Unfortunately I didn't have my card on me that is tied to account payment, but I was told that I could go home, enter the card info and complete the purchase in app. So, that is exactly what I did. I received confirmation and drove all the way back to the store. When I arrived, I let someone know I was picking up a phone that I purchased through the app and... nothing. No phone. Even when I was told that it would be held. Apparently another employee canceled my order a few minutes after I left home to pick it up because another customer wanted to buy it. Now that's some real BS right there. Because even though it was confirmed sold, and noted for in-store pickup, it was sold out from under me. The only option I was left with was to order through the app and hope the phone arrived in time to transfer data and drop off back at the store before my upcoming vacation. Luckily I only had to wait a week, and had a couple days leeway to do the transfer and drop off. But the entire experience was just disappointing.

I've been trying to upgrade my phone all weekend and no one can seem to help or know how to help. The managers are never in and we have to wait hours and hours for no one to say anything at all. I've been with T Mobile for a month and I already regret it completely. I can not stand this company or their stores.

I work weekends in downtown Milwaukee there I never have any bars my internet connection is usually non-existent as well. I went into one of their storefronts in oak Creek and they told me there's nothing wrong with my phone or the service. Called one of their hotlines and was told a tower was out and it would be repaired in 2 days. I don't know if that was just a lie or an inaccuracy but either way T-Mobile is definitely the worst self provider I have ever experienced. Even my pay as you go with the little flip phone was better. Oh and the phone I got is pure crap as well.

Don't go to this store! They told me I would get $200 each for two iphone trade-ins. Instead of…read more$400, I got $60! Corporate Verizon wouldn't stand behind anything I was told at this store. I went back to the store numerous times, spent countless hours on the phone with Verizon customer service, and I finally gave up. Total rip-off.
