Not a fan. Victor was the one who helped us today. 10/10 would not recommend him. Have anyone else help you but him. Here's why: I wanted to get my own plan with my boyfriend and get off of my parents plan. It got really packed because it's the end of the year and right around Christmas (totally understandable). We got there before the crowd came in though, so we got lucky...or so I thought. While he was ringing us up and getting us set up my mother had to call t-mobile to get my phone number released so that I could have the same phone number on my new plan/phone. They put her on the calling list and it took 45 minutes to wait on the phone. During that time though Victor got my partners phone set up; he had a different carrier and needed to get his phone number transferred, he put on the cases, screen protectors and we paid. I told my boyfriend to ask him how long it would take for his phone to transfer since it was from another network; he asked that specific question and Victor said it could take up to 24 hours. Cool, got it. After he put on the phone cases and set up his phone, we had 10 more minutes to wait on the phone to get my phone number "released." Victor told us to essential wait on standby so he could help another customer (totally understandable) and to come to him after we released my phone number so he could finish setting it up. My mom finally got someone on the phone and attempted to release the phone number. We didn't want to interrupt him because he was talking with the other customer so we waited on the phone so the operator could talk to him and ensure that everything transferred over smoothly. It did not. I am so grateful that the phone operator was patient and waited 15 minutes for us to be able to talk to Victor to see if it did, because it didn't. He took a brief second to talk to the phone operator and gave my mom back the phone. I had no idea what he did but we just waited again on standby not sure what was going on. Finally the operator hung up and we were kind of just left standing there wondering if my phone number tranferred over or what. I tried logging in to my icloud while I waited and it didn't work. I wasn't sure if it was because it also would require 24 hours or what the issue was. He completely ignored us and really was not communicative with us after we made the purchase (he got the sale, on the next; at least that is what it felt like). All he needed to give us was a "Hey you all are good now! Let me know if you have any questions" or really anything to let us know that we were done and good to send us off. Today, December 24, 2017, My son and I went in to the store by the Sierra, Fontana 15 minutes after it opened. No one greeted us cause I know that they were busy assisting other customers. Minutes went by customers were coming in and the crew greeted on them and asked them what their names was and put on the system to be served next. About 15 minutes passed a crew came in and asked us what the purposed to our visit. This guy was a few feet from us and did not even say his name and did not apologized for a long wait. He did fix the problem for my son but i did not get a good customer service. My family is been with Tmobile for more than 12 years and today is my first time giving them a bad review. read more

Worst experience ever! Kimberly assisted me, i had been there earlier and was told they had a specific phone in a color and she says no that they didnt have that phone before double checking. Worst service I've ever had. Tried to get a hotspot device. I signed up. Paid 110. Plus was willing to pay 55 a month for 14 gigs of service. Device didn't work. Service was so slow I did a speed test and I was literally averaging 4- 36 bytes per second. That's gotta be a record for the slowest internet speed ever. I tried to return it a few days later and they convinced me try another hotspot device that maybe the first one was damaged. Surprise surprise. That one was just as slow. I'm a Verizon customer but Verizon's hotspot deals were way to expensive for me to even want to try. After returning the device canceling my service, that they made an almost impossible task, they sent me a bill today for 55 for their hotspot device that didn't even work. I'm on the phone with them right now trying to figure out if they can cancel that but it looks like it's probably also going to be an impossible task. T-Mobile: Crappy Data Plans, Crappy Service, and even worse customer service. read more

The customer service from Angelica and the store manager Christopher were beyond expectations. I have been a retail manager for many years and this is the type of service that I would want my team members to provide on a daily bases. Their was a little mistake made during my visit, however the mistake was made up for with service and great efforts to fix my mistake and ensure I left satisfied. They were able to resolve the issue and I left happily with my new phone. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I'm not sure of the name of the girl who assisted me but I believe it was Kimberley. However she was terrible!!! I feel as their goal as a store is NOT to help you rather than to sell you whatever they can. I came in with the infamous iPhone problem of not having enough memory. The girl said because of my amount of pictures and apps, proceeded to delete everything in front of her...that might have cleared up about 1 percent of my memory....her only solution was to buy a new phone. I asked for some one else's help that would be able to elaborate and at least not look upset at helping me out as she was short with her words and barely made any eye contact. She said her manager was standing right next to her, when I asked him for help this rude icarly looking character of a boy laughed. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! i been with t-mobile for almost a year now and it always been great service when i come in til i came in on wednesday evening to pay my bill. i was "HELP" but Ericka but she was no help at all. i had a few questions regarding my bill and all she could say was don't you have the t-mobile app with attitude. Not to mention she didn't say hello and already had attitude as soon as she walked up to us to try to help us. She didn't answer any of my questions and kept giving me attitude the whole time. after I asked for a receipt of my bill she i'll give you a receipt in a very honoring voice as if i were bugging her i then thought she might of just not been having a bad day so i said thank you but as i said that she rolled her eyes at me and said mhmm. i was never treated like that at sprint or verizon when i had their service. i don't know what her problem was but employees like that should not even work in customer service. read more

Poor customer service, went in yesterday April 17,2017 since the screen on my phone had went blank. The girl that came up to me ask me if I had insurance , she said all she could do was give me the insurance number so I could call since they didn't deal with any of that. She didn't even bother to check if it was an internal damage or help in any way. She then proceeded to tell me she could check if I had the jump program to upgrade to a new phone. Hell no ! If she didn't even bother to try to help me in any sort of way why would I give you the credit if I did decide to purchase a new phone. Went into another t-mobile location , right away when I went in the guy that walked up to me looked at my phone and sure enough it was an internal damage. They took care of it for me . since it was an internal damage I won't have to be paying for the deductible on a replacement phone. I will now be taking my business to the t-mobile off foothill from now on. The t-mobile off Sierra had really poor customer service, always super busy just to even make a payment you have to wait 30mins or more . read more
