So far so good unlimited internet free 15-day trial no cable required it works off satellite. I like that the modem is now in my room not attached to an umbilical cord like stupid Cox cables old ass technology. The customer service was friendly and knowledgeable. They sent out my new modem in less than 2 days, and I was up and running in 5 min. I am even considering switching my phone line to T-Mobile as the CS rep suggested on my initial call. I was more worried about getting online first to see and so far, it streams fast and I have full parental control over who uses it and when. I will turn it on when my son has schoolwork to do and shut it down, so he is not up all night playing video games. I am overall very pleased with kicking Cox to the curb for overcharging me and joining T-Mobile (check out that review). Thanks again T-Mobile for the great service. read more

this is NOT a review for T-Mobile. this is a review for the experience I had at this location with one employee: Zachery. when I was sixteen, my father gave me an excellent bit dating advice: "NO, is a good enough answer." that being said, in business, "no" is not a good enough answer. work the problem. if you can't come up with a functional work around, ask for help. I was rude to Zachery when he and I were face-to-face and owe him an apology. I was at wit's end and did not handle the situation well. that's on me. it doesn't make my behavior okay, but I spent my morning with T-Mobile tech support trying to get my wi-fi running again. eventually, those fine folks (who WERE very helpful) figured out my modem wasn't updating properly and sent me to a store to swap out the old modem for a new one. that's where I had the misfortune of being "helped" by you, Zachery. I understand you're poorly trained and poorly managed and that's not on you, but you can't live your life in fear. next time you poke your head out of your hidey-hole, engage your little-pea-brain. figure out a solution, and stop being part of the problem. read more

Truly the worst experience I could have ever imagined. We switched over from Verizon after we were promised a plan that included a "First Responder Discount", and were assured that I qualified as an ER Nurse. I was told to wait a few days to validate my credentials, but found out that I did not in fact qualify. When we returned to the store, they were unable to assist us and told us that their Manager, Manny would give us a call. Manny, the Store Manager, called the next day and said he "was expecting us to come back in" and that they "found out a few days AFTER we left" that I no longer qualified for the discount they promised me. So, although they were aware that they in fact had told us false information, they let us figure it out on our own, instead of reaching out to do the right thing and offer solutions. He wasn't apologetic and didn't take ownership for their mistake. He just stated he would reach out to his district manager to "see what they could do for us". We NEVER heard from Manny again. It is clear he is hoping that we will just let it go and accept the large increase to our monthly bill. When I look back at our initial interaction in store, it was clear that the sales associate and Manny, the store Manager, were just telling us what we wanted to hear in order to get us to sign up...a First Responder Discount locked in for 5 years. Completely dishonest business practice. I would avoid this location and this staff at all costs unless you enjoy bait and switch business practices. I've filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they are escalating the issue through the corporate office. read more

I visited the store on 10/12/2024 to replace a defective 5G home internet gateway, as directed by customer care, after a firmware update made it unstable. Instead of honoring the free replacement, they insisted on charging a $35 fee, claiming it was non-negotiable. I was already inconvenienced by having to visit the store to resolve the issue, and there was no sense of responsibility or remorse from the staff. If this is what in-store customer service has become, I'm glad I mostly handle business online now. read more

I've been in their office twice. The first time was to help get my phone set up and the girl was not happy to help me. There was a sign on the door that said no one inside could speak. Spanish and a young couple came in could only speak Spanish, and they turned them away, five minutes later, the janitor came in could only speak Spanish and the girl helping me could speak Spanish and after she spoke Spanish with him and I asked her why didn't you help that couple and she said because they don't pay me to speak Spanish. The second time was after my phone was stolen and they said, too bad, we're not offering existing customers any deals, a new phone today from them was going cost $1200. I switched to Verizon and got a free iPhone 14 ProMax, and a nice customer service rep. If you value your peace of mind, don't go here! read more

Visited the store to get information about phone service for upcoming overseas trip. The T-Mobile rep who helped me asked to see my license, which I gave him. After a 2-minute discussion I left the store. A day later I discovered my license missing and after calling a couple of places looking for it, I ordered a replacement from DMV for $36. I then remembered the T-Mobile visit, went back to the store, same guy who had helped me was there and brought out my license from a back room. I said "why didn't you call me? You have my phone number; I'm a T-Mobile customer" and he just shrugged, said I left it on the counter, then he walked away. There's no excuse for not calling. If he had just made a tiny bit of effort it would have saved me $36 and 90 minutes of my time. Boo T-Mobile, train your people better. read more

Sitting around for over 15 mins then this guy comes up to the women next to me to add her to the list. What list?? None of the staff mentioned there was a list and I said well none of us waiting were added to the list and he said okay and proceeds to add the women next to me on the list. I asked if I could go first since I got there first and he's like yeah one second and proceeds to add the other woman who got there last from everyone else. People rushed and unfriendly. We were looking into upgrading so that we could be hooked up to "Starlink"(the satellite receiver rather than towers). Ya they will take you $$$ to exchange your old phone for a new one and make you pay $130 more a month in order to hook up to Starlink and get better reception but no one wants to take the time to see if Starlink is even available in the area we are doing all the upgrading for. The person we talked to was so unfriendly and unhelpful that we just left. When we got home we researched area availability for Starlink reception and after paying a lot more money in order to get Starlink and way better reception in a rural area, we found out that we couldn't even get Starlink in our area at this time. Very frustrating and will not go back, at least to that location. read more

I went in yesterday to upgrade my Iphone 11 to a 14 and Walter really did an amazing job helping me out. I was concerned about losing voicemails and texts and he made sure everything transferred over correctly and answered all of my questions. Received amazing service from Karina and had to return the next day to resolve some issues. Unfortunately she was assisting other customers and another associate named Enrique assisted. I say unfortunately because he was NOT kind, empathetic or professional. I decided to wait for Karina to complete her transaction and she again was able to assist in an expedient and friendly manner. If I were Karina's manager I would give her a huge raise. She knows the products and services well and explains them carefully. First off, they answer their phone very quickly and are very helpful! Secondly as a customer for the lowest margin of commission sale I was treated exceptionally well. I came in for a pay as you go hotspot. I had gotten set up fairly quickly and things were going well for the first month. Then I forgotten everything and could not find any of my notes about logging in. This is where the good service really started. The store manager, Farit was very helpful in resurrecting my account and helping to get things squared away. Once I got my login information I discovered that I actually had created a different type account than Farit put together for me so I went back to the store and had another wonderful customer service experience from Lucas. So I'm thinking if these people take this much care of someone who is the least profitable customer to them what would they do for a business or even a new cellular customer! It's clear that the T-Mobile/Sprint merger has improve things a great deal for this big player in the mobile tech space! read more

Capable but condescending. When I had to change my billing credit card, auto pay was canceled and my two lines started billing separately. We recently moved from Verizon to T-mobile. And we had the pleasure to be helped by Denise. Since we got there she was super friendly and ready to go the extra mile so we would leave the store happy. We had to go back a couple of times. We went back ones and she wasn't there and we were helped by another guy. Who I honestly think was having a bad day because he wasn't being helpful and kept telling me to come back when Denise would be in the store. Lucky for me I loved Denise's customer service so I was more than happy to come back the next day to be helped by her. Because he honestly was not helpful, he transferred by phone but did it incorrectly and I had problems with my phone for that whole day.
