She Informed me I have to go to the corporate store in Lansing or dial 311. The person that accepted the phone 3weeks ago shouldn't have. She doesn't understand the issue if they don't accept return phones. I informed you right you wouldn't. I don't understand how you get to talk to customers any way and keep your job. I been with tmobile for 14 years,but as of today I'm changing companies. Customer service with this company is ALWAYS THE WORSE. The service was lousy the internet buffer all day it dropping programs from my firestick and this was all day . When I called to complain they said they would send out a technician. So by this time I was fed up with there lousy service , so I got back with Comcast who by the way gave me a better deal . So I took back Wow equipment and assumed that was the end of it , well they claim they never got it , and are coming after me for something I have already returned. There offices are closed so I put it in there return box . Now they can't find it , not my issue .So be very careful with this company,because they are going to try to get you one way are another.
