LIES LIES LIES. Retail store associates Jorge and JC promised free sim cards and $60 credit on the first bill when we signed up. This is because 1) my phone and bf's new phone took forever to be set up and 2) they realized right before we paid that the promotion was expired so our monthly bill last minute became 20% higher. When I noticed that our first bill didn't have the $60 credit, I called and they completely back tracked the whole thing and said that a credit was never promised. Unbelievable - so sad when customer service and loyalty goes out the door once the customer signs up. read more

I currently use Sprint and walked into this store because I needed information about how exactly that would work since I'm already in a family plan with a two year contract. I was helped by this guy named Raul who was patient and went through the whole process with me. What ever questions I had he always had an answer for and made it really hard for me to walk out of that store without switching over that day. This is why I am going to go back and bring my family with so we can all make the switch ASAP. I have been to a few other stores before but I have to say this was the only store that everyone smiled at and greeted you as soon as you walked through the door. It's not only friendly but it's clean and it's location is very convenient. If you decide or are even thinking about getting a phone or going with another company I'd advise you to come to this location and ask for Raul. I will never return to the T-Mobile store... I come in here on my hour lunch break to pay a simple bill. The person who was a servicing me was named Lance Mack... instead of doing what I asked he started trying to promote his massages services... At first I thought it was a joke but he kept on asking for my Instagram and what I would like to do for fun. He kept stating to me that he would do a full body massage and went as far as giving me his personal business card with his personal cell phone... I for one find that so unprofessional ... I work in the customer service industry and I know you ask questions to get a sense of a person needs or wants as far as phone services but this was over the top inappropriate.. I finally got so uncomfortable after telling him several times if I can just pay the bill and I wasn't interested that I just walked out .. I would avoid this location if Lance mack is working there ...Very unprofessional on his part and gives T-Mobile a bad name ... Customer Service tries to be friendly but they are really non competent. After visiting the store once, I was told the Jump on Demand program had ended and I could not exchange my device which is currently on the program. I went home and called T-Mobile to be told that I could exchange it as I was still in the program and it was not available to new people who wanted to sign up. I went again to the store to try to exchange my device again. At least 5 people rotated trying to help me for no apparent reason. They would just try to help someone else and pass me along to the next rep. After 30 minutes in the store and being asked what size I wanted, I asked for the 128GB iPhone. Then what color as "we have 5 different colors" I ask for the black matte and they go to the back and don't have it. I then ask for the regular black. He comes back and goes through the whole process and when we are about to check out, I see it is the 256GB. Again, we need to start again and he goes to get the 128GB in the back and comes out telling me they sold out of every color in the 128GB. How do you not know this information?? why would you make me waste over 30 minutes when the first thing you should have checked is if you have the phone available. You are asking me to pick a color when you have no colors? Honestly, they should have at least people who have a little common sense... read more

I came in here to add 2 lines with the basic plan, I didn't want anything extra. It's a good thing that checked before I completed the sale I used the T-Mobile app to verify the plan. The associate ilse decided to add an extra data plan with an additional charge with out my knowledge or consent. She worded it different so that I didn't fully understand it. The assistant manager came and apologized and offered me a $75 bill credit for the issue due to inconvenience. I hope he does apply the credit honest I've lost face with this store. I get that they want to make commission but you could have talked me into it instead of doing it behind my back. The assistant store managers name is Jesus Delgado. Anytime you go to any cellphone carrier please make sure you pay attention. Nothing is free. read more

Ordered new samsung s10 phone from tmobile store, I should have gone with my gut feeling when Patrick was not enthusiastic about helping a long term customer. A few days later I was sent tracking number from UPS with undeliverable tmobile store address. When is called to get help, Joanna answered the phone and did not want to help nor wanted to track the phone and advise for me to talk to manager the next day. I called UPS to find the phone who mentioned that the address was wrong but wont chnage it for fraud reasons. I called back and joanna refused to come on the phone while UPS person waited on the other line for her and her excuse was that she was busy with her own customer. Daniel Azitia came to the rescue and stayed with me until issue was resolved. I would give Daniel 5 stars but store 1 stars for bad customer service. read more

