Awesome service, ask for Anthony. The team is helpful but not pushy. They're knowledgeable of all the tech they sell in store, not just the phones. Expect some upselling when you decide on a phone and plan, but that's just part of the job. They back off when you decline. Store is well organized. New and hot devices up front on display when you walk in. Apple products in one area, Android and Windows devices in others. Most everything is hands on so make sure you really get a feel for everything available, picking a phone you'll be saddled with for at least a year is a big decision. There's no pressure from the store reps. I've had awesome service with Verizon, no dropped calls, with lightning LTE speeds on the 4G network. Plans are a bit pricey but that's what you'd expect from the nation's largest network. Coming from AT&T I've noticed a huge lift in network stability and call quality. Do your homework before entering the store. Check for promotions or deals. Verizon is always running promos to bring in new customers. read more

HORRIBLE store with a HORRIBLE manager. I have reported them to corporate and waiting for a response back on Monday. I was in the store 7/30/25 to price their phones. Nicholas was assisting me but was quite obviously did not know what he was doing. I needed 2 personal lines and a business line. We liked the plan but the number for the bill was still more than ATT so we said we preferred not to switch. An assistant manager then stepped in, he took the paper quote I had and wrote a new number at the top-$124 w tax. We agree, start to sign up but wait for HOURs because nicholas has to keep restarting the process and eventually just hands it to assist manager. He gave us the wrong size phone twice but eventually we thought we had it figured out and he promised our phones would not turn off until our new ones were opened and activated with the Esim. As soon as we pull away our phones go SOS saying no signal, we circle back around and the store manager is there locking up. I work from home and my husband works at the military base and had formal the next day so we were not able to return the next day. The manager rolled his eyes when we flagged him down and flat out said "I just locked up, theres nothing I can do for you, go home and activate your esim" So we did, at 9pm with 4 young children having to spend 2 hours copying our old phones to our new one. Only to realize Nicholas STILL gave my husband the wrong size phone. We go Friday to the store and explain what happened and were promised we wouldnt be charged a restocking fee as it was their mix up. WE STILL WERE CHARGED. I also found out that my company was giving me a phone so I no longer needed my business line. I asked Nicholas THREE times in 3 separate ways if it was going to mess up my bill, my promotions or my buyout. He repeatedly told me NO it would just save me $40 on my bill. He then couldn't figure out how to return my phone and switch my husband's number to the BYOD phone. He chose an option and stated "we will just try this and pray it doesn't mess anything up" at this point, the assistant manager that assisted him 2 days prior overheard and left his customers to ask what he was doing. Upon looking he goes "NO don't do that, you would cancel his number out for good and he wouldn't be able to get it back" I then ask manager to be sure, three times in three separate ways, is this going to affect my bill, promotions or buyout? He ALSO told me no. I confirmed "so my new bill will just be about $40 less?" he said YES! A few weeks later I get a bill that is over $100 more than expected AND an email saying that the buyout for my husband's phone is INVALID. Upon talking to support (who, by the way was AMAZING, shout out to Michelle) I found out that because I traded in my phone, it caused each of my lines to go from $40 to $55, majority of the promotions they gave have dropped becaue I now only have 2 lines AND because my husband is using my old phone, he no longer has payments, making the buyout not available to him. I go up to the store Saturday, 9/13, I calmly explained everything to Nicholas, who tells me support informed me wrong and 'they never know what they are talking about" After waiting 40 minutes to talk to the store manager, i explained everything that happened. He listened, looked at Nicholas as if to verify and when he confirmed and said "thats crazy right? they shouldnt tell her that" the manager CONFIRMED that Nicholas screwed up, scolded him there in front of me. Without a word to me looked at my bill and agreed that he couldn't give me the original quote, even though I had it in front of me because I traded in the other line. He ACKNOWLEDGED THAT I WAS MISINFORMED, THAT HIS TEAM SCREWED UP, THAT I WAS LIED TO. when I asked him if he was really confirming that everything was right but your not going to do anything? his response?!?! "mmhmm" when I argued and interupted him ONE TIME he said "if you are going to interupt me, im going to ask that you leave my store" then proceeded to tell me never to come back!!! read more

She finally came back letting me know I would have service for a few more days and then it would disconnect. Today I got a new bill and had to call back and the new representative told me he sees the note but she never canceled the line. Went to Verizon today because my phone was running hot and not holding a charge all to be told by the rep that he wasn't a tech and to file an issue claim. I went home and called Verizon and it took me 4 calls to get passed all the automated calls to a person. Although she was nice and also advised me to also file claim, insurance said no that I wasn't able to file a claim for a battery issue and referred me back to Verizon. We went to see how the prices compared to AT&T and the customer service was horrible. We got seated after 1 hour and the lady "serving" us was rude (very) had a horrible attitude towards us and was extremely disrespectful. I've been with Verizon for 6 years and for 2 phone lines it was $200 a month, at AT&T its $100 a month for 2 phone lines plus a 20% discount for having their internet. read more

