I went with my brother in law to the store on iliff and Buckley in Aurora , all 3 visits exceeded an hour , we worked with Augustine , he offered a free tablet and a senior discount from about $80 a month to $55 a month , my brother in law accepted this offer , but the tablet wasnt in the store , second and third visit , about an hour each time , then we learned about the second line fee and know about the about $40 tax , also the associate , not Augustine , said we wound have to go on line to delete second line , brother in law has no computer skills or a computer , have requested several times for this to be removed , no reply yet , T-Mobile appears to be a company to stay away from , I will stay with Verizon read more

One of the worst experiences with costumer service! I went there to upgrade my phone and I was meet with Andrew who was forcing me to a deal that I did not want and when I refused the offer he started being rude to me. I asked for a manager, Omar, and here was the worst part. He was playing with a phone while I was explaining my issue to him. And when I asked him to listen to me he just acted like I can do multi task. This manager is really unprofessional and treat people with no respect. You losing a costumer for such a stupid rude employee!!! read more

Came in for the free Tuesday tumbler and was helped by Alex. I had an issue with my phone screen and without hesitation at all, she got a new one and replaced it on the spot! I just switched over a few months ago from AT&T and the phone service and customer service is so much better! Alex was very professional, knowledgeable, personable and efficient. She really is top-notch and my visit from start to finish was less than 5 minutes! I am so happy I switched! read more

When I got my cell phone from T-mobile the deal was if you had auto-pay on you received a $5.00 a month discount. Now they have changed their terms and you still get the $5 off if you use a debit card or pay with a bank account, but not if you pay with your credit card. I've lost some faith in t-mobile since they seem to think they can change their policies whenever they want. read more

Oh, you're an avid iPhone user? Whelp, we'll get you on this Google phone, but if you hate it, you can bring it back under our literal "Buyer's Remorse" (they didn't say that initially, I had to call) program, no worries. They forgot to mention the $70.00 restock fee....I was putting Xfinity and T-Mobile services head to head because I travel a ton for work. Xfinity was way better in terms of price and service from Estes Park to the Springs. T-Mobile was $75.00 a month and Xfinity is only $30.00, so no brainer there. What a waste of time and money with T-Mobile. They had already lost me as a customer when they gave my SSN and info away. Fool me twice I guess. Shop around. Definitely don't sign on for the service without getting full disclosure. The rep at the store said the new T-Mobile executives are really into the money, so they're not waiving any return fees or price matching to any degree. They had given me "free" Netflix with my service. Even with that, the monthly price for service was way, way too high. Again, the service wasn't the best anyway. I always leave this store with a bad taste in my mouth. We went to get a phone upgrade and from the start the associate was unhelpful and condescending. We wanted to see our options, didn't particularly have anything in mind. He basically told us there were no options that were worth it for us, making us feel like we were wasting his time. He wasn't informative or friendly in the least. Not to mention this is supposedly a corporate store!! Only a couple miles away we went to the store in Lowry and actually walked out happy and with a phone that WAS worth it! The difference in service was astronomical. The issues on the network operations software on criminal assault are problematic. I did have another telecom operator pull the data T-Mobile said they couldn't. T-Mobile has grown and Sprint uses software and fiber transport my company developed, but they never used the full suite in their radio area networks to improve capacity and connectivity. I believe the merge of the two could be helpful if the user our global call software opening a global calling infrastructure without harming local country providers. read more

to their CEO: Dear Mr. Legere, I was a happy and loyal T-mobile customer from 2004 to 2015. When I changed jobs your service did not work between my new company and home. After months of dropping calls all the way home every day, and being unable to get business done I had to port to Verizon. That worked great. I no longer work in that part of Colorado and decided to return to T-mobile. What a poor decision that has been! It took nearly a month to get sim cards in the hands of all my family members. Your port team moved too early and I lost service for a day and had to pull my main number back to Verizon while waiting to have cards for all the phones.Then I made the call to port and the real disaster began! For two days, over 8 hours and 26 phone calls with your customer service, port team, and technical support we were unable to get 4 phones working 100%, all of the time. I had family members screaming at me from friends' phones and a very pissed-off wife. I finally told the last rep I was going to have to take my numbers back to my last provider and was told that was my choice. I spent nearly 2 hours last night getting my numbers ported back to Verizon - where I am back in service on all my phones just like three days prior. When I called your Customer Line today, after 16 minutes on hold - I was told the account was canceled but I would still owe $160. My original request was to also have the cost of the 4 sim cards credited back. I was furious. During that 54 minute call I asked to be escalated three times and was finally given approval to have this ridiculous bill credited away. Reference number for that is 09085720. At this point I will just eat the cost of the sim cards that were useless, and continue telling everyone I know via Consumer Affairs, the BBB, Facebook, Yelp and my local TV Consumer Reporters about my experience and telling them to beware. I have already alerted my IT and procurement teams at my company- the largest Senior Living provider in the US. I am truly sorry for this failed experiment and hope you can find a way to return T-mobile in the Denver area to its former glory of 2015 and before. read more
