DO NOT GO HERE. The sales team does not listen to your needs. I walked in looking to purchase the Galaxy Fold phone. 1) They did not have any to show me. 2) They told me that they break all of the time. So, they convinced me to try another phone. I went from owning Galaxies to trying a Google Pixel which is the WORST phone and is constantly having problems. I'm now in a position where I am stuck with this phone (which already causes problems every single day for me) and would put myself in a financial hole if I decided to swap back to the Galaxy phone. At one point, when I was comparing two separate phones, I asked the sales person which phone was bigger. His response was that they were similar. "I see that they're similar, but which one is bigger?" I said. He repeated his answer. Then I asked if he knew the answer and he said no. "Can you go in the back and look at the boxes or a grab a measuring tape?" He hesitated, went into the back and came back with the answer. The sales team lies. I needed a manager's help to do something, but no manager was present. This was a Wednesday at 3:00. I asked if a manager would be back the following Wednesday at 3:00 because I'd be in the area again. They said that they didn't know. I said, "There's not a paper behind the office door showing their hours?" They said no. "There is no way you know when your manager comes and goes?" I asked. "No," they said. The following Wednesday I came back and the store was packed. After ten minutes of waiting, I asked if there was a waitlist. The woman told me the order of the people that arrived. I explained that I wanted to wait in my car and not lose my place in line. She reluctantly took my number down. "You promise you'll call me when I'm next?" I asked doubting that she would. "Yes," she said. Twenty minutes later, I saw two other couples enter the store and another come out. I had still no phone call and had left the line open waiting for them. I walked back in and saw that they were helping the next round of people and asked, "you didn't call me?" The woman clearly had forgotten or ignored me and softly said, "I tried..." As I stood there waiting, I asked when they could help me, and she asked what I needed help with. I simply needed the address to send back my old phone. She told me that I have to call the 1-800 number. I said, "Yes, but I want you to do it because it will be quicker." She told me I was wrong and that they have long delays when they call t-mobile and that I should do it on my own time. There were other observations that I made as well, but I will refrain from adding those. read more

This store is a T-Mobile Authorized Retailer which means they do not participate in T-Mobile Tuesday's. This is very frustrating since the store looks exactly like any other official T-Mobile store. The corporate office ran out of item and could not ship me one. I could not go to another store because I activated redeem button as soon as I spoke with the sales agent. read more

I went here probably around Christmas time to get new phone upgrades and crystal helped me, and from time to time the manager as well which I don't remember her name, and let me tell you crystal was so patient with our family, we had a multitude of issues we needed help with and she was so patient and got through every thing within a couple hours and let me tell you the service was really good! I'd recommend this location, the people were pretty nice here too. I'd say afternoons they seem pretty busy so go a little bit earlier or a little later. read more

I have to write an updated review & share with you guys my displeasing experience. *SIGH* PLUS knocking down this new T-Mobile location -1 star. I should have paid more attention & immediately red flag it when the rep brought out my supposedly "new" Iphone 11 Pro unwrapped. As if & could have either been used or refurbished. Reps should always open & unwrap the "new" iphones in front of their customers. But that wasn't for my case. How could this have slipped my attention?! Anyways, it turns out my iphone 11 Pro was a lemon. What are the chances of that?! On the 1st day (Monday) the cell battery was draining unusually fast, after I had fully charged it the night before. I gave it a good solid 72 hours before I brought it back into the store. I thought maybe it was my issue. Nope. I hardly used the the cell each day - less than 4 hours yet my battery drained to less than 30% in less than 1/2 the day. Since it continued on like this for days. I brought the cell back to the store on Thursday around 12pm. I told them my issue. They all seem indifferent. No apologies on their end. I seriously felt no empathy from them and they weren't rude either. They "tried" to help & 1/2 of the time they were speaking in Korean. So this kinda feels like when you go to a mani/pedi salon ran by the Vietnamese. You have no idea what the technicians are gossiping about, feels a bit uncomfortable. No offense to anyone! Just my 2 cents. To make this a long story short & spare you guys the details. Lets say it was a very frustrating Thursday, Friday & finally Saturday experience dealing with all 3 reps there plus the manager who came out to "somewhat" assist. I waited each day in the store for almost 1 to 1.5 hours. I kept my cool, patience & composure. It took them 2.5 days for them to give me a new cell phone & get it all set up. Also, this time (w/o saying anything from what I had noticed from my 1st encounter) one of the rep did brought out the new cell phone WRAPPED & unwrapped it in front of me. I truly hate to to say this, I don't recommend coming to this new location if you are new & planning on switching to T-Mobile. read more

I switched my four lines from another carrier to T-Mobile after comparing the features and rates. I do quite some international travels so it makes sense to benefit from T-M's services plus other attractions. It might be a little confusing at the beginning talking to the sales assistant but if you know what you want and what you don't want, you can discuss with the office. The most important thing is that the office manager Sami is responsive and accountable. He listens and delivers what he promises. Also to mention that T-M customer service is always available and does a very good job to help. Overall, I recommend to engage with this location. read more

