Seriously the worst customer service ever. Go to any other store but this one!!! You'll sit for ever and be treated like

My phone lost internet connection so I stopped at the store to fix it. Not only 3 reps were completely useless in getting my issue resolved, they refused connecting me to t mobile Care Team stating they do not have ability to connect. 2 hours later manager showed up. He claimed he will have to wait like any customer to reach out to t mobile customer representative which I know is not true. After almost 3 hours I left without resolution. I've been a t mobile customer for many years and was always impressed with the quality of service. Last time was the worst ever experience I had with mobile provider. Incompetence, disrespect and complete lack of interest to help. I do not recommend anyone this location for servicing your phone. read more

Saturday afternoon (8/17), my Uncle (70-years-old) and myself (36-years-old) stopped by a T-mobile store in Cedar Park, TX to continue trouble shooting the issues on his old cell phone. Prior to this store visit, we had already called into TMobile tech support and stopped at a T-Mobile store in Lampasas, TX. Upon entering, no one greeted us, acknowledged our presence until I walked up to a T-Mobile representative working with another customer. At this point, another team member who was just scrolling on their phone, came over to take our name and reason for visit (they didn't record our information in a customer queue - they simply walked away, even though a dozen people were waiting for service. After waiting 45-minutes, we had already selected the phone and accessories needed for the new dimensions. The gentleman who helped us didn't introduce himself to us, or ask us why we were there - he just stood there waiting for us to start the conversation. Every customer inside the store was asking for assistance with transferring the data/contacts/cloud storage from their old phone to the new devices being purchased for $1000+. Unfortunately every single customer was being told their pictures, contacts, messages, etc. was all lost. We were given the bare minimum assistance - the new phone was opened, and turned on - then given to us to set up 100% on our own. This service, care, and thoroughness provided by T-Mobile representatives was a fraction of the dedication, commitment, and care that Apple or Verizon staff put into their job, role responsibilities, and loyalty to the company's clients. The representative denied to provide us support/assistance with: -making a cash payment onto our account -provide guidance on opening a claim on the 'old phone' that was dead and broken (even though we've paid $18 per month for insurance for the past 4-years) -when we denied to buy a $65 Otterbox phone case the rep became visibly upset, and even more irritated when we didn't want to purchase a wall charger from him for the phone (even though we have multiple wall chargers at home) -refused any guidance on transferring data -when asked about the old pictures (of my Uncle with his great grand children - we were told there's a phone repair shop around the corner) After going though the steps to download SmartSwitch, remove the SIM card, SD card from the broken phone - accessing the Samsung One cloud account, email accounts, etc. When it came time to call into T-Mobile to activate the new device with the new eSim - all 4 representatives refused to activate the device. I called into T-Mobile at 8:12PM CST, the first rep I spoke with was unable to speak English, failed at pronouncing her directions... after 45-minutes of trying to ask questions and receive support activating the phone, finally (after asking multiple times) I was transferred to IT support, 25-minutes asking for help - the IT rep didn't trouble shoot with me at all and refused to walk me through the necessary steps to activate the phone. After asking for a supervisor - I was advised there was nothing they would tell me any different than what he has explained. 15-minutes with the supervisor before I ended the call. No-one assisted in activating the phone on an account thats existed for 12+ years (my Uncle Charles Lewis). I was mortified at how I was treated, the absolute refusal to assist older customers in retrieving their data out of pure laziness. Every single encounter with T-Mobile staff yesterday was awful. After 12+ hours of trying to fix the phone issues, we were told going into a store would be the only way to resolve our issues. Despite my 70-year-old uncle traveling out of state today, without a working phone - NOTHING was done to help. My Uncle not only has an account with T-Mobile for himself, but for his daughter and family of 4... everyone with new phones, service, tablets, add-ons, etc. He was treated as useless and meaningless when it came to him being a customer. Slowest customer service, been waiting for 46+ minutes since I have arrived, it has been 40minutes since the last person has been help. Warning to anyone who does business with TMobile and then wants to cancel service. They have continued to put charges against my credit card for two cycles even though the equipment was returned two days after receipt. It wasn't this location, HOWEVER, I called T-Mobile because my Mother paid ACCIDENTALLY, way more than the needed amount . So she was requesting a refund of that amount. Was told that I would need to be there to be able to access and process this refund for my Mother, I'm in the HOSPITAL and will be here for a week. Spoke with Supervisor named Alex C. And Jennie, they were not helpful would not help refund my Mothers money, seems they will take money not needed- but will make it DIFFICULT to receive back. I am EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED, DISAPPOINTED and would NOT recommend anyone, ANYONE, to pick this company as your cell provider. Absolutely terrible people there. My family had issues with the account and phones while I was gone and the only thing they did was tell them the only way they could help was if they bought new phones for the 2nd time. I've gone to multiple T-Mobile stores while I've been a customer and this location is the best around me, largely in part due to employee Jeff. I got here and it was super busy but they had a good system going. Someone else started to help me and then they moved me to Jeff and he really went above and beyond to help me out. There was an issue with my phone not being able to transfer information to a new one and Jeff spent a good portion of his time and really focused his attention on helping me find a solution. He never made me feel like I was in the way or taking up his time, and he was helping other customers while also helping me and he did a fantastic job getting everyone what they needed while researching multiple avenues to help me fix my phone problem. I'll come back to only this store now for things I need just because of the great customer service Jeff provided. read more

