Fantastic service! I love coming here. They fix my situations with my phone bill in less than five minutes. I literally drove all around Alhambra just for every T-Mobile store to tell me they can't do anything about it and I came here and they addressed my issue within 5 minutes. I asked him about the promotion I was interested in and he was very helpful and up to date on the promotion I wanted. Went there yesterday when other stores didn't have the phone I wanted. Pros: They were fast, helped me as soon as I walked in the store They were friendly to me. (I heard people giving the reps attitude. The reps didn't even mind, they kept serving with a smile.) They got me out quick. Cons: Shady looking area. I went in here to change from a lackluster AT&T contract, having being an AT&T customer for many years. The staff member, Sam, signed me up on a new T-Mobile One plan and offered me a considerable discount on a new phone for changing over. Without this discount, I would have just used the phone I had and would not have signed up. Two months later, I get a bill through for the full price phone, discount nowhere to be seen. Any phone complaints to T-Mobile have resulted in me being told to write in, snail mail, to their complaints department in Albuquerque. Disingenuous for a company so entrenched in technology to not have a way of making a complaint digitally. I guess this is to dissuade people from actually complaining and therefore artificially lowering the number of actual complaints they have received. Pathetic. When I went back into the store, the manager, Graciela, was very dismissive and told me her hands were tied, even though I was recommended to go into the store by their customer relations department who told me that store managers have discretion in these situations . Overall, a terrible, terrible store where the staff members lie to you to get you to change phone providers. My complaint is winging its way to their complaints department now. I'll never use this store ever again and will probably go back to AT&T after this, such is my level of disgust with how I was treated. read more

Anna was Excellent!!! I recently got a new phone under warranty at the Pasadena location on Fremont and Huntington and there customer service sucked big time! I was waiting for over 40 min with a line forming behind me and wasn't even acknowledged, even after trying to get there attention. Migraine and another trip later my replacement is acting up. Rather then deal with that place again o went back to the hood. Anna helped me out and fixed it, I was greeted by another young miss and took me to and who knew how to help someone out. This T-Mobile depends who you end up speaking with. A few times they are okay but have definitely given me the run around when needing a new phone. Sabrina is a horrible customer service rep and definitely should not be working in that type of field. I received not one but two bad phones as replacements and when it was confirmed to ship to the store. They didn't even know what was happening. Management needs work and also iffy service depending who you end up with. Do not I repeat DO NOT go to Sabrina. Just horrible service and attitude. I was tired of overpaying at Verizon and decided to change to T-mobile. I just left the store with my iPhone 8 and I couldn't be any happier. I never thought I would ever get an iPhone in my life (Android lover for years) but Andy showed me ALL the great stuff iphones offer. He was even patient enough to show me the difference between an android and the iPhone. He asked what features I used the most and then he explained the different packages they offered pointing out the best ones for my needs. Andy was very professional yet laid back enough to where I felt comfortable asking a million and one questions without him getting frustrated. Ok where do I start. This store is incredible!!! I have been in the store a few times for a few different reasons and I must say on EVERY occassion I have experienced excellent customer service. My first experience was with a young lady named Ashley and a young man named Carlos, both gave exceptional customer service. Ashely was helping my mother who is up in age and cannot move around very good. Ashley went to my mom out in the car and helped her 100% without asking my mom to get out of the car. Since first goint to the store I have dealt with Dorian, Henrry, Christian, Carlos and Ashley and perfect perfect perfect customer service!!! I would recommend T-Mobile to anyone and everyone as I would this store. I happen to live in Boyle Heights but the service is so good its worth a drive. read more

Wow, I just waited for about 20 minutes behind a clear line of 3 people, a girl came in and one of the employees asks for her name to put her on the list. A short time passes and the other two go ahead and when it's my turn, they call her name and I say "i was here first". The female employee with short black curly hair says "she's on the list" I've had an extremely stressful day after doing 26 hours of work yesterday and not having a phone for a month I did not want to deal with her stupidity and those of her coworkers. That was literally the rudest thing anyone has ever done to me and if common sense wasn't common, I would have to believe that they're all incapable of realizing that I was there to speak to someone and get service from T-Mobile since I pay all my bills on time but I don't get my name put on a list and the next person who comes in after me does. I'm about ready to leave T-Mobile just because of that. read more