So, I dont normally shop at this shopping center but was visiting the local Target and decided to stop by and check about my upgrade status. I was helped by this girl name Allison. Although she wasnt necessarily rude she was extremely distracted. Asked me the same question multiple times. During the entire time she was playing with her phone and was more worried about her instagram than assisting. This is very rude and I dont recommend this store to anyone. This kiosk is awesome, don't bother with the managers because they don't seem to care or know anything about their services, go straight to the associates who are the front line employees and are extremely knowledgeable about their company. First time I came to the store they took there time on my account playing stupid and now today I stood there waiting for at least 15 mins waiting for them to change the case my be got me for my b-day because another worker said the 6 case is the same as 6s well it's not because my phone for but took me 30 mins to remove my phone. smh t mobile please check your workers because I don't think they know what they are doing, I really want to switch back to my old company. My day started off horrible I woke up and my phone wasn't working so I had to go into a T-Mobile store to see what they can do to help, I wanted to share my in store experience today. Patrick greeted me right when I walked in the store with a big smile and asked me what brought me into the store. I shared my story about what happened and he offered a couple of options that solved the problem right away. He was even nice and helpful enough to save me money! This place is garbage the guy didn't verify my information and sent it to the wrong place and they won't fix it. Since they where handling new accounts the guy told me he had no time for me. And to call customer service even though he made the mistake. I was able to come to a solution with a guy on the phone, and he advise me to go to the store and get a credit for the mistake. I talked to a different guy since Mark left he said the couldn't do credits when I was just told otherwise. Don't bother coming here for good service. read more

Went in again, this time to purchase some hardware for my phone. I was helped by Alfie this time, and thank you for making my transaction easy and painless. I had to purchase a memory card and a charger for my phone.... I don't know the first thing about technology, chargers, megabytes vs. gigabytes but Alfie picked the right memory card for me and showed me what I needed to do to change my photos from my phone to the memory card. Staff at this location are always pleasant, and professional. I am so upset with T guys right now. I have two lines with you guys. Have had many issues but these are the main ones.... 1)Firstly, the second line I have had issues with the iPhone (i.e after two weeks the screen went blank) so I returned the phone and was sent a reconditioned one!!!!! Totally unacceptable as I paid for a brand new phone. Then that phone kept sticking and after much frustration with going round in circles on the phone to your call centre I gave up and have been dealing with a sticky phone. 2 I got an email the other day to say that I had been charged $60 for international calls but I only ever use face time audio or whatsapp or skype call for ANY international calls and i make sure of it. So i was shocked at this charge. I just called the call centre again and spoke to Stephanie. She told me that i did make the call and the charges will not be taken off!!!! She said that sometimes the third party call drops and t mobile picks it up!!! What a load of tripe!!!!!!! I have been using third parties to make international calls for years and have never heard something so ridiculous! Stephanie said there was nothing she could do. Thanks for your great customer service Stephanie! you really do go out your way to help! NOT! 3)Next i said to Stephanie that when i took out the phones i asked for exactly the same coverage on both phones but for some reason they on different plans (with regards to jump and insurance). She again was flippant and said theres nothing she can do about it. I asked her to listen back to sales calls and the evidence is all there! But she told me that "its not as simple as that". She said she needed to put me back through to sales to discuss it as she couldn't do anything. By this time id had enough! I am sick of wasting my precious time on the phone with you guys when i have work to do!!!!!!! I asked for the complaints procedure and was told "there is no email there is no telephone where you can complain!!!!" NO APOLOGY WHATSOEVER! I come from a strong customer service background and I tell you what..... there is not a chance I would treat my customers like this. Sort it out T Mobile!
