Phone plans and internet is purposely confusing to me. No wonder there are so many phone stores. I figured it out well enough though. Decent employees but you kinda gotta know what you want. For me all I know is i want to get rid of spectrum. Based on my deductions, my 5g phone plan plus a hotspot was the best answer to that and its also cheaper. So thats what I'm getting today. Parking can kinda suck as can turning into the lot, other than that this is just any old T Mobile store. No wait time thankfully and I dont need to spent an hour on the phone canceling my service. Having used T-Mobile's home internet service since it first came out, it finally occurred to me that there must be an updated gateway. Usually I would have gone to the Fox Hills mall location but being that the Holiday season was in full swing I decided to skip the crowd and go to the "Experience Store". So glad I did! First of all, I was able to park right out in front, no hassle at all. Second, it's a very nice space with lots of natural light. It was easy to find a place to sit down while I was waiting but it wasn't long before one of the sales people was free to help me. I was expecting it to be a little bit of a hassle because all I wanted to do was update my gateway but surprisingly it was an opportunity to witness a master class in exceptional customer service. The gentleman's name was Gary and he informed me actually there were two newer devices for me to choose from. The newest one is a premium model that would add more cost to my plan and the other one was available for a simple $35 one time fee. Gary discussed what our usage was and after I explained that we weren't big gamers and that our service was pretty good to begin with, we decided to go with the more cost effective one. No hassle, no big deal. He then explained how long the process would take and he got busy getting the new device set up. Everything was great (he even got me out of the store ten minutes early) and when I got home it was a snap to get it placed and ready to go. It was so much easier. After all of this I got to thinking, if they do such an amazing job on some little thing like this, it must be an incredible experience to get a new phone at this location. I went walked in with an issue with my new internet/ WiFi bundle package where I was not receiving internet on my mobile phone. This store is fantastic. Whatever other people's reservations are about T-mobile customer service, they should have a visit to this store next time there's an issue with their internet or phone line. The first time I visited the store with an issue I had with my internet modem losing signal. I had been on the phone with technical support for over an hour the day before and was unable to resolve the malfunction. I then brought the modem into this location where Danny M. was able to troubleshoot the modem and get my system back in operation. The wait time was a little longer than I'd like (about 30 minutes), but the sales associates in-store were all very knowledgeable and friendly. The time went by quickly. A second time I visited the store to inquire about purchasing a new iPhone. Once again, Danny M. was there to help. He ran me through all of the promotions available, checked my eligibility, and showed me some phone options while explaining the benefits of each model. I ended up purchasing a refurbished phone through a third-party vendor but I will be revisiting the store to have my new phone set up. Again, the wait time was a little excessive, but you have to understand that this is a small store with three to four associates on staff at any given time so it may take some time to be seen. Bring your phone, bring a book, but once it's your turn, you will be satisfied . Great customer service experience! read more

My sales rep Cely and her manager Lizbeth did such a good job with everything. From initial greeting to discovering what my needs were and tailoring the tmobile solutions to fit them. Explained it perfectly, I knew what I was getting and was happy to upgrade my package to include the watch and the internet in addition to my new cell service. This review is a year overdue, long story short, forgot the girl's name that worked there that helped me but I remember her saying it was her last day cause she was transferring, anyway, she convinced me to get the clear Tech21 case for my phone and a screen protector. Usually I'm a careful person but, the other night I fell down the stairs and dropped my phone 3 floors and the case was hardly scuffed (I'm fine) but yeah. Wasn't very happy with the customer service here. It was mostly empty when I arrived. 4 workers were in the front when I arrived I asked one if they could answer a question about switching to T mobile and purchasing an iPhone. Girl with braids says she could but she was about to go to lunch. I said that's okay I'll go look at phones. Finally one stopped talking to help. I asked the same question, she asked for my ID which I gave, next she asked for my social security number. I asked what for and she said so I can run your credit. I asked was it a hard or soft inquiry, she looked confused. I asked was it like applying for a credit card because if so I couldn't do that because I'm in the process of buying a home. She said well that's how we know what you qualify for, handed me back my ID and turned and started back talking to the girl with the braids who said from the beginning she was going on lunch but still hadn't left. read more

