Unprofessional Behavior and Workplace Bullying by two females on 03/24/2024 @ 1:51pm PST I am deeply disappointed by the unprofessional behavior exhibited by Two females at the workplace. During my recent visit, I witnessed them mistreating an employee named Ingrid in a reprehensible manner. A female with black hair showed blatant disregard for Ingrid's well-being and professionalism. Instead of fostering a supportive work environment, they engaged in bullying behavior, preventing Ingrid from assisting customers in need. Their actions were not only disrespectful but also damaging to Ingrid's morale and mental health. The females indifference aggressive behavior towards Ingrid are unacceptable. It is evident that they prioritize financial gains over the welfare of their colleagues and customers. No individual should ever be subjected to such mistreatment in the workplace. As a result of this appalling experience, I strongly urge the management to take immediate action against those two females. Their toxic behavior has no place in any professional setting. Customers should be wary of seeking assistance from them, as they lack empathy and integrity. Furthermore, I implore the management to provide support to Ingrid and ensure that she feels valued and respected as an employee. No one should have to endure harassment and bullying at work. As a customer I am never returning again, I can't believe I witnessed bullying in a workplace, with no management to be found. In conclusion, I urge the management to thoroughly investigate this matter and take appropriate disciplinary action against those two females. Their actions reflect poorly on the company's reputation and must not be tolerated. Employees like Ingrid deserve to work in a safe and supportive environment. read more

This place definitely "DOES NOT REPRESENT T-MOBILE." The employees are arrogant and do not provide good customer service, especially with "older people" The manager Victor S, did not know how to do his job, The owner of this place should train his employees better! Today I decided to go open a new line with T-Mobile, I spoke to the corporate by phone and they gave an amazing service, the only problem was the sim card that they sent me was expired, this line was for my mother and she is two hours away from me, I was told that she could go to any T-Mobile store and get a new sim card and they would activate it for her, the big mistake was to go to "This Store" Customer Service is terrible, Corporate left instructions (Notes) to make it simple !! I was on the phone, I'm the admin and I offered to make a video call to identify myself, to show my ID, give them my Pin, I could give them my social security number or whatever they needed to help her and they did not even want to help her with a simple activation, that I had to be present, so stupid. They didn't read the notes, we are in 2021, digital era. I don't know how they remained open in the pandemic or after with this awful service, they make their own decisions and do not respect t-mobile policies, instructions, and they "DO NOT REPRESENT T-MOBILE" I Do Not recommend you to go to this location at All. read more

I had been wanting to get a sync up drive to install on my car so I stopped by this t-mobile store one day. As I walked in I was happily greeted by a very nice, bubbly and kind girl named Angie, who helped me with everything I needed and made my T-Mobile experience very pleasant. She was very knowledgeable, helpful and answered all my questions and concerns, and made sure that I was satisfied with the product I was purchasing. I will defenitly be returning to this store in the future for all my T-Mobile needs and I hope to be helped my Angie again, SHE ROCKS!!! read more

I just want to say that Angie was very helpful. I went in looking to get a new line on to my account and she helped me get that and a new phone for my daughter. We were in and out and the service was awesome. She also convinced me to buy a Nest home security system which I absolutely love. I walked into the store mad because my phone was not working and I couldn't get it to work. I first went to the montebello location in the mall and was not helped. They were trying to make me upgrade before even touching my phone to see what was wrong. At this location they helped me fix my phone and heard me out. I came to this place to pay my bills and I wanted to have new plan with the extended talk time. I got this plan but the staff is rude I found. Its a strange thing to find the reviews about the staff or team. They have to be nice with the customers. But, Some of the people are great and that is the only reason I have given three stars. read more

Today I was helped out by michelle who really helped me out alot in what I was looking for in the store and especially in being able to help me choose the right phone for my budget and for what i was looking for.
