The manager worked with me this past Monday. Trading in my phone. I was told: I would get reimbursed for my phone by applying for a deposit into my checking account. NOT TRUE!!! Notified I would get a monthly credit instead! I signed up for the Founders Fiber Optic plan for $70 per month for 7 years. After I leave the store I get an email stating the bill is $85/month. Another lie!!! Just saw my first statement and am being charged $90/month for the phone, not the$80 I agreed to! I am beyond pissed. Recently I went in to this location to get switched over from Verizon. Julia, the manager, helped me out and talked me through the whole process. She explained everything I needed to know and was able to give me exactly what I wanted. Usually when I am dealing with phone sales people, they tend to be pushy. That was the complete opposite with Julia, she wasn't pushy and she seemed to actually care about me and my situation. I could tell she definitely has the customers best interest in mind. She got me switched over and then I asked her about internet. She was super knowledgeable and explained how I could switch from my current provider. I will definitely be back to do that. My wife and I traded 14 series phones and were to get $830 credit per phone making the monthly payment zero for the new 16 series phones because they are also $830. We also had a $60 month plan with $36 insurance. The bill should have been $96 + taxes. On the next bill they gave us a one time credit of $250, then we were to get the balance over 24 months. That means the bill would be roughly $10 more per month than was agreed to as we got $250 up front. Additionally, the insurance went up to $39. Confused yet? On the third bill, the $830 credit was revised down to $630 per phone, now the bill is $27 more than agreed to. The store manager Julia was very condescending about the insurance increase and said it's was not T mobiles issue, it's a third party. When I challenged her, she sat back rolled her eyes, and completely dismissed me. As to the main increase on the equipment, she claimed our plan did to qualify even though she said it did initially. Time for a lawsuit I guess. She will have to testify as to T Mobile's wrongdoing. STAY AWAY!! read more

I went to this store because I had billing issue after starting a new account at another store. Julia - the manager, was able to explain everything to me in a way that I could easily understand. She removed all of the extra things the other store added on and got my bill to what I wanted it to be. She also told me I was available for T-Mobile Internet, I didn't know they had Internet. So now I have new Internet for $45/mo!!! I'm so glad I found this store I will be going here from now on. read more

This is a great location to go to. Everything they said when I switched over from AT&T turned out to be accurate (costs, features, etc), which is huge in my book. They helped with getting nearly everything set up in the store (new phones and service) and made the process very smooth with no lingering issues. Then the few times that I've stopped in with questions, they've been extremely helpful and willing to spend their time to provide great service. They are very knowledgeable. T Mobile service has been great in general as well. They are customer-focused and the data and voice have both been consistently strong. After many years with T-Mobil, we decided to continue and upgraded our phones. Julia, precious Mooresville store manager, now @ Hazeldell made the switch to a new plan and added a couple of lines to our account. She promised nothing was going to change, everything was going to be as we had it, the only think that was going to change was going to be the "price" And Surprise , SURPRISE she lied, we set up our account on autopay, it did my happen, our "free" Netflix account was removed. We co reacted her and she said she was unaware of the change, she was going to escalate it call us back once she hears back. It has been over 3 weeks and no call back. I have contacted the store and she is there but not available to come to the phone. Very unprofessional. Will be following up with corporate and BBB. read more