So I recently ended my engagement so I needed to set up my own cellular account. After work off to Verizon I went. I was greeted the moment I walked through the door and didn't have to wait long to receive assistance. It likely helped that I was there on a Tuesday in the late afternoon. I was keeping my same phone so the process was pretty quick and efficient which I appreciated so much because I don't really love sitting around in phone stores. Truth and facts: Poor customer service and communication. "Bait and switch" with their internet service (wrong price and plans). Verizon sent Internet equipment even after I canceled within the same hour of ordering leaving me the responsibility to return the equipment (out of pocket) by a deadline or I will be fined. BUYER BEWARE!! VERIZON AUTHORIZED RETAILER STORES My 84 year old mother, a great-grandmother and on a fixed monthly income, went to Verizon after being with AT&T for decades to reduce her monthly bill. We went to our local Verizon store which was issue number one. Apparently, there are Verizon stores that ARE NOT APPROVED Verizon stores, but are just authorized retailer stores. Who knew?? At the time Samsung had a special, trade in your Samsung Note 10 for the Ultra 22 and get $800 off the phone. Also they offered a Seniors plan to lower her cost. Win, Win right? NO, The Verizon store took my mother's phone, did not send it into Verizon for the rebate, took us several months to get it applied to her account, that is after we had to contact the local police department to get the phone back from the Verizon store. Only to find out later on that she was STILL being billed for the phone. Keep in mind, that the phone was PAID IN FULL. Her bills consisted of charges for smart home, Apple Arcade, and other charges that she did not need or sign up for. In the end, she was paying almost $200 a month for a phone. read more

So I got there to get my mom a new flip phone and they won't tell allow yourself to touch the phones. I go to ask the guy how much is this one and he gives me the prices and says I think this one is such and such and I think this one is such and such. Then I ask can you tell em which one is better or anything about them and he say "they all the same". What in the hell kind of customer service is this. Remember when Verizon had people that were Professionals and knew their product? I need to mention. They wouldn't allow me to activate the phone right there. I went here for help with a broken i phone (verizon customer for 5+yrs, bought phone through them). I had insurance and needed a new one. I was handed a pamphlet and given a number to call. The person I worked with helpfully switched out my sim card to my old broken phone that was still moderately functional. I left pissed off that all they did was hand me a pamphlet and a number considering how much money EVERYONE spends on this stuff- dont give me another step or loop to follow. Upon getting home the old phone asked for an update that then crashed the phone. I was on the phone for two hours figuring it out- a borrowed phone because mine no longer worked. The people on the phone were nice but I had to call back three times because the PIN number I had made and written down no longer worked b/c it expired (I updated the pin less than six months ago). The first person on the phone told me they can no longer use social security numbers to find accounts and that I needed the account # on the bill, so i had to call back. I did not have the account number because the bill is sent to another house (family plan). So I call my family member and get the account number and call back - and then I'm told I still do not have enough information. I have the social security numbers of the two people on the plan and that's not enough. The pin I JUST RESET is invalid and not found and can only be reset by the head of the account (who is my dad, and i have been handling the plan, pin and all else w/o him). The punch line to this story is that apparently i didn't even need the pin number to activate my phone insurance/get a new one - i guess the fourth call is the charm? This whole thing was absurd considering how much money I've sunk into verizon. It's pretty shameless. And I DO NOT blame the people I spoke to- just what a busted system flooded with our hard earned money. Likely hood of this twenty something moving to anything cheaper is high because in this industry you don't get what you pay for. read more

I went into the store for help with trading in an old phone. No one greeted me, or even acknowledged me. Eventually someone asked why I needed. I explained, she said she didn't think she could help me and asked another associate to come over to assist. The other associate was mostly on her personal cell and opened up a chat with Verizon support for me and the both walked away. The Verizon chat didn't go through on my phone but both associates walked away to assist (sell) to other customers. I left the store completely wasting my time. No customer service at all. read more

Not helpful. If you are due an upgrade, don't come here. If you do your upgrade online it only costs you $20 for the privilege of buying a new phone from Verizon, paying full price, and having a monthly bill for it added to your bull for the next 2 years. If you go into a store and have someone help you and get your phones the same day, you have to pay $40 per upgrade for this privilege. People here are not friendly and not helpful to boot, meaning your extra $40 results in no answers to any of your questions and further annoyance. Been with Verizon since it was GTE in 1994, always had a positive experience, including my upgrades to devices last year, otherwise I'd happily shop my plan. I could save about $50-70 per month by switching to ATT and bundling my phone with cable and internet, but have stayed with Verizon because of my superior customer service experiences. Will try the Grapevine or Southlake locations- this one still is in training apparently for how to treat folks.... Still have faith in the brand, but this location is a detriment to that brand. I've never been more pleased with a Verizon experience in my entire life. Randy Durham helped me today and I highly recommend going to this location and asking for him for any of your Verizon needs! I think I spent a total of 5 minutes in here and I was upgraded and out the door without any issues at all. I will use this location and Randy in the future exclusively.
