I went in about an hour ago and according to me just to look well that dodnt happen. As soon as i went in i was greeted so noce by all the team members and they let me know theyd be with me rite away sonce they were helping someone else already i normaly dislike waiting but they were just so genuinely nice that i was perfectly fine with it. Maybe 5 minutes later a sales associate(Leslie) cam by to help me out i told her exactly what i was looking for and her and one of the other sales associates(Brian) helped me out, answered all my quesion so easily and got me exactly what i needed. I came out with a brand new LG Optimous, an awesome UNLIMITED EVERYTHING PLAN for the most reasonable price ive found and left so much more happier than when i went in. Walking into the store I was livid due to the customer care experience over the phone. The rep got my request completely wrong and messed everything up on my lines. Estephanie helped me and managed to fix everything even when she was told it could not be done she pushed for a solution. I left the store feeling confident that my lines were fixed. An amazing experience that turned out to be... a little bit disappointing. Let me explain first my situation: I moved here from another country ( got my Green card recently, so my credit is new) + I had been using for the last three years a T Mobile pre-paid option. All good. My last phone was dying so I went to T-Mobile hoping that I could get my first iPhone ever for a reasonable prize, and also hoping I could get into a post-service contract and doing that helping to build up my credit. I came to this store recently and a beautiful lady called Leslie Estrada helped me a lot. She said that even doing this jump into a post -service It would help me with the credit. However once who I think was the manager came, he mentioned that would not be helping me with the credit, so that was the first little alarm. Second, I am a small business owner so when we were getting the deal done they told me to stop by soon and bring my TAX ID number and probably they could give me a better deal (mentioning that would not be a problem). Great! I will stop by in a couple of days, I said. Third, when I was purchasing my iPhone Leslie did not inform me that I was getting a 16GB iPhone ( also my mistake), when I really wanted to be a 64gb capacity. I thought: when I come back for the business plan consultation I will ask if I can upgrade. So I went today, and not only they told me they could not switch me to a business account ( they made me go all the way there - and honestly I can tell you that the guy who attended me did not even check the options available ) but also they told me that If I wanted a 64gb iPhone I would have to pay another $150! When I already paid that amount for the iPhone 6 16gb two days ago. So honestly I feel a little bit scammed. I trusted them, I took my time to go back all the way there to see the options for my business plan ( again, they mentioned I could switch and they encouraged me to go back there soon to work with me on that). And also I am now stucked with an iPhone 6 (which I adore), but with very small capacity when nobody offered me options. So, what to expect? At least from Leslie a very nice customer service, but not very well informed. That was my experience folks. read more

Andrew is by far the best customer rep in tmobile. I love tmobile and love this kiosk. If you want an honest opinion go see Andrew. He is good at what he does. He helped me troubleshoot my htc and gave me tips on how to get a discount on upgrade. Again hands down the best customer rep I have met in my 10 year contract that I have been with Tmobile. read more

I went in to buy an iPhone and a rep named Leslie helped me (or should I say scammed me) she told me she would give me a free case because I would be paying a high monthly installment. She folded my receipt and put it in the bag. It was my fault for not being diligent and checking the receipt the unethical cheap and dishonest rep charged me for the 80 dollar case that she recommended. I called the company and it was waived. She must have really needed the extra cash since she made some commission from that. Long story short check the receipt after your purchase. read more

I am very disappointed, Tony make us loose a lot of time, he looks bored and don't listen at all our expectations, he even send us to another shop and ask us to buy a new phone, and when we came back Mickael (who has been very nice and helpful) told us there wasn't any interest to buy it. I stopped by this location to check out some deals. I have been very dissatisfied by my former service provider. I was formerly with ATT for over 10 years I had an accident with my phone and I needed to replace it. I was given no options and horrible customer support when I tried to replace it. I was not asking for a free phone I was just asking if I could extend or renew my contract for a discounted unit. I was just given the runaround and told to "just buy a new unit at retail." I thought it was very disrespectful to disregard a loyal customer's needs. They thought I was bluffing when I said I was going to shop for a better provider. Leslie at T-mobile helped explain all of my options thoroughly. I ended up switching service providers that same day and Leslie saved me money on my new plan and she also saved me from the headaches and frustration of my previous provider. I walked out with a new phone and my boyfriend will soon be upgrading his phone and plan as well. Thank you Leslie. read more

