I would give 0 stars if I would , the workers are liars... straight liars. This one employee who's this Mexican guy , I have no idea what his name was or else I wouldn't refer him as his ethnicity he's always at t mobile at sunrise mall closing hours usually. My bf broke his phone and he immediately needed a new one for his job because his job requires him to have it on him at ALL times so we went there , my bf wanted the pro max but He lied and said that the 13 pro max was available at the greenback location because they "didn't have it" at sunrise but when we showed up to greenback location the worker and the manager there said that he did in fact call to ask for us but they told him that they didn't have ANY iPhone 13's at all and was supposed to relay the message to us but didn't , and let us leave thinking it was at greenback ... he also had my bf pay off $250 of his phone off (which meant that if he payed $250 his phone bill would have been fully completed and all paid off) so after he had him pay that we left and then we are finding out on yelp just now that someone else left a review saying another employee from that location had him pay something and turns out it was not his phone bill , it was some weird a** waving fee of some sort , so I don't want to find out my bf didn't pay his phone bill off , and if I do T Mobile is going to be sorry. This is why I have US Cellular & my other family members have Verizon because they are people who ACTUALLY CARE about their customers and aren't just waiting to go on lunch or watching the time go by so they can clock out. Bunch of weirdos working there , I swear. Weirdos and liars. His breath reeked like weed too and we explained to him like 4 fing times repeating ourselves about the situation and he kept saying he didn't understand what we were trying to say until I explained to him like a preschooler what was going on , he was definitely on something. So damn weird. T-Mobile SUCKS & their prices are so ridiculous, they literally hire whoever and do not care about their customers. You guys wonder why people cancel and go to other carriers? Because of THIS !!! And I 100% bet you a representative is going to reply to this saying some bs saying "we are so sorry for the inconvenience" and give me some email to explain what happened but would it even be worth doing that ? No because they don't care and won't do anything because at the end of the day we are just 1 more customer to them. And he's still going to be employed doing the same stuff to other people... so we are immediately going to switch to Verizon where they for one don't hire unprofessional weirdos but two they actually give a crap about their customers and don't have ridiculous prices. I've been to this store several times and learned to avoid it. In my experience, T-Mobile has proved to be more about the sale than the customer but I had a few questions about a "possible" upgrade so I went in. The young man, Danny, was very helpful and equally important, NOT pushy. I explained I wasn't ready to upgrade, just seeking information. I expected him to rudely move on to the next person who could put commission in his pocket, but he didn't. He was friendly and patient and I actually learned quite a bit so I will soon be upgrading not only our phones, but our plan as well. We were considering leaving T-Mobile for AT&T based on previous encounters with this company and it's rude and pushy sales reps. I rate this store based on this young man and this store manager's policy. ( I made a rude comment about policy and he responded that he was a new hire but assured me that the company and his manager cared more about the customer - must be a new policy) T-Mobile gets one more shot with us. read more

A zero for Darron, store manager, is more appropriate. Darron is a LIAR! and a THIEF! He made promises that didn't turn out to be promises he could keep. My belief is he knew he was a LIAR and a THIEF and didn't care. Darron promised my wife and I a new promo iPhone 6s for $99 each, but then mumbled they will really cost us $121 each, and then, that became the down payment toward the $360 he said each phone would cost us. Total scam!! Then he took money for the first month, pro-rated, but later I discovered all the money I gave him went to an activation fee. Darron, the LIAR and THIEF, at NO time said there was any activation fee. And yes, at times, other carriers DO waive the activation fee. So Darron couldn't deliver $99 iPhone 6s as he promised, and he said the money I gave him went for the first month of pro-rated service ... a total LIE! which makes him a THIEF! as well. And to think this LIAR and THIEF is the store manager? Good reflection on T-Mobile. read more

Best T-mobile store I have ever been to!!! Roxie the store manager is not only Stunningly beautiful, But also extremely intelligent! She was all over the store making sure everyone was well taken care of by each rep, knew all the customers in the location by name. knew every situation that was going on in the location. Also the Young man that was helping me Sonny he was very patient broke down every part of what was happening. Actually explained to me the benefit from moving from a personal to a business plan. I even got my mom signed up to get her the family business Discount, Thank you so much!! I will be going back for everything and send tons of people that way!!! read more
