It transferred me directly to T MOBILE and I tried again about a minute two minutes later, and it went through this time.. but while in the process of doing this, she decides to get up and go into the back room doesn't even bother to come back out to finish the process of the sale. Just stays back there and does whatever.. and yes, I did contact T MOBILE customer service and report of the situation because I found your behavior to be completely and totally unprofessional and disrespectful and rude. So while I recommend going to this location, I do not recommend that you make a sale with Michelle because she's part of the young generation she's most likely no more than 23 to 26 years of age. But it's this generation in the stage in the 2023 era that were in is really F* up because they presume to act and think that they know everything there is to know with regards to anything and everything when they really don't they have a lot of life experience to learn and a lot of growing to do. However, Marina said that sometimes it can be much sooner, it just really depends on many factors. That made me feel better and she was right! I actually received the phone the following week. During our visit, Marina was very patient with both my hubby and me and helped us transfer data from one phone to the other. Hubby also ended up buying a new phone and some accessories. I would give them a 5 but their Geek Squad is not the best and I can't recommend them. I am sure they are great for simple things. He told…read moreme he had a refurbished original iPhone 15 Pro Max screen in stock and said he could show it to me because it had very minimal scratching. That gave me confidence that I was getting a genuine refurbished original Apple display. When I arrived, he showed me the screen, it looked good, and I agreed to pay $199. The installation took about 20 minutes. After repair, I noticed that the phone did not recognize the display as an original Apple component in Settings, which was not normal and raised concerns about what was actually installed. When I raised this issue to Shakeet he said "Oh you can just ignore that." Whatever.... About 20 minutes after leaving the shop and using my phone normally, half of the display turned completely white. The phone had not been dropped or damaged. I returned the very next morning 10am as soon as they opened and showed Shakeed the screen. He made big dramatic eyes at me and his first response was, "What did you do?" I said, "What do you mean, what did I do? Nothing. The screen just failed. I don't think this was worth 199!" He smiled, and said "Ok take a seat." After 20 minutes he came back out and demanded, "Brother, you have to pay me $55 to do this repair because I think you dropped the phone as soon as you left here." I was STUNNED. Absolutely flabbergasted. The phone had NOT been dropped, and the screen had failed within about 20 minutes of installation. At that point, I lost my temper and screamed, "Give me back my f______g phone! I'm taking it to Apple! Don't touch my phone! Give it back right now!" He continued insisting that I had dropped the phone, and I kept yelling, "Give me back my f______g phone! I did not f______g drop my phone!" I continued demanding my phone back until finally other staff members intervened. Then without asking, they removed the refurbished original screen and installed a DIFFERENT display that they described as an OLED screen, but they still charged me the full amount I had originally paid for the refurbished APPLE screen. In other words, I paid for one product and left with a cheaper/different one. I have read several of their reviews online where they have done this exact same thing to other customers as well. Ie: They replace the screen and then shortly after the customer gets home the screen stops working. The customer then goes back in and then they try to charge the customer again to replace or downgrade the screen. I think this is a scam they are engaging in and I think they are doing this on purpose to milk more profits from the original sale. I am now disputing the $205 charge with my credit card company. A screen that fails within about 20 minutes should be covered under a repair warranty, not blamed on the customer. Instead of standing behind their work, I was accused of damaging my own phone WITHOUT ANY EVIDENCE, just a baseless accusation. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business. Furthermore, like every phone repair kiosk on Venice or at the strip malls there are no prices listed anywhere. Huge red flag. You will get scammed if you come here. My phone needed to be replaced. I did my research and decided what I wanted. I walked in and got lucky with the most wonderful salesman. His photo is below. Wait for him to take care of you. He went through all the features of my new phone and put everything from the phone I was tossing into the new one. All of my photos, everything. I told him I was not good with phones and had little understanding so I wanted him to do it all, even put my wallpaper back on. He was patient and kind and explained things to me more than once and then showed me. He suggested other apps I should download and did that for me as well. He did everything I asked and more. I wanted earbuds--know nothing about them and he showed me how to use them, what would be best for me and I bought them. I also bought everything else he thought I would need and I love my new case. He was so nice and paid attention to me, not my know it all husband. He helped me. He was so great. He is the only way I will deal with again, so give the guy a raise. I wish I could recall his names, but I forgot. But he is adorable. He spent over an hour with me and never rushed me when he saw I was confused. My photos were restored and he showed me new apps I would want and need for the moved stuff. If he helped me get the wallpaper I had back on to the new phone. Sorry I didn't snap a pic of his table, but it was nicely displayed. He didn't know me from Adam, but Ojen comes across as sincere and empathetic. Of course, everyone cracks the outer casing on their phones on occasion, and that includes me. I've had mine fixed a couple times before, and have been satisfied. The difference with Ojen is that he comes to you. In this case, we met at Tech Conference. But, typically, he'll come to you - wherever you are. His prices are competitive, and he does good work. My phone is back to looking 100% good. Glad I ran into him, and would definitely recommend Ojen. Oh, and his business card is really cool - it's a fun take on his business.