Do not go to this location. Went there for a phone upgrade and was informed by the staff it is mandatory to get 6 months of insurance for the new phone (not as an option). Talked to manager Sammy to clarify some of the information and experienced rude responses. Apparently, they are not aware of the new policies. Went home and did everything through customer service instead. There are other locations that have very good services. Just avoid this one. read more

I switched over from Verizon after 5 years of service because my coworkers had T-Mobile and their service always seemed to work when my didn't. I walked by when I was dropping off a package at UPS and spoke to somebody who knew what I needed for me and my family. They said that a lot of people were switching from Verizon for the same reason because this part of Irvine doesn't work well Verizon. I got a cheaper bill for better service and newer phones, and they gave me a week to try out the service and return everything if it didn't work out. The workers here know their stuff and this is gonna be my regular store. read more

The caller said he was from T-mobile saying I owed delinquent charges on my t mobile account. Again, I have no account. What a scam. I will have to report t-mobile to BBB and the authorities. I had issue with my wife's Samsung S21 Ultra which kept giving SIM Card error message. We couldn't make any calls or send text, took out the SIM card and made sure it is not damaged and there is no dust in the SIM card slot and put it back in. The phone would work for a while, then my wife would get the same SIM card error message and I would take out the SIM card and put it back in and it would work for a day and it would repeat the same error message. Took it to the T-Mobile store on Jeffrey & Roosevelt and Jay is the young man who put the new SIM card in after he checked it out. Now it works perfectly and Jay didn't charge the $10 for the SIM card which they normally charge for the SIM card since we didn't do anything to damage the SIM card he said. What a service . . . I would give 0 stars if the tool allowed it. Unfortunately, the sales staff isn't knowledgeable enough to sell the wireless plans, and is purely incentivized by line activations and ZERO knowledge of plan terms and conditions. I was sold lines under BOGO offers despite multiple clarifications about impacts to the existing promos I had on my account, the store employee assured me it would apply. Fast forward 2 months, my bill blows up and increase by 50%. The staff clearly did not understand or explain the terms and conditions of multiple promotional plans resulting in multiple months of overcharges. This is something I would expect the store to take accountability for. I'd expect wireless plan rectifications, even after I was requested by T-Mobile corporate customer care to have the store contact them for 3-way live conference the store refused to do so because they were more concerned about optics of line cancellations coming from the store. After speaking with the store manager who subsequently contacted the regional manager; all refused to take accountability for the lapse in training, knowledge, and service. I can't say how disappointed I am at the service. Stay away at all costs. Take your time and money somewhere else. read more

They charged $21 when this could have been done for free by dialing 611. I told the sales girl, because of her incompetence, that I didn't want to go through with it and asked for a refund. She says it's already been charged and no refund can be issued. W T....!!! Not only was the transaction not even completed but they just took $21. Thieves! Bunch of incompetent and unethical morons at this store. Don't waste your time and raise your blood pressure. Just dial 611 from your phone and get it done right the first time. If you have a child that you would like contact with when they are at school(Northwood high school in my case) do NOT get T-Mobile. Two associates checked and said the school gets service. It doesn't! I had Verizon for yearrrrrrs and have NEVER had bad service. While on campus she had no service, if we are both on campus she can't text me where she is. Terrible experience at this location. I added myself to the queue and signed up for the text alerts since there were several people waiting. I was told it would take around 30 minute and I went to Albertsons to burn some time. By the time I got back I saw customers being attended that clearly came after me because I only saw one person ahead of me in the queue that was not in the store anymore. I did not receive any text to notify that my queue position was ready. They skipped me. Once I was seen after more than hour, I tried to switch plans and upgrade a single line to magenta max on my family plan get the iPhone 14 trade in promotion . They told me it was not possible and that the other store I talked to on the phone did not know what they were talking about.They tried instead get me to add a completely new line at full price for their commission/benefit. I left the store and went to the location that promised me the deal. The T-Mobile store (3995 Alton Parkway) saw me in less than five minutes and are doing exactly what this store said they could not do in a rude way. The other workers were also so friendly and helpful. A process that I thought would take hours was really concise and easy! We got in at 10 and did not leave until almost 5. It was such a back and forth it was the most stressful time. The workers were not following what we were being told. The two woman then seemed unsure on how to help me, so they went in the back to ask for help, after only 30 seconds one of the employees came back and told me hastily I couldn't make a payment in the store and had to call instead. I've never had this bad of a customer service. I walked in with my father-in-law to transfer his data from his current phone to a new one. The girl seemed preoccupied and didn't seem to want to help. She told me that the transfer might not work because the current phone was too old (iPhone 7). I did the exact same thing a month ago for my mother-in-laws phone without any issues. From previous experience, I knew that I needed to get on their WiFi so I was waiting for her to assist but she was looking at me very annoyed. I then asked her if she was waiting for me and she said yes. I told her I don't know what WiFi to connect to and the gentleman working next to her intervened. Her tone, choice of words, and lack of service did not sit well with me. If you're going to work in customer service, you should learn better manners and learn to smile.