This T-Mobile is one of the worst ones that I have been to. I came into the store to upgrade my iPhone where I was forced to purchase a bundle that THEY said was mandatory and I could not upgrade/purchase my phone without acquiring the bundle as well. The bundle was full of technology items I would not need for $17 a month for 24 months!! That's $400 on stuff I don't want nor would use! Scam artists! After seeing that another associate that was helping out a client was not forcing the client to purchase the bundle, I demanded to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor said that I had to purchase the bundle because they come with the phone (load of BS!) and that I could order it from them and it would come in two weeks and I wouldn't have to purchase the bundle. I agreed. So my gut instinct told me to call another T-Mobile store in another location and miraculously they were not doing the "bundle" that comes with the phone! I could come into their store and purchase their phone! So I told the associate return it all, I'm going to another store. So when the supervisor came back out and the associate told her I was going to another store to buy my phone, miraculously the supervisor said she had spare iPhone in the back (in a different color) that I could take today without purchasing the bundle! I couldn't believe it! After I make a fuss and call another store they suddenly have a spare iPhone the can sell to me? Wow... I ended up buying the "spare" iPhone upgrade and walked out of the store angrily. I feel sorry for all of the people this store is taking advantage of and forcing them all to purchase unnecessary and expensive bundles of useless technology products that they won't even use! Shame on this T-Mobile store trying to scam people out of money! read more

I had some pretty interesting experiences with different TMobile stores, however this by far caught my attention with customer service and being very satisfied walking out. I hate, hate, hate being drug into new plans and/or changes that I do not understand, but I've learned that when you're working with a fabulous sales rep (Alondra) & a very very knowledgeable manager by her side (Anabel), you know for a fact that what's said in the store and sold to you first hand, you will not be disappointed as I know I was not & still have not been. I visited this store for the third time last week and have yet to find something wrong. So I decide it to switch my whole family over, regret itBelinda helped me adding my family and said my bill would be $180 well it was all lies my bill came of almost $352 this is a nightmare the only explanation for this ridiculous bill was "pro rated" charges and that was it, I am outraged!!!!! Came in to simply upgrade my iPhone 6s to a iPhone 7plus. Customer service on the phone said its a simple process so i decided to go in to the nearest one to me which was this one but man do i regret it. Asked the first guy (Daniel) i saw about upgrading my phone and when i asked him if he could break down the numbers for me he was very confusing and vague. He kept saying "i can't guarantee this price, but it will be around that..." Seriously? you guys can't give me a straight up quote? Then he says it will be $140 down and then my payments would be $40 a month. i said that is way off compared to what they were telling me over the phone.. He then tries to tell me the difference from financing and leasing a phone but was so confusing and made no sense at all. He then tells me if i get a bundle it will be $40 down today and $17 per month for an iPhone 8 plus all this other crap i didn't want. And i say "wait Daniel you're telling me if i get all this stuff and the iPhone 8 my down payment is dropped significantly and you'll only charge me $17 a month?!!?! This is too good to be true." and says "yup thats the deal we got for you!" so i agree, obviously... Daniel then has technical difficulties and calls over his buddy Andy. Andy then says okay today it will be $110 down.. i asked Daniel, didn't you just say $40 down? He says, and i kid you not, "Wait..when?" are @#$%^# kidding me? After Andy attempts a valiant effort at selling me this pointless bundle he then says "listen man corporate makes us sell this so lets meet you in the middle. What do you want to pay today..?" I tell him okay Andy i'm not paying anything over $20 a month like what they told me over the phone. He says thats impossible which everything that we're giving you and i tell him take your iPhone 8 back (that i didn't want) and this crap that i didn't want also and just get me the 7plus. Andy realizes this sales slipped away.. and walked away. After 2 hours of this extremely weird and unnerving sales tactic.. Daniel rings up my iPhone 7plus and it comes out to be literally $13 down and $21 a month... That whole ordeal could have easily took 10 minutes max.. and they dragged it out cause they thought they had a sale haha. Come on man, i work in sales.. P.S. a little tip for you guys: never say "hey man this is obviously a sales thing from corporate so we're required to sell you this bundle and not have you walk out with a "dry" phone.." HAHAHA. I get it, its T-Mobile, but teach your sales associates some sales skills and not let them crash and burn. Oh and once i told them i didn't want their awesome (sarcasm) bundle, their attitudes changed and rushed to get me out the store. Thanks guys! BEWARE of the "BUNDLE" read more