The staff that was here was amazing. They made sure we knew exactly what was going on. I have since upgraded my phone, purchased a phone for my son, and purchased the newest earbuds. Worst customer service not willing to help and I'm pretty sure Jo or John J something the "larger guy" went to the back and told the girl not to assist me. They are bullshitters and just want a paycheck . One time I went the worker lady got my sim card stuck in my phone with 0 resolve i had to get a new phone at regular price even though she messed it up. They have this stupid list that you are supposed to write your name down to get in line they don't tell you that when you walk in they'll just let others pile up then when it's your turn they say your name is not on the list WHAT I have been here forever l. I ended going to lakelike and what wonderful service I got not only did they give me 1 of what I needed they gave me an extra one at NO charge. I walk in and the dude is sitting at a desk playing on his tablet I go ask if he can help me and he nonchalantly says yes. I asked him about my military plan and the deadline to sign up. My wife and I visited this location at approximately 10AM on a Thursday. After a brief wait, Jon and Julieann were very helpful getting my my wife and I set up with a new family plan. Julieann was still in training, so the process may have taken a but longer than usual, but this was explained to us when we arrived and we weren't in a hurry. I'd had an iPhone5c for about 7 years. It was old and little and had limited memory but I LOVED IT!! It had been on its "last leg" for about 3 years... I finally dropped it for the last time and my already fuzzy screen went completely blank/grayish black. I was so sad!! The next morning I arrived a little after 10am at this T-MOBILE Store. I was the second customer and had about a 5 minute wait. A young lady named Carina helped me and was really wonderful to me. She showed me all the available models but didn't try to pressure me to get the top of the line phone. I told her how awkward the really big phones feel in my hands. I had a little bit of a problem with my Apple ID; it turned out I needed to bring my other apple device. I had to go to work!!! She made it so that I cd still use my new phone for calls and text, but we weren't able to transfer my saved data from the cloud. But she assured me that if I wanted to come back on my lunch break, she would stop what she was doing to help me. When I arrived, she quickly finished up with her customer and hurried over to me so technically, she didn't drop what she was doing but I virtually had a 2 minute wait. She quickly got all my data, contacts, 12,0000 images from the cloud and I was on my merry way making it back to work on time! I was feeling really nervous about transitioning to another phone but Thanks to Carina it went very smoothly! Now I need to figure out how to sync it up with my car. Do I sound old? I am!! Haha. So this store took ~$650 from me to pay my final bill when I left T-Mobile. Almost 3 years later and two other payments, T-Mobile says they will send me to a credit agency unless I pay $318. Come to find out, it was wrong and my account was paid off almost 3 years ago. However, the ~$650 payment made to the store was never entered into the payment system, never should have been made because the store was incorrect...the store kept the money. The excuse was that it had been over two years. Anything over $500 is grand larceny I believe and the store should be found liable. Sure did not mind the 2 year rule when they said I owed $318. Thieves and liars never prosper, but they got me on this one. I will never do business with them and will be dropping my Sprint account now too. read more

