They fucked up TWO rebates one for my phone and one for a tablet order. A year ago we were supposed to get a free tablet (after rebate) with a LG G6. We got the tablet and this T-Mobile location never enrolled us for the rebate deal. It caused a major headache on a $240 tablet. Now I'm finding out that when I paid off my Galaxy S8 and traded it in for a Galaxy S9+ that I was never enrolled for the $360 trade in promotion in March 18'. read more

Unbelievably slow service. Just stood there for 30 minutes without as much as being acknowledged. All the while, one of the employees disappeared back after some walking trip around the block, walking right by a line of customers and didnt return for 10+ minutes. After 30 minutes of just standing there, I left. Of the seven total people I waited with, 3 others also left. I was second in line. Took 25 minutes to acknowledge the guy ahead of me. I'm assuming most t-mobile stores are independently owned. If so, I encourage you to avoid this store at all costs and to give your business to a store where the employees at least feign interest in customer service. read more

FIRST CLASS SERVICE ~ I recently visited the T-Mobile on Gower & Sunset to inquire about starting service and possibly purchase new equipment. I was quickly greeted by Luis. He took the time to get to know my needs and provided several plan and equipment options. He wrote out quotes of what we discussed so that I could go over them with my partner (teamwork!) before proceeding. I didn't feel any pressure to buy or commit to anything. The day I was planning to go back and take full advantage of the promotions I received a friendly call from Luis. Super happy he followed up because the store was very busy that day. The phone call reminder allowed us to set an appointment so my partner and I didn't have to wait and waste our Sunday afternoon. Our purchase went smoothly and we are very happy with our plan, and products - iPhone 8Plus & Apple Watches. Luis showed value in T-Mobile and the products they sell. He created a personal and professional buying experience. In a world where customer service is far and few between Luis far exceed our expectations. This is probably THE worst authorized dealer staffed by THE most immature, unbothered, and yet inept people Los Angeles has to offer. I have tried doing simple things like replace a SIM card, return a product that was incompatible with other devices and you would have thought I was caught in some scheme, when I am in fact a subscriber who lives in the neighborhood. The problem with this store is service-related. No one knows how to put aside their personal whatever for the benefit of both the customer and T-Mobile. I had a receipt and yet they refused service, a receipt corporate sent me, yet they wouldn't accept it. On an occasion prior i wanted to make a purchase but young really short staffer (avoid her at all cost because she makes some men pay for her baby daddy's mistakes by her unprofessional admission) refused to sell me the product, no reason except she wasn't in the mood. A bunch of kids run this store and they give out misinformation and are chatting about their nails and their boyfriends/girlfriends. You are better off logging onto T-Mobile and chatting with the representative on the website. One girl had me go to another store because she said they had my phone in stock and could give me one for my warranty instead of me waiting for it to be shipped to the store, not the case when I got to the other store....cool so I just wasted time for nothing! I cannot stress enough how despicable this company is. Yes, all phone service carriers are evil but tmobile is by far THE worst. I've been a tmobile customer for 20 years however that's in the process of changing. One of the teeagers working at this store rather rudely refused to call customer service for me even though I had documentation from the police that my iphone had been stolen in a burglary furthermore he stated he could not call them for me because they were no longer doing anything but selling phones or something to that effect. Showed up at this location 20 minutes before closing, looking to open a new account and it seemed busy. I was next to be helped, but I let a couple customers ahead of me, who were just buying phone chargers and paying their account balances since my transaction was going to take longer. When my turn came, I had account holder issues which prohibited me from opening an account right away and I was told their computers may shutdown during the transaction at closing time. Five stars all the way for this T-Mobile location. First of everything, I am not used to write reviews and maybe I have never done it before. So maybe the maximum satisfaction I got after my experience at this store made me do so. So I have been a t-mobile customer for a couple years, and went here in order to transfer from a prepaid to postpaid account and explore the options available for new phones. Since I got in everyone there was welcoming, after a short wait I got called by Karen, an associate at the store, told her what's going on and she started handling my request. Karen was awesome, she was so patient and very helpful, she made sure she got me the best option (plan and phone) and went and called customer care because I had some kind of a critical situation. My situation was so critical and Jesse, the store manager himself intervened and made time to talk to customer care to help resolve the issue until we finally had a solution. Jesse the store manager was super friendly and nice, and super helpful in further explaining my issue and my new plan details. I was a happy customer, and decided to give these people at T-Mobile (Sunset/Gower) a shoutout. read more