I originally had Verizon, but was debating whether to switch over to tmobile after my friends (who all have T-Mobile) told me that Verizon was terribly over priced. I would go over my data limit every month and would have to pay extra for every gig, which added up to an extra 30 bucks a month to an already $100+bill!! Anyway, after a trip to target, I decided to stop by and let me tell you, the staff is amazing. I was helped out by Tony who really knows his stuff. He didn't try to lie to me into getting unnecessary added things, like the workers from Verizon. I know because I did my own research before going in to buy. I walked out very happy with a new plan, and a new iPhone 6. Ask for Tony, not only is he a really cool guy, but he's honest and knows his stuff and he's really cute. I was calling around to find the note 7, and as I was advised by some tmobile stores that they are only selling the note 7 to customers who had the defective ones for the moment, so I thought let me try another store to see if they are offering a note 7 for users that were upgrading and not exchanging defective phones, called here and talked to GC, I asked him if they are able to sell me a note 7 despite the fact that I'm upgrading from a note 5, and he said sure come on down and make sure to ask for me! I was in thousand oaks when I called and I was looking at an hour and 30 min drive, so I asked him 3 times (are you sure you can sell me one despite the fact that I'm not exchanging? and so he repeated himself in a confidence, YES, JUST MAKE SURE TO ASK FOR ME "GC") so I leave work a lil early and drive for almost an hour and 25 min, as soon as I got there I was greeted by Chris who asked me what I came in for, so I told him that I'm picking up a note 7 and that I talked to GC! He firmly shut me down and said that he is not able to sell me the phone because it was only available for exchange users!! so I told him the story and that I was assured to get one on my arrival and kept saying that apparently between the time I talked to GC and the time I got there that they got instructions from corporate not to sell them which is super unprofessional, so I asked to speak to GC and another gentleman (not GC) came out trying to tell me the same thing! So I told them that you made me drive all the way here for nothing and that I would still like to talk to GC, after making me wait another 10 min GC finally came out with a careless attitude and telling me that he can't sell me the phone and tried to feed me the same bs, then I tried explaining the fact that I came from a long drive and he didn't seem to care at all, without being apologetic for wasting my time and making me drive in Friday Traffic and carelessly once again just told me "you can call customer care and complain if you like" which I couldn't appreciate one bit! I can't believe the level of unprofessionalism and neglect that I experienced at this store!! Needles to say, I'll never be back here and will not recommend this store either! read more

I went to this t mobile to ask questions in regards to my bill. A representative by the name of Joanna helped me. How ever the entire time she was helping me I felt like I was wasting her time, her response to me was very rude. I honestly felt stupid. I didn't want to ask anymore questions because I felt rushed. I'm not sure who she was upset with but I felt like it was taken out on me. I understand that I wasn't there to buy a product, but I am a loyal customer and I obviously needed help with something. I wished someone else would of help me and I would of left the store happy. I really loved this location, how ever I do not want to go back to this store ever again. It's sad that I had to experience something like this. I take great customer service very serious. Stitched to T-Mobile (back in July) after being with Verizon for over 15 years (formerly Airtouch). I was lured in because of their unlimited data plans and tired over overage fees from Verizon. Michael O. helped switch my family over. We have since had a stolen iPhone and JUMP was great in replacing the phone. Michael O. assisted us with questions during the process. Just a couple of days ago I see a better deal for the new year than what we were paying. made another visit to see Michael O. and he got our family on the "new" unlimited deal and we will be saving $40 a month going forward! Very happy with the service of T-Mobile (free 5 GB hotspot is awesome). Also, when I am in the area, I pop into the store to play with the new phones and always ask if I can save some money. Michael O. has great customer service and goes above and beyond! Also the store manager there (forgot her name...curly hair) is very helpful and sweet as well. I agree with Alison L. where these stellar reviews are coming from is beyond me. My husband and I changed over to T-Mobile just a short time ago, since then I was having trouble with my wi-fi. I went back to the store which is suppose to open at 9 a.m. When I got there at 8:45, there were 3 employees waiting outside for the "manager" to open up. He finally arrived at 9:05 ish, kind of cocky I might add, opened the door for the employees and told me to give him 5 min and then I could come in. He left me waiting outside in the drizzle for over 10 minutes. When he let me in, told him I was having trouble with my iphone, he asked me for id, told me it was store policy. Looked up the account and was told I wasn't on the account, bullshit. Told me he couldn't help me. As I walked out, said to myself "back to at & t," he started clapping. VERY POOR Service and so rude. I suggest T-Mobile do a better job of hiring their "managers" This guy was a joke. And had no clue as to what he was doing. read more
