About three or four months ago I had the back screen and my iPhone battery replaced on my iPhone 15…read moreplus. The first thing I noticed was there were still little glass shards in the camera when the back screen was replaced, which meant that they did not clean it properly before putting on the new back glass and the back glass was not seated properly because there was a gap between the frame and the glass. About a week ago my battery started giving out and it started bulging/inflating out of the phone to the point where the back glass cracked. I paid $200 for both parts (installed). So I went on Amazon and purchased the battery and the back glass and install installed it myself for $74. If you come to the shop, make sure you get warranty and that your phone has new parts installed correctly before you leave the store. I would have contacted them sooner regarding some type of warranty, but I could no longer find them on OfferUp because our past messages weren't deleted.

I came in about a month ago to look into switching back because I enjoyed T-mobile's service range. Well I walk in and there are two employees chatting with each other. I'm walking around and I overhear this employee, who I later find out is called Luis, cussing openly about who knows what. I'm looking through my options, but still no one stops to ask me if I need any help. I get fed up with the personal talk and as I'm walking towards the door Luis finally turns towards me to greet me, but I wave him off. After this interaction I decided to stay with Mint Mobile. I come into a brick and mortar for quality customer service versus the online shopping. I hope this store reevaluates what it means when a customer walks through the door and leaves the dirty talk for the restroom. They both could do well with extra coaching and Luis by monitoring his language.
