There were two men working with other customers. We waited patiently. We were first off offended because neither of them acknowledged our presence in any way. After waiting about 15 minutes someone else entered the store. This customer was also not acknlowdged. Not a "welcome in" "we will be with you soon" nothing. At that point we decided that there was no customer service worth waiting for. We live in Fortuna and spend our money here whenever possible, but we will be taking our business to Eureka. If you want more business, you should treat your customers better!

"Hi!!!!" and again was hatefully glared at, followed by "How can I help you?" with the MOST disdainful, ugly tone of voice. As me simply opening the door and walking in was the bane of this person's existence. Yeah, bro, that's a no go. At that point I might or might not have said something rather cheeky and rude in my shocked and appalled state. In hindsight, I wish I would've said something along the lines of "You could 'help' me by treating me as a human being, please." But maybe, I should think positively, and give this biz the benefit of the doubt and some props? Maybe they're employing people on the autism spectrum who can't help they don't follow polite societal norms? If that's the case, then the owner really ought to give workshops on how to interact with the general public for these employees. As for me? I also slave at a job I'm not too fond of, but I would NEVER in a million years dream of taking out my disdain on an innocent customer. So I happily drove to another iPhone store in Eureka where I plopped down $150 for what I needed as there was NO WAY in hell I was going to give this business money after being so atrociously treated. A few weeks ago lightning struck the bridge on my house and destroyed it. Well Chris was able to pull up my original order and program me a new bridge for just the house side since that's all I needed. It was shipped promptly and once it arrived I had some trouble setting it up. I again reached out on their website chat and Chris immediately helped me get it up and running. I'm super happy with the product and support I've had on several occasions. I think people need to understand that with a tech based company, they are busy all day helping customers so they are not able to just answer the phone and jump right on the phone to help you on the spot. Go to the website, get on chat and explain what's going on and they will help you. If it requires a phone call, they will call you as soon as they are finished with the previous customer and help you. Their products are also far superior to anything else you can buy on the market.
