Worst possible service I've received at a T-mobile…read more I've been a long time customer before switching to Mint Mobile. I came in about a month ago to look into switching back because I enjoyed T-mobile's service range. Well I walk in and there are two employees chatting with each other. I'm walking around and I overhear this employee, who I later find out is called Luis, cussing openly about who knows what. I'm looking through my options, but still no one stops to ask me if I need any help. I get fed up with the personal talk and as I'm walking towards the door Luis finally turns towards me to greet me, but I wave him off. After this interaction I decided to stay with Mint Mobile. I come into a brick and mortar for quality customer service versus the online shopping. I hope this store reevaluates what it means when a customer walks through the door and leaves the dirty talk for the restroom. They both could do well with extra coaching and Luis by monitoring his language.

Back in December I was offered a promotion to upgrade my phone to an iPhone 15 and only pay $215.64 over a 36 month period. The employee Keith G said that I would save money by adding an additional line. I asked him if I could add my sibling later to the business account and he said, yes but my sibling would need to be present. I went to the store I normally patronize and wanted to remove the new line that was added. I was told they could not remove the line because the promotion was added to the new line and if I were to remove the line or even suspend the line the promotion would no longer stand and would have to pay the full price of the iPhone 15. I was instructed to go back to the point of sale to get this remedied and now the store is closed. I really feel taken advantage of and feel that this place was doing fraudulent activities. That is probably why it no longer exists. I had no knowledge the employee was going to put the promotion on the new line bc it was my number and my phone that was being replaced. Also, he had knowledge that I wanted to add my sibling later. Now I will have to escalate this matter to corporate to get this resolved.

A Special thanks to Alexis for working diligently and handling my phone issues. I find it difficult to find the words to describe how good the service was. Was given the wrong phone and right out of the box it started to have problems. It was literally costing me hundreds of dollars a day and there was no way to fix it. Took so long that I had to leave the store. But upon my return, I found out that Alexis had been working on my issues the entire time I was gone. In the end a solution was reached and a lot of time and money saved. All I can say is Choose your store wisely. They are not all the same, and this store clearly understands that and has raised the bar on service and customer needs.