All of the stars are for Arlander (the store lost one for the wait time when they weren't even busy). He went above and beyond and explained things to me with patience. It took a bit for him to figure out I couldn't trade in my device for the required Sprint upgrade (it had damage), even though I felt I didn't need a new phone, but as we worked on figuring out what to get and the check out process, he kept checking the system and a high end phone offer popped up. I got out of there only having to pay for accessories! I've had the phone for a couple of months now and it's been awesome. I didn't know what I was missing! read more

Boy oh boy do I miss Sprint. :( I went here yesterday bc my brand new phone wasn't working. I didn't delete the stuff off my old phone yet bc, as I told the girl I spoke with, I wanted to make sure the new phone was working properly first. She said the problem was I hadn't deleted the old phone. Totally confident in her assessment. Wiped out everything on my old phone. I left. Returned five minutes later--nothing is working on my new phone. I then spend over two hours there and finally she hands me a post it note with Apple's phone number on it, shrugs dismissively and says it must be an Apple problem and I should go to an apple store or call them (Reader my phone isn't even making outgoing calls at this point.) I said, "How about just give me my old phone back (I'd just turned it into her five minutes before) or try a new one and see if it's the phone?" She says, "Can't do that." I leave in tears. So now I have a brand new nonworking iphone. I drive 20 min. to the Apple store, they are so kind there. They say TMobile does this to us all the time and it's clearly a Tmobile issue but we'll try everything we can here to make sure. Two hours later, they've troubleshot in every way, and they finally just give me a new phone but immediately see that won't solve it. They ask incredulously, "Did they not try changing the sim card at Tmobile before sending you off?" Reader they did not. I am now over five hours into this saga and again in tears, I drive to the Santa Monica Tmobile, tell him to try changing the sim card and what do you know--the phone works like a champ. In total six hours, 10 bucks in gas, 8 bucks in parking and all could have been a one minute fix. And oh surprise surprise even the guy at Tmobile Santa Monica was rude for absolutely no reason --although whatever at least he fixed it. When I compare the guys at Apple to the customer service at Tmobile it is NIGHT and DAY. When it was SPRINT they were also wonderful. This leads me to believe it comes from the top. Unhappy workers make unhappy customers and vice versa. So I don't want to just blame the people at the store. This seems to be a company problem. I'll be looking into new carriers. Also and most importantly, if your new phone doesn't work, make sure they check your sim card and save yourself this torture!!! read more

I never leave reviews (without being asked lol) but I had such a great experience I decided I will. I arrived at this location with intentions to upgrade my device. I was placed on the list and waited in the car. The guy who put me on the list did inform me that the wait time was a little long but would probably be shorter due to more staff coming back from their breaks. This was true, I was estimated 45 minutes and was called in about 20. I was lucky to be helped by Moises. He was extremely helpful, patient and made my upgrading experience perfect. Not only did he explain everything in detail, he was sure to make sure I I knew what was going on from sharing his screen to show me all the changes that would happen to my bill/ account to suggesting accessories etc for the device. He had great conversation and made my experience super comfortable. My local Sprint/ T-Mobile store has closed but I have definitely will be making this my new spot. Thank you Moises! read more

These place is awful and T-Mobile has been nothing be shitty to me and my family since we were forced to move from Sprint due to the merger. I've spent months trying to get my phone fixed. Not only had customer service and tech support by phone been horrible, both before and after the switch to t mobile, but coming into this store multiple times over the last five months had been an awful experience. The employees have been rude to me when I was merely explaining my problem. I dealt multiple times with the Asst Manager Josh, I believe. He did a series of things to try to fix my phone. None of them worked. I gave it sometime and hoped that updates would help. They didn't. I still wasn't receiving phone calls. I came in again this morning, and a different manager told me Josh wouldn't be in until later. He also said they were a customer focused company and they would of course discuss things like bill credits and the like. When I came back to speak to Josh, he told me there was nothing he could do and that it might just be best for me to switch to a different phone service.they literally care so little about their customers, especially the ones switching from sprint, that they don't care if we just leave. This is an awful company and the people who work here should be ashamed of doing so. read more
