    After a LONG day of going back and forth call/tech support, because my number was ported to the…read morewrong PHONE and I almost LOST my number because of t mobile. I then went to the t mobile store because I saw that I was supposed to qualify for up to 900 dollars off and other possible deals for switching to t mobile. I go in there WASNT GREETED, I am African American, the store employee saw me and completely ignored me. Then she proceeded to greet an old white couple after me and check on them. Then when I finally got recognized at the counter, the girl was completely unhelpful and treated me as if I was an inconvenience. When I explained the offers I saw online, she SIGHED at me, and glared and asked me "i didn't do it online??" If i had did it online then I wouldn't have been in store. After that, she pulls everything up on my phone and goes in a plain tone "thats what yoy pay today" ...I noticed between the down payment and a month bill. So I did the math. And I told her I didn't see how I was getting the 900 dollars off? I asked her did I get a discount or?? SHE SIGHED AND ROLLED HER EYES again!! And said "just scroll" still didn't make any sense. So I looked again and it seemed like I didn't qualify because I wasnt apart of the right plan. (Which is the plan that t mobile gave me online to enroll for) so I tried to see if there was any other deals or anything and she was very short and rude with me. Telling me no. And the 476.00 dollars is what I had to pay. Because "the phone is 1300 dollars" she was extremely condescending. When im a NEW CUSTOMER to t mobile. And I pretty much had to pull teeth for her to explain the offer and why I didn't qualify. She was extremely attentive to other 4 white customers that she wasn't even working with when she got to me. She would've literally sold me the phone without making sure I had an understanding of how the payment plan worked. Super disappointing never been treated like this at a phone store before.

I wanted to trade in my two phones, and the sales rep, Mark, kept pressuring me for weeks to turn them in so I could receive credit. After dropping off one phone in January and the other in February, I still haven't seen any credit reflected on my account. When I called customer service, I found out that Mark no longer works there. It turns out, he took my phones and then left. This has been an awful experience with shady business practices and terrible customer service. I would not recommend T-Mobile to anyone.

Why extra mile to see how you can make that customer happy and they haven't done that so after that I called the company itself and they will not help than the people in the store so then I decided to get Verizon and now after 11 years, I'm dropping them and they will not close all of my lines or cancel my Netflix membership. I go back into the store now this is gonna be the third time trying to get these lines closed and it's on me to do it even though they're the ones that won't access my account I hate them. I will never go back to them. I'm gonna tell as many people as I can that they're not good customer and that their Internet drops all the time and buffers so I wouldn't use them.
