quoted and agreed to. These conversations were documented in writing and through recorded calls, yet the issue was never properly addressed. The store manager, Sergio, was involved throughout this process and was fully aware of the situation. Unfortunately, there was a continued lack of follow up, accountability, and resolution. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I transferred all of my accounts to T Mobile, who covered the payoff as part of the switch. I am now preparing a small claims case against Victra and escalating the matter to Verizon corporate due to what I believe are deceptive business practices. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location to anyone looking for transparency or honest billing.

I had to give this store one star to post a review, but they don't deserve it!…read moreMy husband and I each got new phones (iPhone 8 Plus) at the Verizon store at 18471 Ventura Blvd, Tarzana CA in December. The color I wanted was not available, but the "manager" told me to accept the black phone and I would be put on a list to get the one I wanted "as soon as one comes in". Despite spending 2 1/2 hours in the store while the information from our old phones was (supposedly) transferred to the new phones, I got home to find that my address book, calendar info, and apps were not on the new phone. We returned to the store just before Christmas and were told that my replacement phone had not come in yet, but "your name is on the list to get one as soon as it gets here". The holidays came and went, and the phone wasn't uppermost on my mind. February 9th I went back to the store and a different "manager" told me that it was too late to do anything about it, and it was my fault for not returning the phone within 2 weeks of purchase. At no time did anyone ever mention a 2 week time frame before this. It seems like no-one in that store knows what they are doing - stay away!!!!

There was a blanket give away that day, unbeknownst to me, and there had to be 20-30 people coming and going while we were waiting for our data transfer and these 2 ladies were amazing juggling everything! Top notch customer service! Highly recommend this store!!

I told them I was interested in upgrading 2 lines and I wanted to see what the newer phones looked like and how they felt in my hand. The female employee said "All of our phones are locked down so you can't pick them up." The male said " The best way to see how the phone feels is to go to the Apple Store, you can pick the phones up there." I responded that I was not interested in iPhones, that I wanted to look at Samsung and Google phones. He responded that the Google phones were on one side of the store and the Samsung were on the other side. I took a brief look at both phones and left. Neither of the employees even got up while I was there! I'm an older person so they may have figured I wasn't interested in a purchase. For all they knew, I could have been the C. E. O . of the corporation or someone who wanted to make a significant purchase! Regardless of why I was there, the customer service aspect was non existent! This is appalling considering how competitive the cell phone market is. T -Mobile needs to do better!

They are hard-ish to find, they are in the industrial area in the west end of Camarillo. and you need to call ahead if you have specific parts that you need-because during Covid they closed off their warehouse, so you have to order by items now instead of browsing the aisles. But they are super nice & easy to work with. :)

They don't stock much of anything relating to ICs or transistors, but you'll find a selection of chassis, and hardware items to build up your prototypes. T One downside is that since they have so few walk-in customers, you can't get in to the parts area without waiting for one of the phone support people to break free and walk you over to the parts area. Another down side is that much of their shelf stock is very old. Spray cans of solvent may be half-empty from can leaks, and electrolytic aren't necessary going to be fresh. But with components like fans, relays, transformers, resistors, etc. that won't matter. They also carry hand tools, tool cases, heat-shrink, solder, connectors, adapters, plugs... just a lot of other stuff to create and repair electronic projects. Their pricing is not particularly cheap. The people working there (mostly in cubicles doing phone orders) are very nice.
