If you like going in and being treated like you are stupid, I am an IT professional so I know what I am doing on the phone. Like to wait for someone to come to service you, I went in on a Sunday at open and waited 15 minutes while the staff gossiped. Like for them to say you have no choice in the matter but to do what they say, I even stated that I will cancel service and their response was go ahead we will not cancel your service. This will be the right place to go to. I went to the T-Mobile corporate owned store in Hermitage and they took care of all of my needs with no issues.

The prices for the cases are high as well. She did give us a deal on adding a screen protector, but I still felt we were pushed into a more expensive option and had no choice.
