Absolutely horrible customer service.. I believe her name is Celina maybe? She has piercings and is light skinned. I've tried getting help at different locations 3 different times now and at first I wasn't able to get help because my ID was expired, a different associate told me I could bring my passport card but this girl told me that would not work. Even if there's absolutely nothing you can do to help a customer, you still empathize and at least make it seem like you want to help. This girl had the worst idgaf attitude i've ever experienced. I have been over charged, and when I cancelled my account the employee on the phone with corporate did not cancel my account. They are demanding payment from me for their mistake. We had excellent service from Erika. We did a pre-visit to find out what our options were to transfer from Verizon since our monthly bill was getting outrageous. She took the time to outline everything with multiple options so we could go home and decide. Once we returned, she handled everything from the line transfers, trade ins etc. She stated from the start that it would take a while for the trade-ins and discounts to kick in. She has followed up to see how we are doing and to verify our bill was reflecting what we discussed. We are saving over $100 a month for a family of 5 with all the bells and whistles we needed. Dont take their word about phone payoffs.the 850 credit is yet to be seen and our bill is not what she said.Call your current carrier and then once youve confirmed go elsewhere from tmobile. 4-11-11 Stopped to get gas at the Shell station at the corner of Las Posas and the 101 freeway. The Camarillo Towne Center is a really convenient little shopping center... Did I say little? I meant ENORMOUS! This place goes for a mile, with two interior roads in addition to the streets around it. There is a Home Depot, Target, Wendy's, Del Taco, and a bunch of other stores. The entire place is landscaped and you are driving through trees and foliage as you wind your way through. Right now there is lots of construction going on to change the onramps/offramps of the 101, so Ventura Blvd. is truncated at a certain point. If you get off the southbound 101 at Central, you can't get to the shopping center by taking Ventura Blvd. Get off at Las Posas. Pretty easy on and off for the freeway, even with the detour. read more

I came to this store after having a bad experience at the store on Arneil Rd in Camarillo. It was like night and day! I explained to Steven that after just 2 weeks of owning my new Google Pixel 6 phone it had stopped working and was in Fastboot Mode and would not advance out of the mode. Steven was very helpful and explained that this store is a corporate store and can do more to help me. Within a few minutes he processed a replacement order for the phone with T-Mobile. He reactivated my old phone so that I could receive calls and texts. The new phone will arrive in 1-3 days and I will be good to go. Like I said, it was like night and day! Thanks Steven! read more

I am leaving a one star review for sprint the company. Not the workers all they did was try to help me, but they couldn't do anything which was very frustrating. I'll start with the good Steven from this location is amazing! He helped me sooooo much I could not have not brought my bill down with out his help! This man needs a raise! I was there for about 2hrs trying to figure out why my bill was $200 as I talked with him we figured they where charging for many add ons that I did not need. I also thought I had completely payed off my 3 phones but the where charging me $2 there$3 here $5 here its crazy! He guided me through the call with customer service guiding me as to what to say. I would have been so lost with out him -_-. I payed $80 for my phones which I thought I had payed off! We unlocked them and now I finally feel comfortable knowing that I own these phones. If I was just told what I would have payed right of the bat, what all these miniscule charges would lead to I wouldn't feel so scammed. Again Steven your the best! Thank you for dealing with me today sorry it took so long *-* As for my service in customer care it was bad to say the least the kept trying to give me offers. If I added another line???? Kept telling them I just wanted my 3 lines talking texting nothing else! I kept getting passed around agents left and right probably spoke to about ten people on the phone. They kept telling me I couldn't do anything about my bill if I didn't go online I told them I don't know my user name or password. Asked if they could help me, the answer not much of a shocker No. Finally after being on the line with them for about an hour we got the quote of $120 but as I asked what my bi would be next time they told me it would be $145? Just say it going to be $145 Don't LIE TO CUSTOMERS!!! I don't know if you knew this but we don't like that. -previous to this First I was told I could bring my iphone xr and change it for one with them that wasn't true. Then I wasn't receiving any messages they couldn't help me. I figured out that my phone number was connected to my iphone account and had to delete it. After they where charging me $200 for a 3 line service. When I was told I would only pay $160 at the time. Then they told me they could bring the price down by adding a 4th "FREE" line that they charged me about $20 for 2mnths. Only brought the price up. Needed to trade in my leased phone, so had an older S5 and just needed a SIM card. Was sure I'd have to pay another $25 for this, and to my surprise and the staffs credit... they pulled the SIM from the turned-in phone, then found a used piece of SIM to adjust size (new phone uses micro SIM, old phone uses mini SIM). I have been to this location several times and it's allways packed with unhappy people waiting. With every experience the employees were not helpfull at all and did seem to care about our needs one bit. Between this store and the one in The Oaks, I don't know which one is worse. I was a 5 year customer of T-mobile and simply could not deal with the poor customer service any longer. T-mobile offered us great service at a great price but must not pay their employees very well beacause they all seem to have the same bad attitude. read more

Got a bad experience here with the branch manager Gris. I had an issue with a promotion where-in I was told to get 50% off iPhone amounting to $500. After a couple of months, a visit to the store and several 611 calls, I didn't receive any bill credits at all. Until a final call to 611 got me a $300 instant credit. Still short by $200 so I was told to visit the store to try and figure it out. Then came the conversation with the branch manager. After a few minutes of discussion, I was told "you are wasting your time and you are wasting my time." I gave up on the $200 credit that I am supposed to get but I feel the need to leave this feedback as I felt that the branch manager acted unprofessionally. read more

I have been to better locations. First off there is construction going on so there is no quick way to get there. This store is located at the furthest corner away from EVERYTHING else. I went in there to look at blue tooth devices and there was no one in the store which isn't surprising. It took a moment for someone to ask if we needed any help. Truth be told when I first walked into the Camarillo store I was ready to leave Tmobile. After 12 years I'd reached my wits end with the crappy customer service I had received at every other tmobile location and no longer wanted to deal with it; that's when I met Cari and Evelyn and EVRYTHING changed! They resolved ALL the issues I had been having with my devices for pass year got me the watch of dreams and even alerted me to the fact that I have been paying on a device which i have NEVER OWNED for the last 4 years (which I can promise you if it weren't for these AMAZING young ladies would have seriously set me off and guaranteed me switching companies. However I was so impressed with the level of service they delivered I sticking with them and will be referring anyone and everyone to the camarillo tmobile!)