If you want to deal with a fat f sitting on his chair doing the bare minimum of troubleshooting and telling you 'I don't know what to tell you, it just won't work' then go see these lazy fs at T-Mobile on 1431 in Cedar Park on 1431 where 7 employees are working and somehow there's still a 10 minute wait to be 'serviced' when there are only 3 customers in the store. I've been a T-mobile customer for 13 years. I've been in this T-mobile store several times. First of all, EVERY SINGLE TIME I go in this store there is a huge wait. You can't go in and just buy a phone cover or a charger or something. They have to take your name, you wait and wait and wait. And I'm talking in the neighborhood of 1 hour. Every time. So that's what I did, I waited. Finally it's my turn. I tell the guy "I'm looking for an iphone 7 plus 128gb in rose gold". He says he doesn't have it but has a 32gb. Can I return it? Why yes I can, he says, within 2 weeks Fine. I buy the phone. The very next morning, not 12 hours later, I go to the Apple Store in the Domain (which is great, BTW). Of course the Apply Store has what I want. They have every option, every color. Same price as T-mobile. Shorter wait, great customer service. Knowledgeable staff. Everything the T-mobile store is not. I love it. The Apple Store works like an Apple. It just works. So I buy the phone I really wanted from the Apple store in the Domain and drive right back to the T-mobile store and take back the first phone. We'll take it back, they say, but there's a $50 restocking fee. Really? REALLY! A $50 restocking fee. A fee to go and put it back on the shelf. I never opened the box. I never activated the phone. I never put it in my name. They wanted to charge me $50 to go put it back on the shelf. I started to protest and the manager (who was standing right there) decides to go to lunch or something. He disappears. So I return the phone, minus $50. So that's that. Don't learn the hard way. Don't waste your valuable time. Don't put up with cut rate employees. That's the last $50 they will ever get from me. Their staff are unprofessional, terrible customer service, terrible selection, long wait always. And an unacceptable return policy. There are too many other good options to waste life and money at this place. Go to the apple store. Go to Walmart. Go anywhere but the T-mobile store in the rail yard. read more

I got so spoiled with my T-Mobile provider in Dallas, TX, Chris could fix any problem and was tech savy. When we moved here to Cedar Park in March I found this T-Mobile store to buy a charger, In July I had some problems with my phone. I took it to this store expecting the same experience as Chris had in Dallas...FAT CHANCE!!! Not a damn one of the employees in this store can figure out how to turn my phone on much less fix it, they seem to go through more trouble making me prove who I am than they do trying to fix my phone. Customer service experience tells me that even if you can't help me fix my phone that you would get on the phone with Headquarters and try to help me, instead they give me the number and tell me to call them and move on to the next customer. WTF??? I don't know the answer much less the question! I have been in this store 3 times and all 3 times they told me to call Customer Support. Really? This place sucks. Fail. read more

I have a top-of-the-line iPhone 11proMax and I cannot get T-Mobile's phone service to ever work on it. It is a horrible horrible service especially since they supposedly added 5G. I drop calls all the time and my calls go to a weird system where it collects voicemails but they don't come to me. I can't receive or send texts. I hate T-Mobile and I plan to switch all eight company line somewhere else this is a horrible company and they don't seem to care! I called for tech-support and it's a two hour plus wait. I tried to use the chat feature to ask for help and all I get are! Saying none of the messages go through. There's no way to get assistance from this crappy company read more

Tons of customers in the store. Obviously a long wait. Long enough that an employee needs to sign people in to make sure they are taking care of. I have been waiting for more than 30 minutes in line. Some guy walks in and not even five minutes one of the female employees walks up and takes him to the counter to help him. She pretty much just flipped the bird in the faces of everyone patiently waiting in line. She then proceeds to start talking to other employees in a loud voice that there are a lot of customers here and she's leaving in a few minutes. Severe lack in professionalism. read more