Honestly I'm livid after leaving this T-mobile at this particular location. So, I needed a new sim card because my Iphone had got stolen Monday night , due to this mishap, I had to downgrade to my flip-phone ,which I've used as my backup phone ,(on many ocassions for the last five years). First off, this sales associate couldnt even figure out how to insert the sim card , yeah I know the phone was old school but ever heard of google? Which I eventually even asked her to do because was impatient waiting for her to ask a fellow employee which obviously was busy with his own customer.At every single other T-mobile I've ever been to they've always reviewed and checked that my phone was active after the experience. I had been been waiting for soooooo long that I ran out the door without doing so ,and sure enough come to find out ,either I've been given a faulty sim card or need another phone. Anyways, overall the worst customer service I've ever experienced at T-mobile and will never come back to this location again which is unfortunate because its the closest one I live to. I've never been to a T-Mobile store before and certainly will not be returning if this is how their stores are run. Went it to pick up a simple accessory and had to wait over an hour to be serviced. It's a first come first serve basis and I understand that there are other customers there to make payments or purchase phones and require more time and attention but for there to be so express check out for customers to make a quick purchase is a big turn off and simply just inconsiderate. The staff was not rude or anything but T-Mobile definitely has no consideration of other people's time. If they do this in the hopes that I will browse around and purchase something extra it definitely did not work and did the complete opposite. Will never set foot in another T-Mobile store. read more

This place is the worst ! They discriminated my parents because they spoke little English & gave them a bunch of misinformation. Every time they'd ask for help they'd just brush them off. They had told my dad that he qualified for 2 lines for $80 because he was a senior. His bill suddenly went up to $100. When he went to the store to ask why they didn't know what to tell him. The guy that "helped" told them that they charge $20 for paying in person. WEIRD, they weren't told this when they signed up Alex. My dad had asked them if he didn't do automatic payment & paid in store if there would be additional charges & they said no. I took it upon myself to call costumer service where they told me they have never charged $20 to pay a bill in person & the most they charge is $8. I called the store to ask & the woman that answered the phone told me they don't charge for paying in person. Okay so why was my dad paying $20 more ? I called costumer service again & they told me they were charging for a phone upgrade, my parents didn't get one. They took their old phones & got no new phones. When calling costumer service the lady told us that my dad was able to obtain his account number in store because he was never given one!! They didn't give him his number when he signed up just papers that had the incomplete number. When going in store they kept saying they couldn't give to him there. I called costumer service & they said they can so there we go back to the store to ask for it & they kept saying no until my dad told them we called costumer service & they told us they have to give it to us. To me it came off as them being lazy & not wanting to do their job because as soon as we pointed that out we suddenly were able to get their account number in less than a min. Every time my dad would ask for help they would act like they didn't understand him (yet I heard them speaking to each other in Spanish ) & brush him off. OH AND THE CHERRY ON TOP, the last time we went they weren't allowing people to come in & out. They said that once you're in you can't go out because they weren't going to keep counting people that if you walk out you can't come back in & get help... what is wrong with the staff here? my girlfriend and I had gotten a pear of apple watch back in 2017. The watches were cool at first, but we didn't really use them as much after a year. After we got tired of them we called t mobil multiple times this year to try to get the lines on the watches removed. The t mobil representative would always say "yes but this cycle is about to end call us back when it begins "or " "we already charged you for this cycle call us back before the cycle ends". When the bill would come in the lines for the watches would still appear. when we finally decided to go with a new carrier we paid everything off and left. The month after we got a bill from T mobile saying we still had a final bill so we paid. The month after that we get another bill from them saying you still have 2 lines active with us so you need to pay for those lines. can you guess which ones they were. yeah it was the 2 apple watch lines my girlfriend and I have been trying to get rid of for months. When we told them we have been trying to get rid of those lines for almost a year now they keep saying" yeah but you never confirmed with us", " you never told us which lines you wanted removed", " both parties were at fault you saw them on your bill why didn't you let us know". When the representatives checked the history log to see when we called about canceling the watches. she never found the calls In the end we had to pay 2 extra months for devices we didnt use, and have been trying to cancel for months. read more
