Went in to get a new sim card and wifi box and the employees would not bypass the authorized user when my husbands mom is consistently sick and we called her to prove it was her and they still wouldn't give him a new sim card. They also wouldn't give us a new wifi box when they had some in back. Would highly not recommend going to this store as they are no help and when I asked for the manager they wouldn't even get their manager. Only there for the commission. The only people working in this location are children. The girl who was "helping" me managed to lock me out of my phone for an hour! She was very obviously having trouble getting my phone to transfer, and instead of asking her coworkers for help, she continued on and locked me out completely. Went to this location to get a new iPad for my job and the representative that I worked with completely scammed and lied to me about my packages of what I was paying for saying I was getting a free iPad with a promotion only to find out that he switched out the plan at the last second wouldn't let me view the documents before signing then after it's done how to return everything to find out he scam talk to the manager manager, said he would fix it for me and then got my bill this next month. Hi! This review is not for this specific TMobile store, but for the service in general and related to the insurance. We recently had a phone stolen and filed a claim - I need an answer from TMobile and Asurion - if that's the ins coverage- to explain why you don't allow customers to go to a store and replace the phone once you file a claim. Also, since you won't offer this option - which should be the FIRST option, why can't you OVERNIGHT the replacement? We use our phones for work and travel and everything - we can't not have a phone for 2-3 days! I'm expecting a response from the company about this. It's 2025. Both the internet and good smart phones have been around for a long time now. There is zero reason an instant replacement shouldn't be the first option. OFFER IT. The management needs retraining in processes and customer service. I went to this location to get 3 replacement screen protectors. I was told there were 2 people in front of me and waited close to 40 minutes. I swear 4-5 people were called before me. When i finally get called they said they only had one screen protector. Why can't they let you know before hand instead of waiting. Also screen protector replacements are quick why have customers wait. Also the checkin lady could have helped by checking for the product availability and replacing the screen. This would have took 5-8 mins. Just something to think about. read more

After a long day at the lake, my phone decided to take a shit on me. I came into the store 30 minutes before closing! When I worked in retail, I couldn't stand when people did this, but I was so lucky to be helped by Kenesha. She was so unbelievably helpful. What normally would've been a really stressful situation for me turned out amazing not only did she get me set up with a new phone but got me a deal on a new Apple Watch as well and moved my account to a business account. She didn't just take care of the problem. She went above and beyond to help find me discounts and help me completely set up my new phone up I felt bad I was there after hours, but she continued to be helpful, giving me her business card and telling me if I had any problems with my set up to come right back, she made me feel so comfortable. Sales team did not know what they were doing and ended up costing us time and money to have to switch back to the original carrier. Management was condescending and not helpful and using their employee as an excuse on the continuous errors being made. Had they just checked the phone from the night before and noticed that there was an issue with it, they wouldn't have made us come in the next morning to keep us there for 2 hours to then, after switching the lines from boost, tell us that there's a small crack on the phone and that it didn't qualify for the promotion. Then they had us go back to boost and because they had transferred the line, we had to pay again for a month's bill and reactivation. We had just paid for the month. So we ended up loosing $140 dollars just because ur ppl did not follow their own protocol! Check the phones before telling the customer they qualify for any promotion!! Do not switch or transfer the lines if u r not 110% that they qualify. This was a horrible experience and when I told Management that they need to do better in training and also being robotic about the situation, she just had a condescending tone with me. This was no ok!! U cost us money that we didn't have to spend had ur ppl applied the correct steps in the first place!! I went to purchase a new phone at this T-Mobile location (6020 W Craig Rd Ste 150, LV). Jackie was the sales representative who assisted me with my purchase and data transfer to the new phone. Jackie was amazing, knowledgeable, courteous, and patient. Just overall excellent customer service! She is the only reason for my 5-star rating. Unfortunately, the same can't be said for the store manager ( the one with the beard). He was clearly bothered by the fact that Jackie was being thorough and making sure all my questions were answered. I expected nothing more from her since I waited a long time for my turn, not complaining. Perhaps requesting a Spanish speaking sales rep had something to do with it, just saying. The beauty of being bilingual affords me that choice. In any case, phones and accessories aren't cheap, I spent a chunk of cash there today. T-Mobile retail store on Washington St. in Las Vegas has the worst customer service, we've ever experience. Chad, the Assistant Manager was so