He provided an on-site estimate and reterminated the telephone cables to data the same day. His quote was comparable to others I reached out to. I wanted two Ubiquiti APs (one on each floor), several Ubiquiti PoE security cameras, and two CAT6 drops into bedrooms which the builder didn't add.