Everything seemed great when we signed up, but when there were problems, they were useless! We had an issue with porting over our new number. It took three days. My wife went into the store for help. After four hours and still no success (after being asked to go to the back of the line each time after they tried something new that did not work), she received no "I am sorry" or "we will make it better by doing...." My wife had to go home and call T-Mobile customer service. After a half hour with them, the problem was fixed. Also our customer rep gave us a web address for their Advantage plans and found out the the website does not exist (T-Mobile removed it six months ago). I personally went in today to fix a pricing mistake they made on my account, and they only provided a "I am sorry, but we have to help every customer. We do not take priority over customers we have already been working with that day." So they are ok with people waiting all day. Quality customer service is NOT a priority, only taking your order and HOPING it works. I will NEVER go back, and you should find another T-Moblie location to take your business. They CANNOT handle more than the number of customers that equal the number of sales associates currently in the store. That is what they told me today! read more

I have been with TMobile for 8 years. My contract expired with them and we began this new JUMP/No contract program and I must say that I hate it! It all sounds fine and dandy when they tell you all of the good stuff. Upgrade whenever you want, no contract, blah blah blah. Well, we bought a Samsung Note 3 that retailed for $766.31 with tax. During the first month, the phone started to crash. It would turn off by itself or freeze. You could not send texts, make phone calls, send emails....nothing. Well, I did a hard reset on the phone twice and reformatting of my SD card. I took it back to the store at Lakeline Mall in Cedar Park and the staff made it seem like the phone was crashing because of something we did to it. It was ridiculous and they did nothing to help us at all. Instead of offering return on the phone (it's been a month), they decided to file an insurance claim on it. We received a refurbished phone that does not even fit my stylus pen correctly. It just flies out of the phone. Well, now we are paying for a refurbished Samsung Note 3 at a whopping $766.33. Do these people think we are made of money or wtf? After ONE month of having this phone and we end up with a refurbished phone. TMobile's logo should be: BUY CRAP FOR PREMIUM PRICES I say that this cell phone company is just scamming everyone and selling us used phones. Beware if you're looking to buy from them. They stood around taking to each other and laughing while the 4 separate customers awkwardly stood around the room waiting to be helped. Worst service ever. I haven't been here in awhile but when I was there last there was way too many customers needing assistance and at a very slow pace environment. I'm not sure who the manager is but the employees seem to chat amongst themselves more than what is socially appropriate. My husband was finally helped after I don't know how long of an awkward wait since one employee was "busy" flirting. Just ridiculous. But thanks to Devin, we were finally helped. read more

I'm now on hour 3 trying to buy a new phone and add our children with the T-mobile special of the 4th free line. Joaquin waited on us and as soon as my 30-year old son left to go to work after the first hour, his entire persona changed. I lost track of the number of times Joaquin rolled his eyes at me as well as talked down to me. For the record, I'm a college-educated woman who is well versed in technology. Joaquin ended up giving me ALL wrong information regarding the 4th free line, then denying it to his Supervisor. They said the best they could do is refund ALL the money I paid them today. This is a case of Ageism. I'm extremely disappointed, you'd think a company the size of T-mobile would treat ALL customers with respect. Addendum: Hour 3 1/2: Joaquin said their in-store computer was too slow and I should go home and download all info to new phone. The directions he gave me were outdated. I signed up for T-Mobiles Family Plan several months ago thinking it was a great deal under $40 a month unlimited. Boy was this a mistake since then i have had nothing but problems one bar on my phone 75% of the calls I make and receive are dropped call failed, numerous text messages not delivered. The service is horrible disgusting. T-Mobile should not be allowed to sell this service or i should say NON-Service for any price until they improve it is just plain awful period. In addition to this when I called T-Mobile twice now for help to tell them about this, I was told they would call me back by the end of the week 2 times they never called me back at all. They know their service is awful at least in the Round rock, Cedar park, Avery Ranch areas if not a wider area and they continue to sell something that does not work and when you complain about it they dont call you back. I will be cancelling this horrible service today. Stay away unless you like 1 bar and constant dropped calls and non delivered texts all the time. read more