Sylvia and Bryan helped me out majorly. I'm coming over from MetroPCS because they are the worst ever. These folks at t-mobile helped me select the phone and plan for my needs. I'm a student, so I use a lot of data as well as airport tethering. It's a little more expensive than MetroPCS but it's well worth it. With MetroPCS, you have to go to one of their corporate store to get the most minute thing fixed (in most cases it won't be) as with t-mobile, either of their stores will be able to fix most issues. Over the phone customer service would most likely take care of any issues but I can't speak on that because I haven't utilized that avenue yet. read more

I met a lovely woman who proceeded to lie to me about the price of my plan. She tricked me into buying items I told her I didn't want or need by ASSURING ME they were 100% free with the purchase of my phone. AS SOON AS I SAW MY BILL, I came in to return the items and they refused, siting a 14 day return policy. I am now unable to pay my bill and am not sure what I am going to have to do about a phone which I need for work. SCAM. FRAUD. BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION. I have been with TMobile for years and never had an experience like this. I have reported them to corporate and I am hoping something is done to the employees that lie. Unfortunate as there seems to be an odd number of 5 stars when everytime I'm in the store there are multiple customers having problems with their equipment, service etc. I have had multiple problems with my service. I am polite, I work in customer service so believe me when I say they are clueless of providing good customer service. I have been with T-Mobile for some years and the decision of the warranty of my phone is taken by a girl fresh out of high-school who thinks she is a technician. The screen of my phone started to come off and she even agreed there was no sign of damage but she called someone over the phone and made them notate my account that it was out of warranty. I pay for JUMP, so I don't understand anything, and she doesn't care to explain any of my options. No manager or anyone in that store but her mediocre self. Luis and Ricardo are amazing ! They were so helpful and supportive in my switch from AT&T to T mobile ! Ricardo hooked me up with a great deal meaning I am saving hundreds dollars . They fast tracked the switch as my son was traveling to UK and needed to take the Sim before AT&T had unlocked his phone . Luis then helped him activate it remotely from UK a couple of days later . They could not have been more helpful and pleasant and made the whole experience easy ! The store is relatively quiet ( or at least it was on the 2 occasions I visited) and had parking right out front . So easy and stress free ! 10 out of 10 to Ricardo and Luis !!! read more

My family just switched over to Verizon to T-Mobile. But they are located in Atlanta. I had a few difficulties on my own switching from my Iphone 6 to the new t-mobile Iphone 7. As stated with others. The customer service reps are trained by a fat overweight lazy woman who could care about less how long you sit and wait in the store. They often have crowds of angry people waiting.l because it takes them forever to help a single person. They are always misinformed and what they say and what the tmobile reps say over the phone are two different stories. Honestly expect waits of 1 1/2 -2 hours. Seriously nuts. Go to a different store. Or better yet go to a different company. This store should be torn down or demoed. I Was a customer for over 4 years and finally got tired of it. My phone wasn't working while I was traveling for work outside of la. Cricket has 4 lines of UNLIMITED talk/ text/data plans for $100 which runs on ATT network which has a way better coverage area than Tmobile. ( and they give you a free phone). My parents told me about it when I went home for Christmas. My mom and dad first started for 80$ for 2 unlimited lines and then added my grandma for only $20 extra and since I joined as well.... my phone bill is now only 10$ a month!! I'm not lying. My bill with Tmobile was 135$ for unlimited. Before you make the switch make to another company make sure to get your phone unlocked before you switch because they will make you wait three weeks until they unlock your phone even though you "aren't in a contract" with them. sayonara!! I would give them 0 stars if that were possible. People working there really don't know what they are doing. First I wanted to switch to T-mobile because I was going abroad and wanted to have roaming because I needed to receive/make work calls while not in the country and my carrier didn't offer that service. They set me up with a prepaid line and told me that I would have roaming and it was not true. So I was in Europe for 3 weeks without service and losing clients because of them. Then I came back and set up a Business Account with them so this wouldn't happen again. They gave me a "provisional" number while my actual number was being transferred from prepaid. Just to find out now that the so called "provisional number" is still active and I got charged the full monthly amount for that one plus my regular number. Thanks to the wonderful business customer service they will be giving me back that money and canceling the "provisional number". Everything they do at this store is a mess, great customer service but then you go home and find out that they messed something up for sure. Do not go here! read more