rude to us after asking a simple question on a promo. Its clear T-Mobile doesn't appreciate loyal customers. We came into the store with the intention of upgrading our iPhones. We left the store ending our contract and joining AT&T. This was after we were told by Chad that going to the competition was our prerogative. UNPROFESSIONAL management is the biggest problem with this place. If you are thinking of getting T-Mobile internet save yourself the agony and go with a more reliable carrier. I signed up for internet service and picked up a router from the store. T-Mobile made errors and sent me an extra router that needed to be returned which I did. 2 weeks later T-Mobile still has not received the router back and slapped $400 on to my account!! The extra router was THEIR error not mine! I called the 800 number and was hung up on every time I asked what could be done to retain me as a customer after all the headaches I received (a total of 3 hang ups from their India call center staff). A total of 4 more hang ups when I asked to speak to a supervisor. I finally called the store where I picked up the router hoping to get some help from management. Steve (the store manager) was anything but helpful. He was obviously distracted and I could hear School girl like giggling with an employee as he listened to me express my extreme frustration with the services...I guess he found my issue amusing. I asked if he could call into the service center to help me address the issues since I picked up the router and established services in that store. Instead of going the extra mile to help a customer, he referred me to customer service number (the same one that keeps disconnecting my calls when asking to speak to a supervisor to help). He insisted he would have to call the same number and he could do nothing for me. Really?...a store manager has no direct link to upper management on a customer service level?? Personally I've been in corporate level management myself for the past 20 years and an entrepreneur..I definitely have ways to get things done and the ability to escalate up the chain to ensure my internal/external customers walk away happy. Steve just didn't want to take time away to actually provide manager level service to a distressed customer and honestly it's quite sad, but not surprising. I'm extremely analytical and with simple observations of the store it's clear to see certain customers (mainly African American and Latino), seemed to receive subpar service. Same observations can take note of how well taken care of Caucasian customers are in this location...maybe there's a trend of assuming people of color will "deal with all the attitudes and low level service"? When I told Steve I was done being frustrated over the issue and I would be returning the router and terminating service if he could not exercise some customer retention skills, he simply replied "..ok". Well I hope regional management has a better method helping customers because I'll surely be escalating the issue. These are the sort of things that bring about Class Action lawsuits...by the looks of the massive bad reviews I'm not the only one with horrible customer service issues. Check out Century Link if you need internet folks. The first 6 months are free then $50 after. T-Mobile has a long way to go in order to compete with that, but then again customer retention is low on their priority list especially with store management. It will be interesting to see what the regional VPs/Executive staff say when all the issues are brought to their attention. read more

We walked in to t-mobile to upgrade our phones. It was 7pm, but we wanted to see if we were even eligible for an upgrade. Not one person working there acknowledge us when we walked in. Ok we get it. We walked around looked at the phones and waited. The one lady got done with her customer and she walked to the back room. So we waited for someone to help us. The clerk walked up to the counter and so we walked up, no hello, no how can I help you. We told her we were wanting to see if we could upgrade our phones. She then mumbled and asked us do you know your passwords? I told her yes we know our passwords. She then gave attitude and said people come in to upgrade and don't know their password and it's late. I said ok thank you we will come back. We have been t-mobile customers for over 20 years and when we go into a store they always give us Excellent customer service until today. This is the second time I have been in that store, last time we went in the store again no one acknowledged us but they were busy so we just left. This time there were 3 other customers in the store and all we got was attitude. Now I understand it was late we just had a question and got attitude. We will never step foot into that store. If ur paying for cable TV EI COX STOP!!! order home internet it's sooooo much less you can load other servers to stream (that I'm sure you are already) get rid of the conglomerate and get Tmobile home internet. This was definitely the best mobile phone-related experience I've ever had! Sam worked with me getting a new phone and plan. He was warm, courteous, and was happy to answer all of my questions. At no point did he, or the other guys who also helped out (Tyler and Austin were terrific, too!) try to hard sell me, or mislead me about any of their products or services (which has happened several times in Verizon stores here in the valley). Sam never tried to conceal any costs, and was very transparent about everything I was getting. I've been in the store three times - each time, I've had consistently great customer service. In the past, I've always dreaded the unpleasant task of entering a phone store - equating it to a sleazy used car lot situation.
